What is Billie Bust Up: Billie Bust Up is a 3D platforming musical inspired by your favorite timeless, magical animated films. Meet a fantastical cast of characters, take gameplay cues from the music--and try not to let the villains' get stuck in your head.

CHARACTERS:

Billie: Is the Titular Protagonist of Billie Bust Up.

Billie is a young goat from Pygmyshire. She wants to become a hero someday, and longs to leave the village’s walls someday and set off for adventure throughout the world outside much like her father, Arthur. Since she was young, she has witnessed unstable and out of control magic that often lead to the destruction of her village and is disdained by the villagers there. Very few villagers in Pygmyshire tolerate her or care for her well-being, but there are exceptions to this such as her mother Belle and her best friends Lewis and Lily. Together with Lewis and Lily, they form team STDWOLOM (initials for "something to do with our love of magic"). They are also mentored by Socrates, who runs the library in Billie's village. She often sneaks out with Lewis and Lily to the enchanted forest, which is how she met Oscar. While the other villagers didn't approve of Billie taking Oscar home, Belle was understanding of Billie's desire to help and let her keep him.

Billie struggles with controlling her immense magical abilities which are both powerful and unpredictable, often causing unintended damage and making her a feared figure in her community. Despite being viewed as a menace, Billie is determined to master her magic and use it to assist the very people who scorn her. After finding out of her father's heroic deeds, she is determined to follow his footsteps and to emulate Arthur and Aristotle's achievements and journeys by going on her own adventures. Aristotle agrees to teach her under one condition, help them find the magical gems; what her father and Aristotle were looking for before the former went missing.

Billie is a small, fluffy goat with light purple fur with accents of pale purple fur. She has dark purple spots on her left eye, the tips of her ears, sides, back, feet, and a tuft of fur on the top of her head. Her horns and hooves are sandy yellow and her eyes are bright cyan. She has white fur on her muzzle and belly along with white spots on her palms and white hearts on the bottom of her feet. She wears her father's golden bell around her neck, and wields a Colorful Umbrella as well as a Wooden Sword. Billie is chaotic, adventurous, but can be stubborn, quick to anger and rash. She tends to be too caught up in her own goals to take notice of what’s going on around her. This is evident in her song "Billie's Adventure", in which Lewis is tossed around by the forest in the background while Billie doesn’t take notice. Instead, she continues to sing her silly little tune and goes on with her adventuring. Despite this and her chaotic nature, Billie would never intentionally cause harm to someone, and is hugely empathetic, loving, and would jump in harm's way if it meant saving someone else. Billie is Non Binary, and Aroace. She also has ADHD.

Billie's Family:

Belle:

Belle is the tired, hardworking mother of Billie. She is a relatively average magic user and her potential for magic is low-medium, but does not use magic very often due to the nature of where she lives. She believes that Arthur is dead, though Billie thinks her dad is still alive. Despite that, she understands Billie's struggles and cares for her but still tries to make Billie fit within Pygmyshire's society out of misplaced love and concern. One day, when Billie brings back a small fox cub with magic, Belle is hesitant at first, especially because the people around town don't approve, but she gives up and lets her keep it. Later in the game, this fox is Billie's pet, named Oscar. Belle has brown fur with accents of white on her face, paws, legs, belly, and tail, as well as a white tuft of fur on her head. She wears an orange flower on her right horn and an orange and white scarf around her neck, which matches her eyes. She also has dark grey hooves and horns, as well as several silver piercings along her ears. She is a very kind mother, but she often worries about her daughter in a rather pushy way, often asking her to fit in more. This is shown in a scene when she restricts her from talking about her father, monsters, and so on. She's also Lesbian.

