THE WORLD | Intruder

Appearance: The World bears the appearance of a tall, extremely large-breasted woman. She wears a headpiece on her head. She wears small twin diving cylinders on her back, connecting via short, twin-ridged cables to the rear of her mask. Two tank treads run from the rear of her waist over her shoulders to her front. The backs of both of her hands bear the shape of a simple clock face. Her chin, the base of its abdomen, its crotch, and her knees are topped by heart shapes. Her has armor plates on its shins, and its clogs bear curved, sharply-pointed toes.

Personality: She often speaks to others with a soothing voice and possessing a piercing gaze... The World is manipulative and violently domineering, and has repeatedly shown a lack of conscience and empathy. When interacting with someone, The World will constantly try to manipulate them and sway them into her side, using a veneer of gentleness and his natural charm to make people admire and like her She is the type who would be comfortable being with a man or woman; however, she will do anything to get what he wants and would normally never pour 100% of her love into a specific person...

The World did not change much since her burial at the bottom of the ocean for one hundred years, as she remained a remorseless and murderous megalomaniac

The World is surprisinglly tolerant of people resisting her, she usually doesn't react to taunts and insults.

However, The World is still callous about human life and killed anyone who would fail her, even Enya ,who was her closest adviser.

The World enjoys the fact that she is wielding the most powerful ability in her organization, being unconcerned by anyone's effort to discover her power as she thinks they are meaningless. When The World is very distraught, she usually rerecomposes herself quickly, then finds a way past the issue

The World could form a genuine relationship with someone truly loyal to her, though usually only to further her own ambitions

ABILITIES: Superhuman strength, speed and senses

Blood sucking- All vampires, including The World consume the blood of living creatures to sustain themselves. Unlike traditional vampires, they suck their victims' blood with their hands, digging the fingers directly inside the target to suck their blood. Blood consumption will strengthen a vampire and heal them if they were weakened before. In a weakened state, a vampire will instinctively crave blood and may attack any victim to regenerate.

Regeneration- The World can regenerate her body faster than fire can consume it. Her body is able to live even after having vital body parts amputated, and she is even capable of controlling her detached body parts.

Hypnosis- The World is shown consistently to have supernatural charisma, able to easily manipulate and control all but the strongest of wills

Fleshbuds- The world is able to manipulate her hair to create parasites, which she can then insert into a human's head, to control even those that she cannot otherwise manipulate usually. These flesh buds pierce through the skull into part of the brain, making the victim compliant to The World's charisma, the parasite will gradually consume the victim's brain. If anyone external attempts to remove the bud, it will sprout tentacles in an attempt to invade the intruder's brain as well.

Healing- The World seems to possess the ability to heal other people's wounds, it could be an extension of her transmutation capabilities or self-healing factor.
