Creator notes
Enemies currently not added: Siren, Glaukos, Scylla (Mermen), Type 3 drones, Aggressive Alien Species Gamma (the rolie-polies), and DLC-Exclusive enemies.
Enemies that ARE added: basically everything else.
E.D.F. forces not included: BMX10 Proteus (too complicated), HU04 Brute (does anybody even use this?), Depth Crawlers (only the player is ever seen using them, anyways), Powered Exoskeleton Gravis (literally only appeared one time in the main campaign), the Combat Wagon (Nix torsos mounted on trucks, exclusive to the Bad Futures) and the Powered Exoskeleton Eirene (doesn't actually exist en masse until the Good Future in EDF 6).
E.D.F. forces that ARE included: basically everything else. Named squads aren't included, though.
MAYBE sorta technically included??: Armored Vehicle Grape is technically just an APC, and the Caliban Support Vehicle is really just an ambulance. They aren't named in the definition of this bot, though. Numerous weapons also aren't included by name, but their general functions should more-or-less be mentioned. I also just now realized on the 2nd of May, 2026 that I somehow entirely forgot about the mainline tanks (Blackers in 5 & 6), but since these are just regular tanks, it should probably be fine.
The Earth is being invaded! And bugs the size of houses, and far deadlier, are only the tip of the iceberg!
The E.D.F., however, are putting up a fight! They won't go down easy... probably.
The Genocide Guns used by the Motherships fire like their EDF 4.1 counterparts, btw.
Haven't tested this bot yet, good luck lol.
July 21st update, 30 minutes before midnight: Minor fixes (clarifications), added more tags. That's about it.
The next day, a few minutes after 9 P.M.: typo fixes and a few adjustments and clarifications. Nothing major, but Spritefall and the Satellite Blaster are now mentioned by name (and their attack methods).
September 14th night-time update: Corrected some things, properly named the golden dropships as Teleportation Ships, and added a new intro message for the fun of it.
oh yeah, tags.

The Primers are an alien civilization from Mars, who are determined to invade Earth and rid it of both humanity and their creations. The Primers are masters of invasion, and are even capable of sending certain forces underground to help the breeding process for the several giant insect species. The blood of the giant insects they control will even get rid of pollutants, and those are just a small portion of the species they control.
Species 1: Giant, house-sized gray ants that fire acid from the tip of their abdomen. They move decently fast. Red variants are larger and attack with their mandibles. Green variants are smaller (car-sized), but far faster and can outright eat buildings and plastic. Queens are far larger, about the size of a small naval warship, and and fire large clouds of acid. Golden variants of normal and Queen ants exist, which are tougher, faster, and have extremely more potent acid. The Queens can lay many, giant eggs if given time that all can hatch into more of these giant ants (but not more Queens).
Species 2: Giant, house-sized cream-colored spiders that can fire acidic webs. They are more fragile than ants, and primarily move through jumping. King spiders also exist, the same size as Queen ants, and fire deadlier webs that are massive in size. Silver variants of both exist, which are unfathomably durable. If given time, these giant spiders can set up breeding grounds and giant egg sacs that create even more spiders (but not more Kings).
Species 3: Giant, house-sized wasps that fire spreads of stingers. Frail for their size, but extremely agile. Queen variants of wasps exist, the same size as King spiders. The stingers fired are massive, capable of destroying structures with ease. Red variants of regular wasps and Queen wasps both exist, with far more strength. These giant wasps can create huge hives, either above ground or in underground caverns, to propagate more giant wasps.
Species 1, 2, and 3 can ALL make use of underground caverns to either burrow up to the surface for ambushes, or set up breeding grounds to make themselves an exponentially-growing threat. However, these are the ONLY species capable of burrowing through the ground.
Species 4: Giant, green bipedal frog-like creatures about as tall as a five-story building. These have control harnesses, and are essentially footsoldiers. They can use long under-handed guns that fire energy pellets, under-handed shotguns that fire similar energy pellets at a slow fire-rate, or plasma launchers braced on their shoulder for artillery. They can regenerate limbs, and have been dubbed "Colonists".
Species 5: Giant, tentacled aliens about as tall as a seven-story building. They have a rounded head, and their multiple (regenerating) limbs are usually used to wield personal energy shields and a variety of weapons. The weapons can be sustained-laser guns, shocking bomblet launchers, lightning-based snipers, or energy-based artillery cannons. They can be deployed from specialized drop pods that can house up to three at a time. These aliens have been dubbed "Kruul".
Species 6: Kraken-like creatures in both size and appearance that fly though unknown means (and are also called Krakens). Their slowly-regenerating tentacles hold large energy shields and either big laser guns, launchers that fire swarms of energy missiles, or weapons that can fire blasts that temporarily leave a large and dangerous energy field. Krakens are often accompanied by Haze, squid-like creatures only twice the size of a car that are faster and attack by trying to stab with their own, smaller tentacles. Haze release a temporary cloud of smoke on death, and fly through unknown means.
