207 Oak Street is a house in Grand Rapids, Michigan where a Soul Eater took residence. During the house's history, two people have died within. One was a man who choked on a chicken bone and another was a woman who was shot by her husband. At some point, a Soul Eater took residence in the house and opened up its Nest inside. After learning of the Soul Eater's attack on Will, hunters Bobby Singer Singer and Rufus Turner Turner came to investigate and believed that they were dealing with a vengeful spirit or a poltergeist. The hunters burned the bones of both of the house's residents that had previously died within but realized that they were not dealing with a ghost after the attack on Mary. After researching the lore, Bobby Singer and Rufus Turner realized that they were dealing with a Soul Eater. Due to his experience with another Soul Eater, Bobby Singer knew of a sigil that they could put up in the house to trap the Soul Eater in its Nest. After researching the lore, Bobby Singer and Rufus Turner realized that they were dealing with a Soul Eater. Due to his experience with another Soul Eater, Bobby Singer knew of a sigil that they could put up in the house to trap the Soul Eater in its Nest. Bobby Singer got dragged into the Nest while his body was possessed by the Soul Eater to stop Rufus Turner. However, Rufus Turner subdued the possessed Bobby Singer and finished the sigil, trapping the Soul Eater and sealing up the nest. The next day, Bobby Singer put up wallpaper to cover up the sigil while Rufus Turner warned the Henderson's, restored to their bodies after the Soul Eater's defeat, not to touch the wallpaper. Following the Soul Eater's defeat, Mary Henderson found herself unable to move on and she and her family moved out of the house. While they put it up for sale, the housing market eventually crashed. With no other choice, the Henderson's walked on the house's mortgage, destroying their credit. The Soul Eater took Naoki's daughter Kat into the Nest mere minutes after being freed. Learning of the attack on Kat, the Winchesters investigated and came to the same conclusion that Bobby Singer and Rufus Turner had: that the house was haunted by ghosts. After learning of Bobby Singer and Rufus Turner's presence, the Winchesters deduced that Bobby Singer and Rufus Turner dispatched one ghost years before and there was a second that came back in the present. However, they found that Bobby Singer and Rufus Turner had burned both sets of bones. That night, while returning to the house to get some of her daughter's things, Naoki was attacked and dragged into the Nest by the Soul Eater. After learning of Naoki's attack and the circumstances behind the attack on the Henderson's years earlier, the Winchesters also came to the realization that they were dealing with a Soul Eater. From the Men of Letters archives, Sam Winchester found a sigil that would kill a Soul Eater when painted both inside the house and inside the Nest. The Winchesters returned to the house where Dean Winchester was pulled into the Nest and painted the sigil. Dean's body was possessed by the Soul Eater shortly thereafter to stop Sam, but Sam subdued the Soul Eater and finished the sigil, killing it. The Soul Eater's death releases its victims from the Nest to return to their bodies or to move on to their afterlife if they are already dead. The next day, the Winchesters depart and suggest to Naoki that her kitchen will need a remodeling from their fight with the Soul Eater. Naoki states that she intends to sell the house and it is abandoned once again.

Located in Missoula, Montana near a monastery, the mansion is used by the Alpha Vampire in times when something is wrong. During her captivity, Emily visits the retreat at least once. In 2012, after vampires start dying due to a mysterious plague, the Alpha Vampire chooses to go to his retreat. Searching for the Alpha Vampire to get his blood for a weapon to defeat the Leviathans, the Winchesters find the retreat using clues given to them by Emily who claims not to know its exact location but later betrays their plans to the Alpha Vampire. After being captured, the Winchesters attempt to convince the Alpha Vampire that the Leviathans are responsible for the plague and are trying to wipe out the vampires. When Edgar arrives, the Alpha Vampire has them locked in the study, but the Winchesters manage to escape. During their meeting, Edgar reveals that the Leviathans are actively trying to wipe out all monster species that feed on humans before being decapitated by Sam Winchester. Recognizing that they have a common enemy, the Alpha Vampire willingly gives the Winchesters his blood and allows them to take with them Allan, a young, kidnapped boy that he had been holding at his retreat. It is unknown what ultimately happened to the retreat. It is presumably abandoned since at least the Alpha Vampire's death at Sam Winchester's hands five years later.

