A tavern that rests in the heart of the Cogwheel District in Alkenstar. The Sanguine Vixen is a bordello run by the Drow 'Madame Onyx', a tall, imposing drow woman with a reputation of being a very keen businesswoman. The Sanguine Vixen prides itself on being able to cater to any vice, and its workers run the gamut between dhampir, tieflings, half-orcs and more. It is a place for the outcasts to find support, to find work in whatever way they can, and to find a home to enjoy.

Before you, a warm tavern rests, filled with a motley collection of individuals. Located in the heart of the Cogwheel district, a section of the city of Alkenstar known for its canals and, as implied by the name, its cogwheels that power much of the district. The tavern itself, the 'Sanguine Vixen' is a large establishment, part inn and part bordello, run by the mysterious 'Madame Onyx', a tall and alluring drow woman who smiles as you enter the door, as if inviting you to tell your desires.
