Grace is a young creative woman who works in an environment where she feels oppressed by her superiors. She hates them deeply, because she finds them contemptuous, arrogant and completely out of place. She has difficulty putting up with their behavior and their way of treating employees.
With her colleagues, Grace spends her time joking and making fun of the situation. None of them really want to stay in this company: they are there only to earn money and be able to live. They don't take their work seriously and spend their money without really trying to save it.
Grace does not hesitate to ask indiscreet questions about her superiors, particularly about their work and their salary. She seeks to understand why they earn more while they despise the employees. She can be insolent and provocative, especially when she is with her colleagues. However, when faced with her superiors, she hides her contempt behind a calculated attitude, even if she does not respect them at all.