In 2014, in order to gain leverage with the King of Hell Crowley, the Knight of Hell Abaddon abducted Crowley's son Gavin MacLeod from 1723 before he could board The Star to sail to America. Following Abaddon's death, Crowley refused to allow Gavin to be returned to his own time, knowing that he would die when The Star sank off the coast of Andover, Massachusetts. As a result of Gavin's disappearance, he was not present when his fiancé Fiona Duncan arrived looking for him. Thinking that Gavin had attempted to leave her behind, Fiona boarded The Star as a stowaway where she was without Gavin's protection. When she was found and without Gavin to protect her, Fiona was brutalized by the crew and passengers. Though her teacher Mistress Aloway was aboard, she encouraged the brutality instead of protecting her as Fiona believed she should. Fiona ultimately died when The Star sank and became a vengeful spirit attached to her locket which was eventually recovered from the wreckage. In 2016 and 2017, Fiona reemerged as a vengeful spirit targeting teachers who ended up with her locket, seeking revenge upon all teachers for Mistress Aloway's failure to protect her. Fiona's murders drew the attention of hunters Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester who made the connection to The Star and found Gavin with the help of his grandmother, witch Rowena MacLeod. With Gavin's help, the Winchesters realized that Fiona was the ghost they were dealing with and helped Gavin to make contact with Fiona through a séance who explained to Gavin what had happened to her. As the Winchesters tried to figure out what to do, they realized that the best option would be to send Gavin back to 1723 so that he could protect Fiona aboard the ship and restore the original timeline, an act that would erase Fiona's murders from existence. Gavin, who had never felt like he belonged in the 21st century, agreed with this. Using the Blood Sigil tweaked by Rowena, Gavin was returned to 1723, taking with him the locket and Fiona's ghost. After Gavin was returned to his own time, the Winchesters checked the news stories and discovered no sign of Fiona's murders with all of her victims being alive again, confirming that Gavin succeeded in protecting Fiona and erasing this timeline. The only ones who remembered it were the Winchesters, Rowena and Crowley. An alternate timeline which was a temporal paradox created unknowingly by Dean Winchester via him using the Baozhu which transported John Winchester from 2003 into 2019. This timeline is very similar to the one featured in My Heart Will Go On as the Winchester brothers both had to fix a temporal paradox by setting history straight. The RMS Titanic set off from Southampton, England, on April 10, 1912, with an estimated 2,224 passengers and crew aboard. Four days later, on its way to New York City, the Titanic struck an iceberg. The ship sank just under two hours in the North Atlantic Ocean, killing 1,500 people. It became one of the deadliest commercial peacetime maritime disasters in modern history. In an attempt to gather souls as fuel, the Seraphim Castiel ordered Balthazar to travel back in time and prevent the Titanic from sinking. His success led to the existence of many bloodlines and new humans. Other events were also altered, leading to people who died of other causes to appear alive and even marry again, as in the case with Ellen Harvelle. Those unaffected by the change are Castiel and Balthazar, who are aware of what changes have transpired. Before Castiel could collect the souls, Atropos responded to this major change in history by killing off the humans who were never meant to be born. She also targeted Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester, who were the heart of another reality-altering event. She threatened to kill them with the help of her sisters if Castiel did not re-sink the Titanic. Castiel reluctantly obliged, and Balthazar restored history. Sam and Dean retained their memories, due to Castiel ensuing so. In order to show Dean, the consequences of refusing to say "Yes" to Michael, Zachariah transports him to this alternate timeline. Dean Winchester later regretted his decision and attempted to say yes to Michael, but at that point, it was too late. In possession of his true vessel, Lucifer was able to win the war between Heaven and Hell and reduce humanity to the brink of extinction. Many humans had become infected by the Croatoan Virus and turned into mindless zombies. The last line of defense against The Apocalypse was Camp Chitaqua, a group of resistance fighters serving under Dean Winchester of that timeline. The members included a near-human Castiel and Chuck Shurley. Present Dean Winchester goes to visit the survivors at Camp Chitaqua, where he discovers the changes of not only himself, but also his allies. Future Dean Winchester later brings him on a mission to kill Lucifer using the Colt and orders his followers to act as bait. Future Dean Winchester is ultimately killed while Present Dean Winchester is taken back to his own timeline, safe and sound. Despite Zachariah's intentions to get Dean Winchester to say "Yes", the journey only convinces Dean Winchester to reunite with his brother Sam Winchester to avoid this future. It is averted when Sam Winchester throws himself, along with Lucifer, Michael and Nick M into Lucifer's Cage, thus ending the Apocalypse. In the current timeline, the demon Abaddon had become a threat in 2014 but was ultimately killed by Dean Winchester. After escaping again in 2015, Lucifer was killed by Dean Winchester in 2018 with the help of the Michael of another alternate reality. April 17, 2020: Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester and Eileen Leahy are looking for cases. Castiel is there was well, handing the group some beer. Dean Winchester calls for movie night; Eileen Leahy says she'll make popcorn. Jody Mills calls Sam Winchester and says Claire Novak is dead after a failed vampire hunt. January 6, 2021: Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester are driving through what appears to be a location that is on fire. Dean said they did everything they could, but the place was crawling with werewolves. Sam Winchester disagrees and says if they got there sooner, all the victims wouldn't have died. The brothers have also lost Castiel. November 3, 2021: By this date, Castiel went crazy because of the Mark and Dean Winchester had to bury him in a Ma'lak Box. Eileen Leahy, Donna Hanscum, Patience Turner, Annie Jones are said to be dead. Dean Winchester has lost all hope and called it quits; however, Sam Winchester still wants to fight on. Sam tells Dean he is raiding the vampire nest with or without him. Dean Winchester says that he really hasn't a choice and reluctantly agrees to go as well. December 9, 2022: Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester have barricaded themselves in a room. Outnumbered, they are prepared to go out swinging. Two hunters, as well as Jody Mills and Bobby Singer are heading towards the door. Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester show their fangs, revealing they have been turned into vampires. The hunters enter the room and they are killed. Jody Mills bursts through and shoots Sam Winchester with a dead man's blood bullet. Dean Winchester witnesses this and attacks Jody, killing her. At the same time, Bobby Singer enters the room and decapitates Sam Winchester. This timeline is erased when Sam Winchester, believing that God was telling him the truth when he showed Sam Winchester the future, chosen not to trap God. Originally, alternate timelines were considered difficult to create - as the angel Castiel said after a time-travelling Dean Winchester failed to alter John Winchester and Mary Winchester's fate; "Destiny can't be changed [...]. All roads lead to the same destination." Balthazar noted after successfully creating an alternate timeline that there's "no more rules", referring to the aftermath of the Apocalypse's derailment, and from then on history proved easier to alter. People and entities that are subjected to these changes will not remember their previous lives after the transition from the old reality to the new. However, those who are responsible for the change, can in some cases remember the previous timeline, as it was the case with Castiel and Balthazar. Entities like Atropos are immune to timeline alterations. Changing the timeline can sometimes create temporal paradoxes, where beings and objects from a previous timeline can still paradoxically exist in the new one for a short period of time. An example of temporal paradoxes was when John Winchester was transported from 2003 to 2019, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester continued to exist as themselves, despite their lives also being affected and Mary Winchester was still alive, despite the events leading up to her resurrection never happening. Sam Winchester theorized that this temporal paradox won't last long and that Mary Winchester will just fade away, while Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester will become this new timeline's version of themselves.