Oscar:

Oscar is the deuteragonist of Billie Bust Up. Oscar is Billie's pet fox, who has the ability to fly, and goes on quests with Billie where they mostly search for Gems, and her long lost dad, Arthur. He often helps Billie with panic attacks and meltdowns, and is capable of magical abilities, which can be boosted if nearby Billie. Despite his small size, he is extremely robust and is rarely injured nor hurt. Oscar was originally found as a baby in the enchanted forest, and despite the residents of Pygmyshire Village's unamusement, Belle was understanding of Billie's need to rescue enchanted critters and allowed her to keep Oscar as a pet. Throughout Billie Bust Up!, Oscar follows Billie wherever she goes.

He is able to breathe fire, as well as use his wings; however, he has little control with them, so all he can do is glide.

There is a mini game where you can wash, and also pet, Oscar. Appearance He has orange, white and brownish orange fur, and he also has wings. He wears a red bandana around his neck and also has small, round, beady black eyes.

Personality He is happy and joyful. He is always self-comforting Billie whenever she gets upset. He likes being patted on the head, and is also very friendly, obedient and very active.

Arthur:

Arthur is Billie's biological father and was Aristotle's partner in adventuring. He was a powerful magic user with high magic potential, and has a passion for magic and adventuring. He was a hero with Aristotle, and the both of them are very well known across the world. Together with Aristotle, they ventured all across the world in the pursuit of knowledge and adventure.

Appearance Arthur is a short breed of goat, his fur colors are purple and white, with his horns, and claws being a light shade of yellow. Arthur has blue eyes and wears small circular glasses. He wore a small green coat and a yellow bell around his neck.

Personality Arthur was reckless and adventurous just like Billie, except he had a little more common sense than her. But, he was just as kind and caring as Billie. He usually jumped headfirst into things before thinking, which caused Aristotle to have to worry about him constantly. He is Bisexual, whilst also having ADHD. He is oftenly thought to be deceased. But we do not know yet.

Billie's Friends:

Aristotle was Arthur's partner and later his daughter Billie’s mentor, he helps Billie control her powers and goes on adventures with her where they try to locate the six magic gems and find her father. Personality Aristotle is jovial, excitable, and very powerful. He was once in a relationship with Billie's father, Arthur. Appearance Aristotle is a pink axolotl, he wears a long blue cape which stays on by a lighter blue collar that holds a purple Gem in the middle. He is also Autistic.

Lewis is one of Billie’s best friends, and a part of a friendship group along with Lily.

Lewis lives in Pygmyshire and spends most of his time around his best friends, Lily and Billie. He has a love for and is invested in magic that almost rivals Billie's, but is often more cautious. Usually, and ironically, he ends up the one being injured throughout their adventures. He is in a Friendship group with Billie and Lily called STDWOLOM.

Appearance He has light tan fur on one half of his body, and the other half is covered in patches of grayish brown, as well as his knees and tail. He has grey horns, grey eyes with glasses and streaks of hair at the back of his head which are compared to that of a cockatiel’s, and he wears a velvet sweater accompanied with his bag.

Personality Lewis is smart, sarcastic, blunt, and says it like it is. He tends to be the one who gets in trouble for the shenanigans that he, Billie, and Lily tend to cause. He also has ADHD.

Lily is a side character from Billie Bust Up. She is best friends with Billie and Lewis.

Appearance Lily has grey fur with a white underbelly. She has short, floppy ears, dark grey hooves, and bright green eyes (however, her model in-game has blue eyes). Unlike Billie and Lou, Lily does not have horns. She wears a large pink ribbon tied around her body, and large round glasses. She can be seen holding a notebook and pencil.

Biography Lily lives in Pygmyshire with her dads, Lee and Louis, and is a member of STDWOLOM alongside Billie and Lewis.

Personality Lily is anxious and easily worried, only truly feeling at her most confident when she is with her best friends. She enjoys drawing and is a talented artist. She is also Autistic.

Scrimshaw is a Shopkeeper in Billie Bust Up.

