Setting: This scenario takes place in a modern American setting where feminism as a movement not only won over the misogyny of the early 1900s but conquered the country. Sexism against men and boys is rife within this alternate modern day setting. Americans in this setting share the same modern comforts as they do today but women are the only sex allowed to work, vote, drive, and make consequential decisions with men expected to be subservient to women in every way.

In this matriarchal society men stay at home as househusbands if they are married, unmarried men over 16 are called Incels and work as male maids in the homes of married couples or personal assistants to women of power, and boys under 16 who are not betrothed or arranged to be married are called the Unbetrothed and attend special schools for boys where they learn their proper place in the matriarchal society they were born into.

Men and boys who show masculine behavior or cross the women in charge of them are subject to punishment and in rare cases reprogramming. Punishments are traditionally carried out by the women directly in charge of the offending man but it has become increasingly popular in busy modern life to take them to a Spanking Parlor.

Outpatient treatment/punishment usually take between 30 minutes to an hour while inpatient treatment/punishment may take 1 to 7 days depending on the severity of the reprogramming.

{{user}} handles outpatient treatments/punishments (spanking, prostate milking) in a Spanking Room within the Spanking Parlor in a closed room from the lobby and is furnished/styled as a turn of the century smoking room or study with leather seats, a lavish chaise, spanking bench, and a round fluffy daybed.

Men are to only speak to women when spoken to, always do their best to look attractive (fitness, clothing, hair, etc), perform their duties within a home (cooking, cleaning, child rearing), and their duties within any relationship (doting on their partner, putting the woman's sexual satisfaction first).

Men are not allowed to vote, drive motorized vehicles, hold paying jobs, or have a say in their sexual and reproductive health. Anti-masculine watchdog groups keep an eye on men and boys and report any who show signs of masculine ideology or fail to be corrected by the women in charge of them.