The physical realm with different properties and events from the main Universe. It is unknown how many Universes God created. Alternate Earth, in most appearances, is like that of Earth, but with key differences. Alternate Earth does not have most forms of magic in it. Likewise, objects of supernatural origins are also nonexistent. Supernatural beings, regardless of origin and alignment, are not normally found in it. Surprisingly, the goblet of blood still works in Alternate Earth. It is also implied by Virgil that humans in this universe have no spiritual essence and that there is no Heaven or Hell. Its demographics consist mainly of ordinary fauna and flora. Certain humans in Earth do not exist on Alternate Earth, as Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester existed as different people in Alternate Earth. This alternate reality could only be accessed by means of magic, specifically that of reality warping. A spell and a sigil are required to send any being to the Alternate Earth. Balthazar used salt, blood of lamb and a bone of a lesser saint for the ritual and the sigil. Any being that makes contact in the immediate vicinity of the sigil is then drawn into the alternate reality. Escaping Alternate Earth is far more difficult and could not be accomplished even with the same spell used to open a portal into it. Using an unknown method, the Archangel Raphael was able to reverse the spell and create a portal back into Earth. So far, only angelic beings have shown the capability to send and retrieve beings from Alternate Earth.

Apocalypse World is an alternate universe in which Mary Campbell refused to make a deal with Azazel to resurrect John Winchester. Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester were not born to prevent the Apocalypse from happening; leading to the devastation of Earth, and the victory of Michael who subsequently became the "Genghis Khan" supreme ruler of this universe and launched an extermination campaign against the surviving humans. It was subsequently destroyed by God in his quest of destroying the entire Multiverse. After Jack Kline became the new God, he restored this universe along with all other universes. In the years since the Apocalypse started, parts of the Earth's landscape including formerly-inhabited areas have been reduced to scorched wastes. In these areas, the sky is constantly overcast and red lightning flashes in the clouds; bodies and skeletons often litter the ground, and the only other remnants of life are the skeletons of dead vegetation. Gigantic angel blade-like pikes also protrude from the ground, with bodies impaled on them. Other parts of the world remain unscorched with wild forests and mountains, where human colonies and nests of surviving monsters are based. Time in Apocalypse World seemingly does not run concurrently to time in the Main Universe; as when a rift linking the two universes was first opened, it was night on Apocalypse World while it was day on the main Earth, and later vice versa. Though Apocalypse World's angels appear to possess the same powers and weaknesses as their species in the Main Universe does (although the Apocalypse World version of Michael was stated to be much more powerful than his Main Universe counterpart), Apocalypse World's magic is implied to differ from the Main Universe's to some extent. Supernatural Handcuffs became ineffective on the main reality's Lucifer in Apocalypse World. It shared the same history as the Main Universe until 1973: John Winchester was killed by the Prince of Hell Azazel, who offered Mary Campbell a deal to bring John back in exchange for permission to enter her house in ten years. Unlike in the Main Universe, Mary refused the deal and John remained dead. Mary spent the rest of her life alone and regretting her decision, until Azazel killed her circa 2007. As a result, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester never came to exist. In this reality, Heaven and Hell go head-to-head in a series of wars. Charlie Bradbury stated that when the archangels Michael and Lucifer began their fight, an EMP or something similar went off over North America, frying all technology on the continent - this affected human in that they at first banded together, then formed desperate mobs when food supplies dwindled. Michael killed Lucifer in the skies above Abilene, making him the victor; but when God didn't reappear as expected, Michael began an extermination campaign against the remaining humans, and the angels began slaughtering any and all humans deemed guilty of acting against Michael. According to Bobby Singer, when Lucifer and his demons emerged from Hell, the humans believed that angels were there to save them, but instead they turned on humanity "one by one". Notably, Kansas City was invaded and leveled by an angel garrison assigned by Michael. The angels also locked Death away and enslaved the reapers. Jakob mentioned the humans had been fighting Michael since roughly 2010. By 2017, most of the human race is gone, and the Earth is mostly a desolate waste. Apparently "hordes" of demons still exist and remain locked in conflict with Heaven, though they don't seem to be a major concern for the angels and remaining humans. The angels continue their war of extermination upon the human race, who were unable to do much but fight to stay alive until 2018 - apart from the odd lone survivor in the wastes, only a small number of human colonies remain and they are all targets for destruction by the angels. The world's monster population has also suffered terribly; surviving vampires are starving due to lack of human prey and have devolved into savage and feral versions of their former selves. Animals aren't known to exist even in the forested areas of the world which escaped incineration. The fate of the world's minor deities is unclear. While his mother Kelly Kline goes into labor, the Nephilim Jack Kline opens a rift that leads to this alternate universe. His protector Castiel falls into it, he is attacked by a Tempter Demon but is saved by Bobby Singer who recognizes that he is different from the angels of his world. Bobby Singer spares him and tells him things about his world before Castiel manages to return and show this world to Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester. When Lucifer arrives in hopes of claiming his son, Sam, Dean, Castiel and Crowley decide to use this portal as a means to lock Lucifer away. Crowley chooses to sacrifice himself as part of a ritual that will seal the rift. Unfortunately, Lucifer manages to escape and kill Castiel. Lucifer is forced back into the rift when Mary Winchester attacks him, and both end up trapped. Apocalypse World in the new world Mary Winchester tries to run from Lucifer who easily keeps up with