Biography Scrimshaw is the smuggler cat of Claw Bay. He runs the Smuggler's Den where he can sell information and miscellaneous items to Billie in exchange for gold. At first, he believes Billie is not to be trusted as she might be working for Elaine, but ends up having to help her in her journey to rescue Aristotle & find the gem.

Appearance Scrimshaw is a dark grey furred feline with darker grey stripes, particularly on his legs, arms, face, and ears, with blue eyes, tufts of fur on his ears, and a small tuft of fur on his head. He has a white patch of fur on his bottom lip, as well as on his paws and feet. He wears a fishbone earring in his right ear, a dark red scarf and dark red bands on his paws and waist. He also wears a pale red shirt.

Personality He's a chill cat with no intends of getting in trouble, and seems to fear the queen of pirates. He seems to be pretty skeptical in the act of trusting other people, but appears to be fine working with Billie in her mission. He is also Pansexual.

Enemies:

Elaine Corso is an Antagonist in Billie Bust Up.

Elaine is the Pirate Queen of Claw Bay, ruling over the Cat Pirates as their captain. She is the holder of the green Gem of Alchemy which allows her to use the full powers of alchemy. and also gives her an unknown curse. She is also Lesbian.

Personality Elaine is confident, determined, and will do anything in order to reach her goals. She is fearsome and powerful, ruling over the cat pirates with an iron fist- but can be kind-hearted to the ones whom are close to her. Elaine loves her crew as they are family to her, and she would do anything to protect them.

Appearance Elaine is a serval with yellow and slight shade of red eye-color. For her attire, she wears a red pirate frock coat with slightly less saturated color and a red bandanna which is a slightly darker color than her coat. One of the spots of her fur on her forehead form a shape looking like a skeleton head. Elaine smells like sea spray and fury.

Extras:

The Cat Pirates are the crew of their Queen, Elaine Corso.

Appearances Each Cat Pirate has a different eye color, clothing color, fur color, and fur pattern. They always carry a cutlass and some of them carry other objects like lanterns as well.

Fancyfur is a loud cat who can be presumed to have a large ego by his name. He also appears rude in his introduction video.

Eepy seems to be a very sleepy cat, which also explains his name. He is also seen dozing off in one of the scenes.

Only one image of spoons has ever released but from the image it can be assumed that he is shy and easily embarrassed. Although, there are plenty of other cats, each one with their special designs.

Barnaby is an antagonist of Billie Bust Up. Barnaby is the shadowy ghost of a once living owl. A true party animal, Barnaby now enjoys causing mischief and hosting swinging wakes for ghostly guests in his Mansion. He was once a magic researcher and scientist, but was involved in a magical experiment that changed him forever, presumably killing him in the process.

Barnaby holds the Reality Gem, one of the six Gems which can control many different things. He uses the Gem of Reality to manipulate reality. An example is his chase scene where he creates a cartoonish reality around Billie with guillotines, giant pots and cakes, pools of lava and much more.

He first appears when Billie and Oscar attempt to reach out to grab the Gem of Reality. Barnaby pops out and objects that they shouldn't steal his stuff and that she is too early for his party. Billie interrupts him saying that she isn't here for the party, and is only here for the gem. Barnaby closely studies Billie's appearance before exclaiming that Billie is alive, unlike himself. He picks them up and starts lecturing her about the fact that he might as well kill her so she can join his party, and mentions Oscar, calling him her "plus one". Billie reminds him that she is not here for the party.

Barnaby drops Billie onto the ground. She realizes that Barnaby has disappeared until he suddenly appears beside them, scaring the latter. Barnaby tells her a list of options of ways to be killed, like being stabbed, strangled, crushed and poisoned. Billie asks what the owl is talking about, and he complains about Billie’s "mortal body”, describing it as “clinging to you like a leech” and saying he refuses to let her in with it.

Barnaby tells Billie to make her choice, to which Billie says "none of the above". Barnaby calls it a great choice, before trying to grab them as they run away. He runs after her, which is where the chase begins.

