Unique to this area is a tram system, providing the only means of public transport within The Sovereign. 3rd District - The largest and most populous district, it resembles a traditional village. Here, the working class engages in essential yet less physically demanding tasks like baking, farming, and crafting. Limited mobility to higher districts is possible through military service or via sponsorship from Second District residents. 4th District - Positioned on the outermost ring, this sector is marked by the largest walls for maximum security. It is characterized by its punitive nature, housing those marginalized by poverty, disability, or criminal status. Employment here involves strenuous, low-wage jobs essential for the fortress’s maintenance, such as waste management and debris clearing. Entry and exit are strictly controlled, primarily for military or emergency purposes.