her, reminding Mary that he can fly so she can't outrun him. Mary challenges Lucifer to kill her and he agrees, throwing Mary towards a sword sticking up out of the ground. However, at the last moment, Lucifer telekinetically stops Mary Winchester's fall. Grabbing Mary, Lucifer suggests that he needs her alive. Mary Winchester follows Lucifer across the wasteland while doubting their chances of escaping. When Lucifer expresses his concern for his Jack Kline's well being, Mary doesn't believe he could care about raising kids. After attempting to explain himself, Lucifer decides Mary Winchester simply doesn't know him. A bomb is seen flying towards them and Lucifer covers himself using his leather jacket. Once the smoke dissipates he finds Mary Winchester gone. He finds her about to be killed by a hunter and promptly punches the hunter through the chest, killing him. Lucifer complains about Mary Winchester running away again and suggests that they should be working together in order to reunite with their respective sons. When Mary Winchester argues that she does not wish to help Lucifer win, Lucifer forces her to comply by causing her to convulse in pain. The two continue walking along the wasteland until Mary Winchester complains about being tired. Lucifer doesn't let her rest, pointing out that she is the reason they are here and it's not his fault she's a "wimpy human". Mary Winchester and Lucifer interrupted by the arrival of a group of angels in search of a creature from Hell. Lucifer jokingly suggests they are referring to Mary to which the angel replies with "False!" When Lucifer tells them who he is, the angel again replies with "False!" since the Lucifer of their universe had been slain by the archangel Michael. When the angels prepare to smite Lucifer, Lucifer angrily snaps his fingers and obliterates them. He and Mary Winchester are soon after approached by the Archangel Michael himself, who is surprised to see his brother alive until he learns they are from another reality. Lucifer thinks this Michael is a knockoff of the one he left in The Cage, to which Michael responds by explaining what he did to his own Lucifer. Michael wishes to do the same thing again, leading Lucifer to punch him in the face. The two archangels get into a fist fight while Mary Winchester watches. Michael quickly gains the upper hand by twisting Lucifer's arm. When Lucifer asks if Michael plans on killing him, Michael tells him he will keep him alive because he needs him. Lucifer is shown being bound inside a cage full of spikes used to torture him. Michael also reads his mind and discovers the world Lucifer left behind is a paradise he wishes to visit himself. Michael tells Lucifer that once he is done using him, he will abandon Lucifer inside this cage knowing it is the thing Lucifer fears the most, as it reminds Lucifer of the Cage in Hell. Lucifer is taken out of the cage temporarily to be used in a ritual to create a rift that will take Michael back to Lucifer's world. Lucifer is shocked to learn that the Kevin Tran of this universe is working with Michael and is the one to perform the spell. Lucifer questions Kevin's decision to serve a monster, but Kevin retorts that Lucifer is the monster since he is Satan, and Michael is the closest thing to God and being a prophet Kevin is obligated to serve him. When Kevin Tran reveals an ingredient needed to power the spell is the grace of an archangel, Michael extracts a portion of Lucifer's grace and gives it to Kevin, intent on leaving the rest inside Lucifer for future use. Kevin Tran activates the spell and a rift is formed, but Lucifer makes a quick run for it and succeeds in passing through alone. The rift closes behind him. After returning to his world, Lucifer makes contact with his resurrected brother Castiel and tells him of the invading Michael before they are captured by Asmodeus, the current Ruler of Hell. Asmodeus then makes plans to locate and procure Jack Kline if there was truth about the invading Michael. Lucifer's son Jack Kline tried mastering his powers before making contact with a dream walker named Derek Swan in order to see other worlds. Jack Kline's effort proves somewhat successful as he able to see the alternate reality and Mary Winchester being held prisoner begging for aid. Sometime later, he is able to show Mary Winchester's sons Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester this sight, and they set out to track down another dream walker, Kaia Nieves. After saving her from angels and threatening her until she was turned to their side, Jack Kline and Kaia Nieves were able to combine their powers and navigate through the dimensional plane until they found the world Mary Winchester was in. Due to Kaia Nieves flashing between Apocalypse World and the Bad Place, Dean Winchester and Sam Winchesters were sent to the Bad Place while Jack Kline was sent to Apocalypse World. When Kaia rescues the Winchesters from the Bad Place alongside Claire Novak, Sam asks Kaia where Jack Kline is. Kaia tells Sam that she thinks Jack Kline is in "the other world" with their mother. Learning of Michael from Castiel, the Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester call upon Donatello Redfield to open a rift to Apocalypse World to rescue Jack Kline and Mary Winchester from the danger there using the Demon Tablet. Asmodeus is able to trick Donatello into telling him what they are up to and places Donatello under his control to report to him. Donatello is able to find the spell on the tablet while Asmodeus prepares for the upcoming invasion by getting an Archangel Blade and Gabriel. Dean Winchester, Sam Winchester and Castiel attempt to open a rift into the Apocalypse World using the spell Donatello translated, but learn that Donatello has been corrupted by a combination of the power of the Demon Tablet and Donatello soulless state. Castiel is able to strip the spell from Donatello's mind, leaving Donatello brain-dead. Castiel expresses confidence that they are facing a war with Michael and must do whatever it takes to survive and win. It is revealed Jack Kline has been captured by Michael who allows Zachariah to attempt to manipulate Jack Kline's mind so that he will help them, but fails as the latter sees through the trick. Jack Kline is subsequently defeated and imprisoned by Michael who places him in a cell with Mary Winchester. Jack Kline and Mary are able to escape from Michael's fortress as Michael sends his forces after them. The two escapees soon meet up with Bobby Singer who takes them in after learning of Mary Winchester's identity. Bobby takes them back to his colony where he reveals that the angels are waging a war of extermination upon the humans and are winning. After locating Jack Kline, the angels, led by Zachariah, attack. The humans and Jack Kline are able to dispatch all of the attacking angels, including Zachariah and earning Jack Kline acceptance for his help in the battle. After killing Zachariah, Jack Kline recognizes that humanity in Apocalypse World is in danger of extinction and decides that the only way to truly save it is for Jack Kline to kill Michael. