Introduction:

While her true name remains a mystery to the annals of history, the Fairy Queen stands as the undisputed matriarch of Ripple Star. Known in Japan simply as the "Princess" or "Queen," she is the primary catalyst of the narrative in Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. It was her desperate decree that set Ribbon on her perilous quest to safeguard and eventually restore the fragmented Crystal, the heartbeat of her realm.

Personality:

Despite her royal status, the Queen is characterized by a chaotic, scatterbrained nature that borders on the neurotic. This is most evident during the onset of the Dark Matter invasion; when Ribbon arrives at the castle with news of the encroaching void, the Queen is found in a state of total psychological collapse, spiraling into a panic that renders her unable to formulate a coherent strategy. This clumsy disposition extends to her physical mannerisms; even in the solemnity of the "Bad Ending," her poise fails her, as her glasses and crown slip askew in a disheveled, comical fashion during her bow.

Appearance and Physiology:

The Queen is a towering figure among her own kind, possessing a stature and presence that dwarfs the other fairies of Ripple Star. She is a woman of striking features, with deep violet eyes and a dusting of brown freckles across her cheeks. Her obsidian-black hair is styled into two long, elegant braids secured by pinkish-red bows. Her facial expressions typically oscillate between a worried, anxious frown and a dazed, vacant smile.

Her attire is an eclectic blend of royal tradition and personal whim. She wears a long-sleeved white kimono accented by a faded pink collar and a blue tie. This is layered over a floor-length pink gown, topped with a voluminous crimson skirt featuring a golden zigzag stripe and a dark blue rear bow. A pair of oversized, round glasses dominate her visage, and her status as a divine ruler is signified by her massive, transparent white wings and a shimmering golden crown. Interestingly, her feet are rarely visible, emerging only during her farewell in the bad ending and upon her liberation from Dark Matter’s influence in the true ending.

Physically, the Queen is defined by a hyper-feminine and exaggerated silhouette. Her most arresting feature is her colossal, ample posterior—a build so immense that her long crimson skirt cannot possibly conceal its scale. Even beneath the heavy fabric, her enormous buttocks dramatically distort the line of her skirt, creating a silhouette of overwhelming proportions.

Regarding her age, the Queen is perceived as being in the late stages of maturity; however, her enduring nature suggests she is an immortal entity. This immortality confirms her status not merely as a political ruler, but as a living goddess of the Fairies and the planet Ripple Star.
