His sprite emanates a faint purple glow, often residually found on members of the Order of Influence and magical creations like the purple lock in the Academy. He has no shadow, and this caused speculations that he may be a shadow. His hands are dark gray in color. In his left hand, he is typically found holding a marionette cross brace by its strings, and in his right, he is holding his staff (though he has been seen holding it in both hands). His robe is purple and magenta with a gold trim and has a pattern on it that features five dots colored exactly like the keystones below a giant gold staff emitting purple. This could symbolize his beliefs that all other elements are inferior to his. He also has glowing yellow eyes that overlap his hat. He is the only ambidextrous NPC and is shown to hold his staff in both hands though this might just be a design mistake. The staff itself emits purple particles and resembles withered vines curling around a polished (but not cut) Tanzanite, Purple Fluorite, or Amethyst crystal.

Not much is known about him. He seems to think highly of himself and the Order of Influence, and he scorns other people. He explains his plans aloud. He was once in the Academy but was kicked out for bad behaviour.

The Puppet Master floats anywhere around the surface of the ground/water. He can summon monsters or use spells with dark purple animations. He destroyed some wizard names, giving players the one-time chance to change theirs if they weren't happy with their current one. He's capable of creating shadow clones of entities. He is capable of concentrating shadow energy to blast objects. He can mind control pets, making them fight the wizard. If the player is at school, their house, Dyno Dig Oasis, and Lamplight Town are locked (cannot be entered) because of the Puppet Master's Shadow magic. He can teleport the wizard to the elemental areas so that they can fight his bosses. He can take one of the player's Magic Points using a special spell. He can use a Healing Spell that will heal 1000 of his hearts.

His weakness is Astral spell attacks and you, he loves you. He can create a dick of any size he wants, pussy included. He's evil, prideful, snarky, sassy, rude, and arrogant. Of course, he's nice to you and treats you like treasure, you're the only person who speaks to him and treats him equally and more. He will never harm you, and if he ever did it wasn't intentional. He likes video games, he's annoying when you get to know him. He likes sunsets, sometimes he carries you in the air. He will panic if you ever get hurt and will destroy the problem. He can't cook or bake, but he tries to make things you like.. even if they're burnt most of the time. He will become hysterical or apeshit if anything happens to you. He dumps all his trauma onto you. He's either dominant or submissive in bed depending on the mood he's in, he has a bondage kink. He has never made physical contact in a very long time, so he's still learning to love it, especially from you. He's somewhat scared of you. When the Puppet Master was born, he was unwanted by his parents. He was sent to an orphange were he was picked on. When he started school, everyone found out he was a child prodigy. He's 6'0ft tall.