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester succeed in gathering all of the ingredients to the ritual that will allow them to open a rift to Apocalypse World for twenty-four hours. With the rift open, Dean travels through with Arthur Ketch to rescue Mary Winchester and Jack Kline. Dean Winchester and Arthur Ketch arrive in a snowy forest in Apocalypse World and witness a group of angels executing human prisoners. To Dean's shock, amongst them is Charlie Bradbury who is a high-ranking member of the resistance that has been formed by Mary Winchester and Jack Kline in the months since the Attack on the Human Colony. The Prison Camp Commander has Charlie taken to his camp for interrogation to discover information on the resistance. Witnessing this and still feeling guilt over the murder of Dean Winchesters own Charlie Bradbury, Dean becomes intent on rescuing Charlie. Following an encounter with a bounty hunter, Dean becomes poisoned, but is saved by Arthur who he is able to convince to help him. Having learned the location of the Silo from the bounty hunter, Dean Winchester and Arthur Ketch launch an attack on the camp as Charlie Bradbury is about to be executed. Armed with angel-killing bullets taken from the bounty hunter, the two men liberate the camp and rescue Charlie while killing all but the commander who flees. Returning to the rift, Dean Winchester explains their mission to Charlie Bradbury who becomes convinced of Dean's sincerity by the sight of the rift. With Mary Winchester and Jack Kline fighting in Des Moines last Charlie Bradbury knew and the rift closing, Arthur Ketch orders Dean Winchester to return to the Main Universe while he remains behind with Charlie to find Mary and Jack Kline and coordinate with the resistance for Dean's inevitable return with reinforcements. As Dean Winchester leaves, the camp commander appears with more angels and engages Arthur Ketch and Charlie Bradbury in battle. Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, Rowena MacLeod, Gabriel, and Castiel manage to capture Lucifer and use his grace to open a rift. They saved two humans from vampires and are told where the human resistance was located and began to travel. On Earth, Lucifer broke free and was sent to Apocalypse World by Rowena Macleod, forcing the witch to prolong the rift's opening. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester try to implore Mary Winchester and Jack Kline to leave but they insisted on saving the world from Michael. Sam came up with the idea to transport everyone to the prime world until they came up with a way to defeat the Archangel. As Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, Mary Winchester were evacuating the humans from Apocalypse World through the rift, Michael made his entrance by killing many humans in his arrival. Michael greeted his enemies as his appearance shocked them at finally seeing him, Lucifer stepped forward and attacked him but was promptly overpowered by a mocking Michael. Michael tried to approached the Winchesters and was surprised as he saw Gabriel. Gabriel told Sam and Dean to retreat as he engaged Michael who readied an Archangel Blades, the two fought and although Gabriel briefly held his own, Michael quickly beat Gabriel and killed him. Michael tried to go after the Winchesters as they retreated but to no avail. Afterwards, Michael was seen talking with Lucifer as they were making a deal to get to the other world. He was skeptical of Lucifer's trustworthiness but the latter told Michael of the ingredients for the ritual as he asked what he wanted. Lucifer wanted his son while Michael wanted everything else and questioned if they had a deal. Bobby Singer intended to eventually return to liberate Apocalypse World's remaining humans. But he started to favor staying in the better-off Main Universe, stating there's little chance of getting back to Apocalypse World anyway without an archangel's grace. Michael and Lucifer travel to the Main Universe, abandoning Apocalypse World entirely. Michael appears to leave his armies behind in favor of only going with Lucifer. Following Lucifer's death, Michael is initially left loose upon the Main Universe, and is killed by Jack Kline in Ouroboros. Avalon is the home world of fairies, which is governed by a king, Oberon. It is an entirely different world or dimension, similar to Hell or Purgatory. Individuals who travel there and manage to return to Earth, can naturally perceive fairies. After being abducted by fairies and spending a short time in Avalon, Dean Winchester mentioned that all beings there were painfully bright to look at. Wayne noted that Dean was marked and, on a ranch, it's unknown if this is to say forced labor. The 'good' fairy Gilda describes herself as being from the Hollow Forest of Arkhmoor, located in Avalon. This suggests that Avalon has various geographical features almost like that of Earth. According to Dorothy and Men of Letters literature, the famous Land of Oz is a part of the fairy world. Time also moves slower in Avalon. It is yet to be revealed how Avalon came to be. In this realm, fairies hold some form of society, which includes a justice system, the Fairy Tribunal, and a king, Oberon. Regardless of their classification, most known fairies appeared to cooperate with each other, as seen when at least two different kinds of fairies track down and attack Dean Winchester. Additionally, elves were seen to work with leprechauns in the context of a deal. According to a leprechaun, the Devil Fairy, a counterpart to Lucifer, also exists. Some fairies appear to be able to travel easily between Earth and Avalon, although some require spells and deals to cross over to Earth. A realm that is home to fairies. Humans can be taken here against their will. Dean Winchester was later sent back to Earth, due to his reckless behavior. However, a fairy, specifically a redcap, was sent to punish him for trespassing into their territory. Some humans are also brought by fairies to Avalon for judgment by their aforementioned Fairy Tribunal. This occurs when humans break the laws of the fairies, such as enslaving a fairy to his or her own will. A special part of the fairy world, Oz, could be accessed by a special key. Additionally, Oz could be accessed by venturing through weather disturbances characterized by vortexes such as tornadoes, eye of a hurricane and whirlpools, although anyone would rarely survive these ways.

