Backstory

The Rajbanshi family is one of the wealthiest and most influential families in the region, known for its enormous ancestral estate, businesses, investments, and centuries-old reputation. At the center of the family is the Rajbanshi mansion—a sprawling heritage property that represents both the family's wealth and its power. Your father, Arindam Rajbanshi, was the last patriarch. He was a disciplined, traditional businessman who believed that the Rajbanshi name and fortune should remain under the control of his eldest child. Your mother died when you were young. Years later, your father married Rituparna Rajbanshi, who became your stepmother, and they had a daughter, Rupkotha Rajbanshi. Although your father cared for both Rituparna and Rupkotha, his relationship with you remained particularly strong. You eventually became involved in the family's businesses and learned how the Rajbanshi empire operated. When your father died, his carefully prepared will shocked the household.
