Today was pleasantly different: all I did was interview the volunteers who had come to our area since the Fourth of July to select a hundred men for the special operations squad that would do the permanent engineering and maintenance work that had been solely in my charge and that of my team until now. I talked with men who had already passed the initial selection, had received specialized training, and were working as engineers or managers in industry. About three hundred men passed in front of me, and with them about a hundred wives and children, which is an indication of a real infusion of fresh blood into our region. I don't know how many we have now, but I do know that the Organization has increased its numbers in California several times over in the last three weeks - and we are admitting very few into our ranks. Most of them have either joined work crews, mostly agricultural, or, as far as men of draft age are concerned, have received uniforms and rifles we obtained from the National Guard arsenal. Thus we are gradually increasing the reliability, if not the professionalism, of our army. Many of the "new recruits" have little or no idea of military service, and besides, we do not yet have the opportunity to give them the ideological training that all new members receive, and yet they tend to be more sympathetic to us than soldiers. So we are trying to integrate them into regular military units as quickly as possible.

I asked the people I interviewed today about their living-life and family situation, not just their professional knowledge and skills. Almost everyone was housed in recently vacated homes in a formerly black south side suburb of Los Angeles. The organization had set up headquarters there in a small mansion, and in that mansion I worked today. I hardly had to listen to any complaints, although every single one of them mentioned the terrible stench in the houses they were living in. Some of the houses were so stinky that it was impossible to be in them. However, people took up the work with enthusiasm and sanitized, scrubbed, and painted with such persistence that in a couple of days the change was visible. I made an inspection trip, and what a delight it was to see sweet white children playing quietly where hordes of young screaming negroes had previously ruled. About two dozen parents were still working near the houses, tidying up the grounds. They had collected a small pile of trash: beer cans, cigarette packs, empty cardboard boxes, broken furniture, ruined appliances. Two women were marking out a fairly large patch of wasteland, fencing it in, and digging the ground for a future community vegetable garden.

On the windows, which had previously known only torn paper, now hung brightly colored curtains - I think sewn by their own hands from dyed sheets. On the windowsills, where empty bottles had always stood, there were now pots of flowers.

Most of the current residents of the houses have come here empty-handed, giving up everything and risking their lives to be with us. It is a shame that we don't have the opportunity to do more for them, but these are the people who know how to take care of themselves. One of the first volunteers I selected this morning to find a suitable truck somewhere to haul the garbage and also to supply us with food daily from the nearest food distribution center, which is about six miles away. He has to be responsible for the working condition of the truck and for gasoline, which he will have to get himself until we have time to set up a new fuel distribution system. He is about sixty years old and was formerly the owner of a synthetic materials factory in Indiana, but here he is happy to be a garbage man as well! By the time things normalize in the city, the residents in our part of California will be a little less than half of what they were a month ago. We have more than enough housing for the newcomers, and we'll probably tear down some of the residential and non-residential buildings in Los Angeles, plant trees, and make a park area here. But that's in the future, and the immediate goal is to temporarily house our new arrivals in places that are safely separated from those where there are still pockets of tension.

For several weeks after the nuclear strike of 08.09.1993 bloody anarchy reigned in Detroit. Gradually something resembling order was restored, though the System shared power with the leaders of several black gangs. Although there were a few more or less isolated white citadels that kept the prowling mobs of black robbers and rapists at bay, most of the disorganized and demoralized white residents in Detroit and beyond were unable to fight back effectively against the Negroes and, as in other places with large black populations, were subjected to horrendous terror. On 15.12.1993 the Organization took the initiative. At the same time, several lightning attacks were launched against the System's military fortifications in Detroit, which brought the Organization an easy victory. At the same time, the Organization established in Detroit the patterns of behavior that were soon followed everywhere. All captured white units that laid down their arms were asked to fight on the Organization's side against the System. Those who immediately agreed were taken aside for preliminary interrogation and then sent to camps for ideological processing and special instruction. The rest were shot on the spot, without further ado.

The Organization treated the white population with the same ruthlessness. When comrades from the Organization showed up at the white citadels in the suburbs of Detroit, the first thing they did was to eliminate most of the local leaders in the name of establishing the unchallenged authority of the Organization. There was no time or energy to rein in those short-sighted whites who stood by the fact that they were not "racists" or "revolutionaries" and did not need the help of "outside agitators" to solve their problems, or those who were conservatives or simply local "patriots." In most areas, there was no opportunity for an orderly and large-scale operation to separate non-Whites, as there was in California, and the bloody race war dragged on for months, taking gruesome forms for those Whites who found themselves outside the Organization's tightly managed exclusively White enclaves. In the winter of 1994, the food situation became critical. Negroes engaged in cannibalism, exactly as in California, while hundreds of thousands of emaciated whites who had previously ignored the Organization's call to rise up against the System began to appear at the borders of the free zones, begging to be fed. The Organization had the means to feed only those whites already under its control, and even then it had to ration them as strictly as possible, so the crowds of new arrivals had to be turned back.