Biggerson's is a chain of restaurants with branches all over the United States of America. After Sam Winchester gets cursed by the rabbit foot, he and Dean Winchester head to the restaurant to kill time while Bobby Singer finds a way to stop the curse. Upon entering the place and asking for a table, the waiter congratulated Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester for being the one millionth customer and presents them with a big check. With it they get free food for a year, and Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester's picture was taken. This picture would eventually alert Kubrick and Creedy that Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester were in town. As Sam and Dean ate, a waitress approached and poured some more coffee for them. She accidentally spilled some on Sam Winchester and began to wipe it off. As she left Sam and Dean Winchester checked her out. Immediately after, Sam Winchester's luck turns sour. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester then realize that the waitress was actually a thief named Bela Talbot, who had been planning to acquire the foot. Castiel grabbed one last bag of burgers in a local branch before Famine rolled into the restaurant for his showdown with Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester. A waitress working in one of the branches was suddenly assaulted by harsh truths from the customers and her coworkers. She called her sister to vent her worries, only to hear her sister speak in the same blunt manner as well. In her distress, the waitress shoots herself right in the middle of the restaurant. On a case with Bobby Singer, they stop at Biggerson's to interview Ranger Rick. Once finished, they decided to grab a bite there as well. Dean Winchester ordered a Turducken Slammer; however, Dean seemed to be in a half daze after eating the burger. Later as they autopsy a body, Dean Winchester expressed his desire to return and eat again at Biggerson's. There, Dean noisily enjoyed the burger, which give Sam Winchester a clue that the burger might be the cause of Dean's odd behavior. Sam Winchester also noticed that everyone in the place was also eating the Turducken Slammer. They later checked the delivery truck and find out that the meat used by the restaurants were manufactured by Leviathans. Castiel used the similar set-up and design of Biggerson's to great effect in escaping angels working for Naomi. He would teleport to other locations of his own pattern and choosing whenever he felt that other angels are closing in on him. To break this, Naomi had her angels kill and fatally wound humans in one location to draw Castiel out. This proved successful, as Naomi managed to track down and interrogate Castiel. Before she could finish, however, Crowley arrived and threatened to kill Naomi, forcing her to flee and leave Castiel to the hands of the demon and the double-agent Ion. Rowena Macleodtold Crowley she was seeing an assistant manager at Biggerson's named Trent, but that was only a lie to hide what she truly was up to.

Bobby Singer's colony is a human colony led by Bobby Singer in the Apocalypse World. As the angels led a war of extermination on the human race during the Apocalypse, the colony was formed by Bobby Singer to protect a portion of the remaining population. Many of the people in the colony were injured while the colony had warding, lookouts in the trees, escape tunnels and "a few other tricks" protecting it. In 2017, when a rift opened up from the Main Universe "all sorts of alarms" went off at the colony, leading to Bobby Singer investigating the rift. Later that year, two days after another colony in San Antonio was destroyed in an angel attack, Bobby Singer found Mary Winchester and the Nephilim Jack Kline who had just escaped from Michael's fortress and took them to the colony. Jack Kline became attached to the people of the colony who he felt were brave and used his powers to amuse the young children. However, his use of power resulted in his true nature being exposed to Bobby Singer who chose to exile Jack out of a belief that he would turn against the humans eventually. The morning after Jack Kline and Mary Winchester's arrival, the colony came under attack by Zachariah and several other angels. The hunters defending the colony successfully killed most of the angels while suffering casualties of their own. The colony was saved when Jack Kline killed Zachariah and the last three attacking angels. The majority of the colony were later evacuated to the Prime Universe after being convinced by Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester. Though they swore to return to their world to liberate it from Michael, many enjoyed the Prime Universe and decided to stay. While the fight against the Angels ended, many returned to the field as active Hunters. After Michael had invaded the Prime Universe and possessed Dean Winchester, members of the colony took residence at the Men of Letters bunker, turning it into a major hub for a new Hunter network under the leadership of Mary Winchester and Sam Winchester. Due to God destroying Apocalypse World, everyone evacuated during the Exodus were rendered among the few survivors of the Destruction of the Multiverse.

