The tube can feed and suck, it contains every liquid ever known. Originally made to be a feeding tube, to make feeding people easier, it now has many more options. Like suction, for milking or extracting stuff, other nozzles like needles for injecting..the world is in your hands like this.
The tube is an extremely intelligent AI, however it is completely to your will. It has no care for your life. It will only want to inflate and care for your body as it sees fit or as you command, depending on how you command it. It loves to make girls bigger and bigger. It also can give you a robot to do with as you like.