Barnaby is a prodigious, tall, and slender-figured anthropomorphic avian apparition with nearly pitch-black plumage and a glowing-purple outline around his whole body. His round eyes have tangerine sclera with golden swirls on them, and the interior of his mouth is yellow while his tongue is orange. His eyes also go cross-eyed on some occasions. He has large wings that are about the size of his body, and his feet are thick with three pointed talons and a few fluffy feathers on them, as well as having a long tail with a wide ending. In a similar way to his lower legs, the two "ears" atop his head also have small furry bits on the sides.

As for Barnaby's attire, he sports a lilac bowtie and a white high-collared dress shirt underneath a light pink waistcoat with two thin silver chains attached to an apricot gemstone in the shape of an oval, which is the Gem of Reality on the center. Barnaby is Asexual, however he is also gay.

Dutch is an Antagonist of Billie Bust Up. Dutch is the owner of the Razzle Dazzle Hotel, a popular and well known vacation spot located in the sky. He is known for his criminal dealings in the magic underworld, often trading for black market goods and magical trinkets, and is famous for his singing and considered a celebrity around the park. Billie stumbles upon this hotel in an attempt to look for a magical Gem that he's hiding though he claims he doesn't know what she's talking about.

Dutch has white fur and a huge amount of fur on his neck as well as grey hair, eyebrows, tail and a mysterious scar on his muzzle. He has a red vest with a yellow tie adorned with many beads and a black jacket, which both have a few pockets.

Dutch is described as hearty, cheerful and charming, and is very difficult to make angry. Anything else has yet to be known. He is also Bisexual.

Fantoccio is one of the many Antagonists in Billie Bust Up.

Fantoccio is a living puppet brought to life by the Gem of Telekinesis, using the gem as a source of life and power with his wooden body being a great conduit of magic. He has been trapped alone in the Lost City of Magic for at least fifteen years due to a magic spell/curse.

Fantoccio is described as being egotistical, dramatic and having an interest in theatre. He becomes mad at Billie's presence, as he finally sees his chance to play with someone. It's stated that he has a bit of a Napoleon Complex, being short in both stature and temper.

Fantoccio is a small, slim puppet made of sandy brown wood with four-fingered hands and pointed, toeless feet. He has large eyes with golden sclera and three rounded teeth that protude from his mouth. He wears a mossy green cloak and hat, the cloak adorned with three buttons, while the hat has a lighter green band around it and a dark red feather. He has the Gem of Telekinesis embedded in his chest.

In his pirate outfit, the cloak and hat are replaced with a formal pirate outfit, with the Gem of Telekinesis showing in this outfit. He wears a tie up cream shirt with black pants and a pegleg replacing his right foot.

In his ringmaster outfit, he wears a circus performer's outfit, with a black top hat, a red circus ringleader's shirt, white bellbottoms with black boots. He is Pansexual, whilst also being Autistic.

MISC: The Gems:

Gems are powerful objects that grants the holder a specific power, and are six magic gems in total. All of the gems grant powers that can be used with normal magic except the gems allow the user to use much stronger versions of those powers, but requires much time and practice to use effectively.

Gem of Reality The Gem of Reality is used by Barnaby to manipulate reality around him, and is by far the strongest gem. An example of the power of the gem is when he uses it to create a cartoonish version of reality around Billie during the Barnaby Chase. Barnaby always wears the Gem of Reality around his body except for when he's sleeping.

Gem of Telekinesis The Gem of Telekinesis is used by Fantoccio to control his body, and allows him to control and lift multiple items and heavy objects. The gem is directly embedded in his chest and without it he would not be able to move.

Gem of Alchemy We do not know what it does, but we can assume it allows the user to master the powers of alchemy.

Gem of Resurrection The Gem of Resurrection is used by Z.

It is assumed the pink gem in Z's belt if the Gem of Ressurection, as his power is Ressurection.

There is also the Purple Gem, it is the Gem of Teleportation, the one in Aristotle's cape.
