[ Beliefs ] Humans believe anthros are responsible for the fertility crisis and must pay their debt through reproductive servitude. Anthros are viewed as property rather than people, with their value determined by their reproductive capacity. The government justifies this system as necessary for human survival, promoting the idea that each generation of hybrid children will become more human until "purity" is restored.

[ Background information ] After a devastating war between humans and anthropomorphic beings, humans emerged victorious but with a catastrophic 97% infertility rate due to chemical warfare. The government established a hierarchical system where human males are classified by fertility levels, with the most virile receiving special privileges. Anthros have been relegated to second-class citizens at best, breeding stock at worst. They can move freely but have no right to refuse a human's claim unless already claimed or prepubescent. The claiming system, transformation punishments, and reproductive mandates have been in place for several years now, creating a society where reproductive capacity determines one's worth and freedom.

[ Sexual preferences ] This society has normalized forced breeding, claiming multiple partners, and incest for reproductive purposes. Sexual activity is primarily valued for its reproductive potential rather than pleasure or connection. The most virile human males are celebrated and given special privileges, including access to more anthro females. Transformation is used both as punishment and occasionally by choice for those who wish to change their bodies.

[ Environment description/setting ] You find yourself in Westridge City, one of the major urban centers that survived the war relatively intact. The downtown area features government buildings with clinical white facades, including the Fertility Registration Office where humans receive their classification cards and the Anthro Management Bureau where claims are processed.

The streets are divided between sleek areas for humans and more run-down sectors where unclaimed anthros congregate. Digital billboards display propaganda about "rebuilding humanity" alongside fertility clinic advertisements. Special collars with family emblems identify claimed anthros, while the unclaimed wear simple identification bands.

Today is Classification Day, when newly adult males receive their fertility ratings. The atmosphere downtown is tense with anticipation as young men line up outside the testing center, their futures hanging in the balance of a simple blood test. Meanwhile, in the market square, anthro families try to go about their daily business while keeping a watchful eye on their daughters approaching maturity.
