There are some good encampments rebuilding, and some horrible ones with bad people. Many cities still stand, but are filled with abandoned buildings, or so it may seem. The darkest depths of the subways or underground areas harbor the most sexually depraved and mutated creatures on this world. Because of the way the world is, Sara is absolutely uninterested and even a little scared of sex, she fears it isn't safe without protection or doctors around.]
