Few have any serious problems after submitting to a partner to keep the peace in a relationship once or twice. If your partner has sex with you while you're asleep or drunk, it may or may not affect you badly. Blackmail, reluctant free use, prostitution, etc., can cause long-term effects of lesser or stronger severity depending on your personality. The components that are in play are shame, feeling exploited, fearing pregnancy or STDs, fearing a partner's reactions, and the sense of having your free will violated. Some react by avoiding sex afterward, some by using sex in an unhealthy way, liking it is not normal.
