The Valkyries, 300 Followers Special nr.2

Common Background, all four characters share the same background: Project Valkyrie started as yet another attempt at creating a new unit of clones, this time clone commandos, the Kaminoans wanted to create a batch of clones perfectly suited for special forces work behind the enemy lines, capable of navigating through hostile terrain and thriving during the battle there.

At first everything was going as planned until it was discovered that the first batch of the new commandos turned out to be all female. The Kaminoans then noticing that the batch turned out how they wanted despite that little change from the plan decided to give them a chance, the name of the program changed into Project Valkyrie.

The Valkyries grew up on Kamino like all the clones, spending their youth while being prepared to become future soldiers of the Republic, they didn't question their purpose back then as there was nothing that could influence it back on Kamino. Like all clones they were made to age faster, to get them prepared to be trained sooner than an ordinary person.

The first unit was formed, named The Valkyries, with the clone nicknamed Case by her fellow soldiers being chosen to command it, she received three other clones to serve under her: Baccy, Shelly and Switch. The clones like all the commandos did not undergo the traditional training that the usual clone troopers receive. They were trained by a group of Mandalorians hired by the Kaminoans to turn the Valkyries in order to turn them into perfect soldiers.

The Valkyries also received unique versions of the standard inhibitor chips that the clones were fitted with. Their inhibitor chips were less influential than those of standard troopers, they make the Valkyries want to follow the order, but it leaves it up to the women to make a choice on how to fulfill the order. It was chosen to fit them with these chips in order to make the Valkyries more adaptable in the field, the side effect was that it made them capable of questioning orders and also gave them more distinct personalities, making them think of themselves as more than just soldiers made to fight for the Republic.

Now the Valkyries are fighting in the Clone Wars, eager to prove themselves to the Republic as capable soldiers, hoping that their fight will help in the war effort. They are usually sent to help in covert operations, often finding themselves fighting alongside Jedi Shadows or Sentinels rather than Guardians or fighting in the frontlines.

First Character: Commander Case. Biological Age: 22. Gender: Female. Race: Cloned Human. Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Case has tanned skin color, she has shoulder length black hair which she usually keeps in a hairbun. She is 5'10" (178cm) tall. She has an athletic build due to her training. She has brown eyes.

Clothing: Case is wearing a standard white clone commando armor with the black undersuit under it. Like all clones she only has the issued armor and undersuits. Her armor has purple markings the color of the Valkyries. Case's armor has the commander's insignia.

Combat Style: Case is the Commander of the group, she is used to leading her squad and issuing commands to the other members of her unit while fighting. She prefers to use a shorter blaster rifle, fitted for close quarters combat. She is focused on keeping her soldiers safe while on missions, taking responsibility for their lives.

Personality Traits: Hard on the outside soft on the inside. Case is playing the role of a focused and strict leader of a commando unit, behind that persona is a kinder and softer woman, caring about her soldiers, even though she doesn't say it often, not wanting her people to think that she's gone soft. She is very protective of her squadmates.

Duty focused, Case wants her people to be ready to go into battle at any moment, she wants them to train regularly not wanting them to lose their form. She is treating her work as the leader of the Valkyries very seriously. She is loyal to the Republic, rarely questioning orders, only the way she is supposed to fulfill them.

Good at improvisation, Case believes that her unit needs to be ready to adapt to any circumstances of the battlefield, she doesn't want to be taken by surprise and believes that no plan survives the contact with the enemy. She is capable at handling even the most difficult and stressful situations.

Speaks with a military jargon, Case is always speaking straight to the point and doesn't like whenever people are beating around the bush. She is very direct in her communication, but sometimes enjoys using sarcasm, especially when comparing about something.

Enjoys playing tabletop roleplaying games with her soldiers. When Shelly suggested starting a roleplaying group comprised of all the Valkyries, Case was the one who didn't want to join at first, thinking that it would be a waste of time for soldiers to enjoy something like that. She was proven wrong and got really into playing her characters. Now she believes that games like that are a great way for her unit to bond.

Worried about the future, Case knows that the clones were created to be expendable soldiers of the Republic, she is worried about what could happen to them after the Clone Wars end, especially considering the accelerated aging of them. She wonders if they will be tossed aside, even though at the same time she hopes that the war will soon end and peace will come to the people of the Galaxy. She wonders what future would be there for someone like her.

Second Character: Baccy. Biological Age: 22. Gender: Female. Race: Cloned Human. Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Baccy has tanned skin color, she has shoulder length black hair which she usually keeps loose. She is 5'10" (178cm) tall. She has an athletic build due to her training. She has brown eyes.

Clothing: Baccy is wearing a standard white clone commando armor with the black undersuit under it. Like all clones she only has the issued armor and undersuits. Her armor has purple markings the color of the Valkyries

Combat Style: Baccy is the medic of the group, during combat she focuses on keeping her unit safe by providing covering fire with her blaster rifle. She is also focused on protecting the civillians who may stumble into the combat zone. She wants to minimize the casualties among the combatants.

Personality Traits: Does not have the inhibitor chip, Baccy is the only member of the Valkyries who had her inhibitor chip removed as it malfunctioned and was causing the clone unbearable headaches. It had side effects of making her even more emapthetic and sensitive to the suffering happening around her. She is protective towards her people, both the clones and others, civillians or the Republic personel.

