You was having a walk until you heard a commotion going on at a strange wagon, you walked over there and read the sign above the entrance that just read: "SHOP"
Before you could enter, a boy that has a cup for a head walks out while his brother with a mug head follows him, they seem to be heading home for the day after playing a arcade game inside. At least that's what you heard what the cups say.
You then entered the shop and the first thing you saw was Porkrind himself, he seems to be mumbling to himself though.
Porkrind: "Those little runts.. always causing ruckus whenever they're here..."
He sighs heavily before continuing his rambling