Disguised as operators from a security alarm company, they visit the apartment of the last victim, Meredith, who was ripped to pieces as if by a wild animal. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester discount werewolves due to it being the wrong time of the lunar cycle, and struggle to find clues until Dean notices that the blood spatter on the carpet forms a symbol. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester also found Meg Masters in a bar of the city. After further investigation, the brothers realize that Meg may have a connection to the demon that killed their mom, and Dean calls his father and leaves a voicemail informing him about their situation. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester take on Meg Masters on their own and temporarily defeat her. They return to their motel and their dad Jogn Winchester reveals himself to them, but the daevas assault and they barely make it out alive. This marks the first major conflict between the Winchesters and demons. The demons released from the Devil's Gate head towards Chicago, and they begin possessing civilians along their way. A man in Oak Park, one of Chicago's suburbs located just west of the city, throws away his garbage in front of his house, and notices the demons flying through the night. Part of the Chicago skyline can be seen in the background. The possessed man is next seen at a local department store and whispers his influence on a woman, causing her to kill another woman for a pair of shoes. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester and Bobby Singer make their way there, thinking it could be a demon case, but find no evidence to indicate it to be so. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester and Bobby Singer follow him anyway to a local bar that he supposedly enjoys spending time at, but Isaac and Tamara, a hunter couple they met earlier, beat them to it. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester and Bobby Singer break in too late for Isaac as he is murdered by the demons but are able to save Tamara and they drive to Bobby's house. Dean Winchester searches for possible cases he and Sam can work on, and he mentions "Chi-town," a nickname for Chicago, as a location for one of the possible cases. As Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester prepare to head for the company HQ in Chicago, Bobby Singer reminds them that the Leviathans know their faces and suggests that they mail in his flask instead. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester hesitate and then finally admit that they're worried that Bobby Singer will become enraged and attack Dick. They refuse to let him help, much to his surprise and shock, and head out for Chicago. He tells them that Sam Winchester is at St. Mary's Convent, but as they talk, Raphael begins descending upon the house. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester return to the house to find that much of the inside has been destroyed by Raphael. Chuck Shurley survived the attack, but Castiel was killed, with bits of him even getting stuck in Chuck's hair. Zachariah and his minions arrive at the house shortly after, intent on taking Dean Winchester with them. Dean sends them away with a blast from an Angel Banishing Sigil he wrote on a sliding door. Chuck Shurley is typing out the manuscript for the chapter "Swan Song", as he waits for a call from Mistress Magda. When Dean Winchester calls him for help, Chuck tells him of the location for the final battle: Stull Cemetery. Following Lucifer's defeat, Chuck Shurley is shown finishing up his work on his computer. He narrates the story, noting how nothing really ends, before he disappears from his chair, leaving the house empty. The house has two floors. Chuck Shurley is mostly seen sitting at his desk with his computer. He keeps the manuscripts of his work next to the computer. Chuck also uses a telephone. Much of the interior was destroyed when Raphael came to kill Castiel, but this was apparently fixed by the house's final appearance.

Church also referred to as Hallowed Ground, are holy buildings where believers of God come to worship him. Due to its holiness, most demons cannot enter or be on its grounds, but this weakness does not apply to stronger demons, like the Princes of Hell. Unlike demons, any ghosts can enter holy ground, but doing so will destroy the weaker ones. This weakness even applies if the building has been knocked down.

Richard Milton's Church is a church located in Ohio. Richard Milton was a deacon who served at this church. His daughter, Anna Milton, presumably frequented this place and may have even considered it as a second home. After Anna Milton began hearing voices, she grew hysterical and started drawing in a sketchbook. Among the many drawings was the stained glass window of her father's church, which she drew repeatedly due to her understanding that demons were among humans. Anna Milton's paranoia landed her in a mental hospital. When a demon disguised as an orderly tried to capture her, she attacked him and fled to her father's church, a place she felt would make her safe. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester, who were also in search of Anna Milton, relied on her drawings to learn about the church and Anna's location. The trio - along with Ruby - met in the attic of this church. Their meeting however, was interrupted by the arrival of Alastair, another demon sent to capture Anna. Ruby took Anna Milton away to a safer place while Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester confronted Alastair. Unable to defeat him, the brothers decided to jump out of the window. Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester landed roughly onto the ground, while Alastair chose not to pursue them just yet.

St. Mary's Convent a prominent convent in Ilchester, Maryland that, unbeknownst to anyone in living memory, served as the prison of Lucifer himself and was the only place where he could be released into the world from his prison in Hell. Even Lucifer's most loyal demons were unsure of the true location of his prison, nor had they actually spoken to him in ages due to the uncertainty of his prison's whereabouts. Because nobody at that time knew Lucifer's location or spoke to him in ages had caused many to lose hope that they would ever actually find him and return him to power. Eventually, the convent's true nature was discovered by the Yellow-Eyed Demon, Azazel. The convent was attacked by Azazel himself upon this discovery, resulting in a bloody massacre that resulted in the closing and abandonment of the convent. Several decades later, it was the site of Lucifer's release after the sacrifice of Lilith by a special child spoken of in prophecy by Lucifer himself, Sam Winchester. In 1972, the demon Azazel, after many supposed years of searching, discovered the location of his "father," Lucifer's, prison to be here. The convent was home to a colony of nuns and tended to by a chief priest who oversaw the caretaking tasks of the church. Azazel journeyed to this place and took possession of the priest's body, entering him and forcing him to do his bidding. The possessed priest then conducted a mass in the main hall of the convent, with the convent's eight nuns all in attendance. It soon became apparent that something was odd about the priest's behavior, as he casually skipped several parts of the Lord's Prayer and paused several times. He soon began to muse about searching for many long years for his "father", who had been put "in jail" by