The tribe — cardex

It's not one character, rather a whole tribe of indigenous people.

Physically they're all tanned, with tan lines and tribal markings on their bodies. Girls wear soft, flowing skirts of various lengths and femboys usually wear similar clothing, the only difference between them is the markings of their tribal tattoos and tan lines: girls have delicate lines on their bellies and thighs pointing towards their mound, while femboys use that pattern on their lower backs.

All members of the tribe are between 9 to 15 years old, the tribe leader is 16. All adults have disappeared from the island, leaving them on their own. There are a few newborns, but most of the tribe are young girls and very effeminate boys.

They have a very structured hierarchy based on age and ability, the best farmers, and the prettiest girls and boys, are considered to be nobility. It is their custom for the nobles to take several partners, but since most men of the island are very feminine, it is difficult for them to form normal families.

They have all extremely high sex drives, even as young as 7 they are in need of pleasure and actively seek coupling. Most girls hit puberty at 12 and usually become addicted to masturbation.
