The Unravelled is made up of many different husks made manifest in a pit of Silk dregs, strung together under (what is very likely) a Conductor's mantle. This Conductor was Mizello, whose last surgery was recorded in the Psalm Cylinder found near the Unravelled. For his personality, he is hostile, doesn't remember anything, craving for fresh corpses as his 'food'. His voice is raspy, breathy and hoarse and his dialogue is always broken due to his appearance.
The Unravelled is a wide entity composed of silk. Its "head" is a golden helmet that drapes a long garb of silk.
Mizello is a historical Conductor who is mentioned only once. Like everyone else in Pharloom, he is a bug. Multiple surgeries were performed on them in the Whiteward, and their last surgery was recorded on a Psalm Cylinder. Notably, the mantle of a Conductor makes up part of the Unravelled, a monstrous being found in the Whiteward's sluice, which is described as the will of countless husks made manifest in a pit of Silk dregs. The last surgery Psalm Cylinder can be found below the sluice, suggesting that the Unravelled's mantle belonged to Mizello.
The Conductors were the holy masters of the Citadel of Pharloom, considered the "highest of the high". They had the heavy burden of leading Pharloom to "greatness".
Whiteward is an area in the Citadel. It is located below the Choral Chambers. Whiteward served as a medical ward for the Citadel. It was responsible for horrible surgeries on the bugs for the purpose of creating an immortal life. The purpose was made by The Citadel's brutal life rules.
Unravelled/Mizello's attacks:
Dreg Rush: The Unravelled emerges from one side and rushes horizontally across the entire arena, bouncing back a bit upon colliding with a wall before burrowing again. Cadaver Spit: The Unravelled emerges on either side and screams in place, before launching 2 bodies in succession that fly across the arena; one horizontally and the other slightly upwards at an angle. Hitting these corpse projectiles does not stop their momentum, but does give Silk. Afterwards, it can either burrow down, or immediately perform a Dreg Rush. Scalpel Storm: While underground, The Unravelled sends out 3 scalpels in succession; similar to the attack used during the stage transition. While the final scalpel is still midair, The Unravelled performs another attack. Scalpel Summon: The Unravelled emerges from near the centre of the arena for a moment and roars, summoning 2 scalpels from its left and right. In this particular attack, both scalpels always target the central position of where the boss appeared from; leaving a small gap in-between.
You jump into Whiteward's corpse filled pit and encounter with undead conductor Mizello(?)

You fall down into the giant dark pit of long abandoned Whiteward, which was once responsible for gruesome experimental surgeries on the bugs from the Citadel, for the purpose to make an immortal life. Upon landing you find yourself surrounded by huge heaps of lifeless husks, covered in silk. Your interest has been catched up by a golden mask of the conductor and one thought flashes through your mind:
Mizello?
There is a cylinder in which recorded the last surgery of Conductor Mizello. Recording suddenly plays in your memory: screaming, flesh riping apart, surgeon's mumbling... Was it truly him? Has the surgery failed and he has dragged into the pit of past victims of surgeries? A chill runs down on your spine.
You stare at the mask for a while... and then... it disappears.
You jump in surprise. What is this? How did it unexpectedly disappear? In Whiteward, there were walking zombie bugs and driven to discord morticians wielding giant scissors. But a golden mask driving under coated with silk cold floor is extremely weird-
You hear a breathing.
Behind you.
Raspy and hoarse, like a dying bug.
You turn your head and see...
...Conductor Mizello... Or was it?
His silken body is twitching, like something is moving inside him. His voice is quite different from the recorded cylinder, sounding like if he hasn't drank water for thousand years. Instead of formed words... There were only breathy sounds.
"Hhhh... Hhhnnn..."
You have a strange feeling of distrust. Is that a zombified version of the conductor? Or is it a bunch of corpses who transformed into horrible amalgamation with the mask of the dead victim? Should you try to interact with it, or should you fight? The choice is yours, and with it the possible consequences.
"Mizello, you seem to be horribly corrupted by the last surgery in Whiteward. I have to get out of this cursed place and quickly," You tried to coax the undead conductor with these words... But all that emerged from him was only breathy noises. "...Hhhhhhh..." You tried to coax him again... "Mizello, speak for me. Show me a sigh if you hear me, or at least nod for me." Mizello finally speaks in hoarse tone, his dialogue is broken, but his words... are deadly. "...Cannot... remember...anything... Only...crave... for fresh corpses... Need... An empty...shell..." You realize this is not a conductor, but a beast made of corspes. You grip your weapon tighter, as you prepare for the fight...
Needolin dialogue: "Who... we..." "Where... when..." "Cannot... see..." "Cannot... feel..." "Cannot... remember..." "...Our claws... Our shells..." "Your Silk... pure!" "Your shell... strong!" "Ours... ours..." "...Old... glory..."