Only children, women of childbearing age, and sturdy men who expressed a desire to fight in the ranks of the Organization were left behind, but they were subjected to far more severe scrutiny than had been the case in California when whites and non-whites were separated. Now it was not enough to be white; to qualify for food, one had to be a carrier of particularly valuable genes. In Detroit, for the first time (but later accepted by all) a sturdy white man who wanted to enter an Organization enclave was fed something hot once, then given a bayonet or other edged weapon. After marking his forehead with indelible paint, the man was sent back to earn his right to stay in the enclave permanently by bringing the head of a Negro or any other non-white enemy he had killed. This allowed the hope that precious food would not be wasted on those unwilling or unable to join the Organization's military forces, but for the weak in body and spirit white men, it meant death. Tens of millions died in the first half of 1994 alone, and the lowest point of fifty million for the white population as a whole was reached in August. By then, however, nearly half of the surviving whites were in the Organization's enclaves, and there food production and distribution grew and gradually became sufficient to prevent starvation deaths.

Although a central mixed government still existed, the military and police forces of the System were virtually fragmented and were independent local units whose main occupation was to obtain food, booze, gasoline, and women. Both the Organization and the System avoided large-scale action against each other. The Organization limited itself to short but powerful attacks on troop concentrations and other important installations, while the System defended itself and its supply sources, in some areas also attempting to contain the further spread of the Organization's enclaves. Nevertheless, these enclaves expanded and grew in numbers throughout the five years from 1994 through 1999. At one time, there were nearly 2,000 separate enclaves controlled by the Organization in North America. But outside these zones of order and security, anarchy and savagery became increasingly frightening, because the only real power there were marauding gangs preying on each other and on the unorganized and defenseless population. Many gangs consisted of Negroes, Puerto Ricans, Chicanos, and half-breeds. Increasingly, however, there were white gangs formed along racial lines without any involvement of the Organization. As the war of extermination continued, millions of soft-spoken, urban, ideologically-treated whites gradually gained courage. The rest died.

Already since 1993, the Organization had active cells in Western Europe, and they grew with astonishing rapidity in the six years that preceded the victory in North America. Liberalism had taken its toll in Europe just as it had in America, and almost everywhere the old order resembled a rotten shell, with only the appearance of strength. The disastrous economic crisis in Europe, which followed the demise of the System in North America, was very helpful in preparing the European population morally for the final victory of the Organization. The final victory came in the widespread European upsurge in the summer and fall of 1999, which swept across the continent like a cleansing hurricane, sweeping away thousands of years of alien ideology and centuries of moral and physical decay in a matter of months. The streets of the great European cities were knee-deep in blood as race traitors, descendants of impure marriages, and hordes of guest workers met their common fate. And then the great dawn of the New Age rose over the Western World. China remained the only strong center on earth that did not submit to the Organization. The Organization decided to postpone the solution of the Chinese question for several years, but the Chinese themselves provoked the Organization into immediate and radical action. Naturally, immediately after the nuclear strike of September 8, 1993, the Chinese occupied the Asian regions of the Soviet Union, but until the fall of 1999 they remained east of the Urals, consolidating the vast, newly conquered territory.

When the nations of Europe were liberated one by one by the Organization in the fall of 1999, the Chinese decided to lay their hands on the European part of Russia. The Organization resisted this takeover with all its might, using nuclear weapons to disable the Chinese' rather primitive nuclear weapons and strategic bombers to destroy new Chinese troop concentrations west of the Urals. Unfortunately, this action did not hold back the Yellow Wave that rushed north and west from China. The Organization needed time to reorganize and reorient the European populations under its control before it could hope to deal in the usual way with the huge numbers of Chinese infantrymen pouring across the Urals into Europe; all its troops at that time were barely sufficient to restore order in the liberated but troubled territories of eastern and southern Europe. So the Organization resorted simultaneously and on a large scale to chemical, biological, and radiological weapons to cope with the problem. In four years some sixteen million square miles of land surface from the Ural Mountains to the Pacific Ocean, from the Arctic Ocean to the Indian Ocean, were effectively sterilized. Thus the Great Eastern Desert was created.

Only in the last ten years have certain areas of the Great Eastern Desert been declared safe to live in. And even so, they are "safe" only in the sense that the poisons that soaked the land a hundred years ago are no longer an immediate danger.But everyone knows that the hordes of mutants roaming the desert are no less dangerous, and it will take another hundred years for the last of them to disappear and for the white population to reassert its presence in the vast territory.