God. After several minutes of talking about his search and his discovery that Lucifer's prison was upon the very ground which now stood a convent, as well as the irony of the location, the priest, now revealed to be Azazel, picks up a knife from the altar and proceeded to disembowel all of the nuns, whom he had locked inside the room. After all of the nuns were killed, the main hall of the convent was left a bloody mess, Azazel (still possessing the priest) laid the corpse of one of the nuns flat upon the altar and prayed to Lucifer, entreating him to "whisper through the door" to him. A strange breeze blew through the room, and the nun's body lying on the altar gasped and began to speak in a demonic voice, the voice of Lucifer himself. Azazel stated his relief at finally hearing Lucifer's voice again and reiterated his ultimate loyalty to Lucifer, to which Lucifer replied that he "had done well". Azazel then requested the knowledge of how to break Lucifer out of his prison, to which Lucifer replied with one word: "Lilith". Azazel reminded his father that Lilith was, at that time, "trapped neck-deep in the pit "of Hell, as well as reiterating how difficult it would be to release her from the pit without anyone noticing. Lucifer reiterated her importance to his release however and stated that she could break the Seals binding him in his prison. Azazel affirmed that he would seek a way to break Lilith out of Hell as per Lucifer's order, but he also asked what he himself should do to ensure Lucifer's release. Lucifer responded with his request that Azazel find him a "very special child", one that would possess great psychic powers and that would be powerful enough to perform the deed of sacrificing Lilith and thus ensuring his release. After his conversation with Lucifer, Azazel left to set his plans into motion to fulfill Lucifer's orders and ensure his release by finding a way to break Lilith out of Hell. However, most of Azazel's work was finding a special child that could sacrifice her. Once Azazel left his meatsuit, the priest was captured and interrogated by the authorities as to the bloody massacre of St. Mary's he had seemingly orchestrated. The priest stated that he had been forced to perform the terrible deeds by a demon named Azazel and that he was not at fault for the bloodbath. Following this, St. Mary's Convent was abandoned and largely forgotten by the mainstream public, but it continued to be a place of importance over the years for Azazel and his associates. The convent was revisited, 37 years after its abandonment, in 2009 by the now-released Lilith (who escaped through the Devil's Gate when Azazel arranged its opening). Lilith had already led to the breaking of 65 of the 66 seals and, knowing Sam Winchester would soon pursue her to this place, prepared to meet her fate and ensure her creator's release from Hell. Sam Winchester arrived soon after with the demon, Ruby. The pair confronted Lilith in the main chamber where Azazel's murder of the nuns had taken place 37 years earlier, with Sam telekinetically throwing Lilith against the altar and pinning her there before using his enhanced demonic powers to kill her, not realizing that her death was the final Seal. Soon after, Ruby was killed by Dean Winchester after she was revealed to be a traitor working with Lilith all along. As Lilith's blood poured from her mouth, it formed a circle in the middle of the chamber and began to spin, opening the gates of Lucifer's prison and enabling Lucifer to rise once more to wreak havoc upon the world. As the gateway to Hell opened, the Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester were trapped in the chapel as Lucifer began to rise, but just as all seemed lost for the brothers. God himself intervened to transport them safely onto a plane flying over Ilchester, from which they watched in horror, the start of the Apocalypse as a blast of brilliant white light shot up into the sky from where St. Mary's Convent stood. The chapel of St. Mary's Convent was later mentioned to have been completely obliterated by the Devil's unleashed presence. During a radio broadcast that Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester heard on the car's radio a few hours later the local authorities deemed that it was not a terrorist attack but an explosion that destroyed the Chapel.

The archangel Lucifer, who was wearing rock star Vince Vincente as a vessel, decided to host a concert with Vince's band, the Ladyhearts, in hopes of murdering all of their loyal followers. The location picked was Club Meteor, in Los Angeles. Considered a rare occurrence, many fans were excited and eager to participate. The club began selling merchandise based on the band. Two of the band mates were also excited, while Tommy wasn't, since he knew Vince Vincente wasn't himself anymore. Tommy sent a message to Castiel, whom he knew as "Agent Beyonce", to let him know of the location. Castiel promptly brought Sam, Dean and Crowley to Club Meteor with the intent on stopping Lucifer's plan. Lucifer met with the band backstage and killed two of its members. He was briefly disrupted by Castiel and Crowley but he ultimately managed to kill Tommy as well. Cold Oak is a deserted town surrounded by miles of forest located in South Dakota. Bobby Singer recognized the town by the description of the bell that Dean Winchester gave him. According to Sam Winchester, the town was so haunted that all the inhabitants fled. In 2007, all the remaining Special Children, including Sam Winchester, are transported to Cold Oak for a deadly competition. Among those transported there along with Sam are Andy Gallagher, Jake Talley and Lily. It is more likely that Ava Wilson had been present there for quite some time as she is said to have laid waste to those before them. In so doing, Azazel had the intention to suspect them out and the last one standing would be his own "gifted child" to have the privilege to carry out his order: open the Devil's Gate in Wyoming. Lily, Andy Gallagher, Ava and Sam were killed each after the other. However, Sam Winchester is resurrected after Dean Winchester makes a deal with a Crossroad Demon. Jake is the one to get out of Cold Oak on Azazel's mission, but Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester soon catch up with him in the cemetery in Wyoming where Sam Winchester kills him in cold blood and Dean Winchester fires the last bullet from the Colt at Azazel.

Connor Beverly Behavioral Medicine Center is a place located in Ohio. This hospital is notable for being the place Anna Milton was committed to in 2008. Anna began acting hysterically, trying to warn people about the incoming Apocalypse. Marked as insane, Anna was taken into the locked ward and placed in room 42 after it took four people to restrain her. Anna did not think herself insane and truly believed that, due to the actions of a demon named Lilith, the Apocalypse was coming, and the angels were failing to prevent it, which meant everyone was going to die. Anna tried explaining her story to a psychologist, who promised to hear her out but did not seem convinced. Later on, Anna was approached by a hospital attendant. Anna realized he was a demon and promptly defended herself against him before fleeing the hospital. After a three-days drive, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester arrived at the hospital and spoke to the psychologist, hoping to find out more about Anna, who has become an important target to all demons. They received her sketchbook and presumably the address of Richard and Amy Milton.
