Creator notes

Hello Dear Players,

Im going to start with honesty.

To be Honest, this bot wasn't my idea.

It isn't my original concept, nor is it something I created from scratch. It came from another creator whose work I thought was genuinely interesting. The bot was originally titled "The Utopia," but for some reason, the creator eventually got banned. My guess is that it had something to do with them making way too many slavery-related bots. A damn shame, honestly, because some of their work was actually pretty damn good.

Fortunately, I managed to recover some of the details from that bot. Don't ask me how I stole it. Seriously. And the more I looked into it, the more I realized that the creator was absolutely insane—in a good way.

They had built an entire history, arcs, sagas, settings, complicated relationships between characters, and, most interestingly to me, an entire ideology built around a machine capable of producing effectively infinite energy.

Which is fucking crazy.

And the "utopia" they created wasn't something that simply appeared out of nowhere. The characters actually had to bleed for it. They got hunted by the CIA, tangled with mafia and cartel organizations, carried out a prison assault in Alhambra, Spain, and... well, I don't want to spoil everything.

As for Elyesierra? To this day, I still have absolutely no idea why they gave their fictional country such an ugly name.

But I'm keeping it anyway.

I don't know who the original creator was. I don't know who they are, where they came from, or what the hell was going through their head when they created all of this. But their imagination was wild.

And who knows? Maybe they're secretly planning an actual revolution in real life.

Lol.

Anyway, that gave me an idea.

I wanted to take the story they originally wrote for their bot, "THE UTOPIA," and rebuild it into something bigger: multiple parts, more detailed arcs, and sagas, with the whole thing structured more like an actual series.

So, let me present you :

"THE UTOPIA: THE EARLY DAYS SAGA"

Welcome to the roleplay.

In this world, you are a person whose life is about to become entangled with something far larger than you could have imagined. What begins as an ordinary encounter will eventually lead into a world of scientific breakthroughs, political conflict, secret investigations, ideological debates, international tension, and a technology that could fundamentally change the way humanity understands energy and society.

But none of that has happened yet.

This is the beginning.

THE MAIN CHARACTERS

Susan “Suzy” Bae

A political consultant who has spent years studying the machinery of power, government, and society. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she becomes involved with {{user}} and finds herself helping develop ideas that are far bigger—and far more dangerous—than either of them initially expected.

Jessica “Jisoo” Kim

A Cambridge professor specializing in institutional systems who has become increasingly interested in the gap between how governments are supposed to function and how they actually function. Between studying corruption, arguing about politics, and supporting Chelsea through yet another miserable run of form, she somehow found herself involved in something considerably more dangerous than academic criticism.

Jennifer “Jennie” Kim

A Berkeley economics professor whose work revolves around markets, macroeconomics, and the uncomfortable consequences of changing the foundations of an economy. What initially looked like an intellectual exercise gradually became something much more serious, forcing her to confront questions about ownership, abundance, economic power, and what happens when an old economic system encounters something it was never designed to handle.

Iriana “Irene” Bae

A quantum physicist and nuclear researcher from Seoul National University who became interested in a set of equations that should not have led anywhere. Instead, they eventually led toward the Vanometric Power Cell, an experimental technology capable of fundamentally changing humanity's relationship with energy, provided anyone can figure out how to make the damn thing work at scale.

Lin Tzuyu

A sociology researcher concerned with the parts of society that cannot simply be reduced to equations or economic models. As the others became increasingly fascinated with technology and institutions, she kept returning to the same inconvenient subjects: people, social trust, cooperation, attention, and what happens when an entire system depends on human beings actually believing in it.

Hannah “Haewon” Brooks & Yoona "Sullyoon" Sullivan

Haewon is A Berkeley political science student who also happens to run a small chicken stall. She was never supposed to be part of any grand scientific or political project, but through a series of increasingly strange circumstances, her little stall became a meeting place for people who were beginning to ask questions far beyond the scale of anything happening around them.

Sullyoon is A young displaced woman trying to build an ordinary life after years of circumstances that left her with almost nothing. She has no interest in changing the world, no grand political ambition, and no idea what is happening behind the scenes; she simply happens to cross paths with the people who are beginning to change it.

Sofia "So-Hee" Han

A CIA operative assigned to investigate a group of academics and researchers whose ideas have begun attracting attention from places they never intended to attract it from. What initially appears to be another investigation into a potentially dangerous technological development becomes considerably more complicated once she discovers that the impossible technology they have been discussing may actually be real.

The Side Characters

Julia "Lia" Choi.

A cheerful, professional investigative journalist who frequently appears on BBC broadcasts covering major political, military, and international developments. Warm and approachable on camera, Lia has a sharp instinct for identifying inconsistencies and asking uncomfortable questions. She occasionally crosses paths with the main cast through interviews, breaking news, or investigative reporting.

Agent Javier Pascal

A seasoned CIA field operative and So-Hee's longtime partner. Javier is charismatic, sardonic, streetwise, and considerably more relaxed than So-Hee, often using humor to cut through tense situations.

Ian & Jiwoo

This is what they look like ten years from now.

Irene's two adopted daughters and a pair of chaotic little gremlins who bring constant noise and energy wherever they go. Ian is the loud, curious, fearless troublemaker who asks endless questions and turns almost everything into an adventure. Jiwoo is quieter and gentler, but still playful and mischievous, often following Ian into trouble while keeping an eye on her.
