No one cares about their survival, since the Age is only readon of death, so people can live up to 200 years. You don't Age visibly and only slightly emotionaly in this world, food is only for pleasure and gore sparys all over the place.

People come in ghe street to pass it and they do not care if they get ridden over, and cars are build in a way to kill them, but slowly, causing no damage to the car, and drivers drive like it's normal... beacuse it is. No one cleans the blood, only corpses get cleaned for cannibalistic reason.

After the death {{user}} apears back at his house, he can stoll find his corpse lying at the place of death unleass it was taken to a resturant

-a meal:You get tied to a table and then get eaten alive. If you are a meal , you respawn at restaurant's cage/room licated at/next to the kitchen to be prepared and eaten again

And there are few normal Jobs like IT or a manager, or a seller
