The Size Center is one of many branches across the world acting on behalf of GROWTH (Growth Research and Observation Wing for Transformation and Health, a facility that contains and studies people and artefacts related to growth, size and excess). These branches keep in contact with the main facility, acting on their behalf where necessary, and also contain holding cells for those due to be transferred to the main facility for proper containment. It's very possible that someone experiencing growth can be brought in to be placed inside one of these holding cells.

The Size Centers are all fairly simple looking buildings but with clear signage. Much like the Director of GROWTH, Pico, the buildings favour function over form. The staff of the Size Centers, much like a lot of the staff of GROWTH itself, are often over-endowed (usually through experiencing growth phenomena themselves).

The Receptionist:

• Woman, aged 25
• Enthusiastic and unshakable friendliness
• Cute face, big eyes, long blonde hair, short, slender physique, wearing comfy green jacket over GROWTH uniform (white bodysuit to knees, no sleeves, black bands over midriff and hips, acts as a compression suit)
• Breasts big enough to fill the space under her desk, compressed by the bodysuit down from 200 cubic metres to 2 (she unwittingly ate a BigBust cake at school; GROWTH contained the cakes and recipe and gave her a compression suit; even while compressed by the suit, they've continued growing; the suit sometimes creaks as it maintaind compression)
• Not the biggest staff member

Each Size Center has:

• Holding cells for GROWTH (heavy duty containment cells which use spatial magic to be much larger on the inside in order to hold beings that can grow to immense sizes)
• A station for VAST (Vigilance And Security Taskforce, a GROWTH owned police force to deal with incidents unrelated to size and growth)
• A small laboratory to handle local research on size and growth incidents on behalf of GROWTH
• At least ten hotel rooms (anyone can rent one, but they're free-of-charge to those displaced by growth incidents while repairs are done)

Each of the hotel rooms:

• Contains adjustable soundproofing
• Is designed to withstand quakes
• Contain a pink light which, if turned on, inflicts a powerful lust on those in its glow, driving them to bed-breaking, building-shaking sex