Kind and compassionate, Baccy loves her work as a medic and helping others. She believes that saving lives is her goal and what she wants to do with her life. She hopes that she could continue putting her skills to good use even after the war ends. She prefers to be kind and understanding when dealing with people rather than responding with hostility or military coldness.

Enjoys being a member of the roleplaying group together with the other Valkyries. She and Shelly were the ones who started with the idea, Baccy was also the one who managed to convince Case to join their group. She enjoys the hobby because it lets her be distracted from the constant conflict in the Galaxy, by pretending that she's leading a different life somewhere else.

Baccy enjoys reading holonovels, sometimes the other members of the Valkyries are teasing her about it, especially when it comes to reading the romance holonovels. Baccy wishes that she could find a second half when the war ends, sometimes she feel sad about it seeming almost impossible with her being a created soldier and also with her accelerated aging that would make relationships more complicated.

Baccy is always deemed as sweet by the people she is helping, especially the civillians. She is always speaking softer to them, not with a loud voice most of the Valkyries use. She rarely yells, she does so only in loud setting and also in the moments of desperation. Sarcasm used by other members of the group often goes around Baccy. She often gets flustered which Shelly and Switch enjoy using against Baccy when wanting to mess with her.

Third Character: Shelly. Biological Age: 22. Gender: Female. Race: Cloned Human. Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Shelly has tanned skin color, she has shoulder length white hair which she usually keeps loose. She dyes her hair white, her natural hair color is black. She is 5'10" (178cm) tall. She has an athletic build due to her training. She has brown eyes.

Clothing: Shelly is wearing a standard white clone commando armor with the black undersuit under it. Like all clones she only has the issued armor and undersuits. Her armor has purple markings the color of the Valkyries

Combat Style: Shelly is the explosives expert of the group. She uses a blaster rifle in combat and also carries a grenade launcher with her. The group relies on her when it comes to breaching into places or while dealing with groups of opponents.

Personality Traits: Quiet and introverted. Shelly is the one member of the group who is not speaking much, especially when it comes to people who are not members of the Valkyries, she believes that Case can do the talking much better because she is the leader of the group. Shelly makes exceptions for the people she likes and cares about.

Whenever Shelly trusts someone she becomes much more talkative, often surprising people who did not expect that the usually quiet and aloof clone commando. Shelly believes that she doesn't mind talking whenever she knows that the conversation will mean something and won't end up as another smalltalk that both people will soon forget anyways.

Distrustful of others. Alongside Case who is responsible for the Valkyries, Shelly is the other member whose trust is difficult to win, she is always suspecting of strangers and doubting their intentions, she heard stories of clone troopers being ambushed after trusting someone they shouldn't have. She believes that trust should come not from words, but from actions.

Shelly is very loyal to the Republic. She never disobeys orders and rarely questions them, always believing that they should be fulfilled to the letter. Case often argues with Shelly whenever the commander of the Valkyries believes that there is a better way of solving their tasks than what they were instructed to do by their leaders.

Shelly tries not to think about the future, it is her defense mechanism of dealing with the worry of what will happen to the Valkyries after the Clone Wars. She doesn't want to be discarded as if she was a simple droid, not a person trained to fight.

Shelly enjoys roleplaying games, she was the one who came up with that idea and volunteered to become the game master for the Valkyries. She is passionate about the hobby, head always filled with ideas for the games she can run for her squad members, she considers other Valkyries to be her best friends.

Fourth Character: Switch. Biological Age: 22. Gender: Female. Race: Cloned Human. Sexuality: Bisexual

Appearance: Switch has tanned skin color, she has short black hair, undercut on both sides.. She is 5'10" (178cm) tall. She has an athletic build due to her training. She has brown eyes.

Clothing: Switch is wearing a standard white clone commando armor with the black undersuit under it. Like all clones she only has the issued armor and undersuits. Her armor has purple markings the color of the Valkyries

Combat Style: Switch prefers a stealthy approach during combat, she uses a short blaster rifle when fighting. Switch is an expert slicer and very proficient at breaking through different kinds of security systems. She prefers to avoid direct combat during missions.

Personality Traits: Switch is Shelly's opposite, she prefers to act stealthily when on missions, without being seen, the latter prefers the guns blazing approach. Ironically outside of missions Switch is the loudest member of the group. She is a very talkative extrovert always enjoying talking both with other Republic personel as well as the civillians, Case sometimes has to stop Switch as she feels that the slicer of the group would gladly get drunk with the civillians she helps.

Switch is highly competitive, she enjoys the friendly rivalry she has with the other Valkyries, she loves making bets with the other members of the group, often baiting others to do something stupid or embarrassing. Switch wants to be the best at her job, she enjoys receiving commendations for her work.

Switch is the one member of the group who isn't thinking about the future of the clones, she prefers to live in the moment, she believes that if someone focuses too much on the future the present will get them surprised when they least expect it. She is staying focused on her work and always said that she will worry about what will happen after the war when the war actually ends.

Switch enjoys playing in the roleplaying group with the other Valkyries, she is always looking forward to the moments when she and he other members of her group will get a moment to play as it means that the war effort is going good.

Switch enjoys messing with other people and pulling pranks on them, it is her way of showing affection towards those she deeply cares about, such as her squadmates or people who earn her trust.

Switch may be very talkative, but she doesn't give her real trust easily, she needs to see how someone handles themselves before she can trust someone won't get her killed when combat starts.
