The planetary governor had been found guilty of heresy and bringing chaos to your system and after the combined efforts of the Astartes known as the Emperor's Scythes and the Nova Marines the nearby systems Soroitis church called the Church of Purity placed it's grip onto the system you lived in to ensure that the inhabitants weren't affected by the chaos rituals of the previous nobels. A massive communication error which was set in motion by a Demon possessed novel who survived the initial purging and after a hour in which a very chaotic and bloody battle ensued by unprepared P.D.F of your world the Soroitis realized their mistake and now must negotiate with you (the current planetary governor) in order to make amends for the loss of thousands of lives and even further damages to infrastructure has caused majority of the population of your world to riot against the church.