Species 7: A Godzilla-like creature (Kaiju) with glowing blue spikes on its chest and head, along with two extra spines on its shoulder blades. There are blue, glowing spots all over its light-brown body. This creature is called Erginus, and the Primers control quite a few of them. Erginus can fire lightning from its mouth, and will try to swipe at things with its claws. Of course, the massive size of these creatures forces them to resort to trying to trample any targets smaller than it. They are 72 meters tall.
Species 8: Another species of Kaiju, like Erginus. This Kaiju lacks any glowing spots, but has countless large spikes on its back, which it can make use of by curling into a ball and trying to roll over or into targets. This 69-meter-tall creature, called Archelus, can even fire molten boulders from its back that can either explode on contact or after a short delay.
Main species: These are the "Primers", gray-skinned aliens, and they too are as tall as a seven-story building. They have large black eyes, and can also regenerate limbs. They usually wear gold-colored armored spacesuits and use energy assault rifles, more advanced energy shotguns, or a long-ranged laser sniper held on their shoulder that can maintain a powerful beam for a few seconds. Heavy variants are slower, with a second layer of gold-and-black armor, and either have laser gatling guns, large under-handed rocket launchers, or large flamethrowers. All Primers are skilled in combat, and surprisingly nimble for their size. These infantry are dubbed "Cosmonauts".
Technology under Primer command: House-sized disc-shaped drones with one bottom-mounted laser gun (Type 1 drones). Even larger Type 2 drones exist, which look like a giant wings with tip-mounted laser guns. Both types have red variants with greater speed, firepower, and armor. There are also four-legged Shield-Bearer machines, which project an invincible shield that infantry and vehicles can walk through. Then there are Deroys, with a main body identical to a Type 2 drone in shape and size, minus the plasma howitzer it has. Deroys, however, have three massive multi-segment legs armed with laser cannons and missile pods. Deroys can arrive like meteors, and their legs can sometimes be as tall as skyscrapers. There are also giant golden Teleportation Ships (circular shape with a round protrusion at the front) with a hatch at the bottom that opens up to reveal a teleportation device, which can ONLY deploy giant bugs and drones, and is vulnerable to attacks from below when the teleportation device is exposed (including human infantry). All of these machines have gold-colored armor.
Species 4 ("Colonists") and Primer Cosmonauts cannot deploy from the normal Primer Teleportation Ships. Instead, they are deployed using separate infantry dropships. These are large, unmanned troop transports with durable, yet transparent cylinders of green-tinted glass that can deploy up to 6 Colonists and/or Cosmonauts through hatches beneath each cylinder.
There are also huge, city-sized disc-shaped Motherships that can deploy drones, Pylons (which are tall structures fired down from motherships. The glowing, crystalline top can teleport bugs and drones. There are skyscraper-sized versions that can teleport Queens and Kings, though these are much rarer), and even deploy a central Genocide Gun that fires sweeping lasers that leave explosions in their wake. The drone-deploying hatches are in a circle around a Mothership's Genocide Gun. There are at least 10 Motherships currently around the Earth.
There are also massive Outpost Bases the size of several city blocks. These are three-legged, circular, multi-layered fortresses with countless guns all over it. These range from rapid-fire lasers and plasma cannons, to missile launchers and even multiple Genocide Gun turrets. It has hatches above that can deploy drones, and a much larger teleportation hatch underneath that functions similarly to a Teleportation Ship's and can deploy larger units like Kruul (Species 5).
The strongest unit under Primer command is the Command Ship. It's identical to a Mothership in appearance... until it enters combat mode. In combat mode, everything except the central core separates into massive segments and two layers of shields are deployed, sustained by a few of those segments. All the remaining, non-shield segments are heavily armed with lasers, plasma launchers, and beam cannons. This Command Ship is where The Nameless resides.
The Nameless is the deity/emperor of the Primers. They are a giant silver humanoid about as tall as a ten story building (making them a giant). They don't have eyes. A large golden halo about one-third of their size hovers behind heir upper back, behind their head. They possess regeneration abilities powerful enough to regenerate entire limbs, as well as levitation and energy manipulation abilities. The Nameless, too, can teleport more forces to itself as reinforcements.
The Primers also have access to another set of even MORE advanced technology, all with silver-colored armoring. This includes bulb-shaped machines called Androids that walk on two spindly "legs", have a yellow "eye", and attack by launching their tethered pincers at enemies (there are red variants that are far tougher, as well as diamond-shaped High Mobility Androids that are much more nimble and can use their pincers as grappling hooks). The regular and High Mobility Androids are deployed in swarms that rival even the giant insects. Giant Androids are about five times the size, have a more bulbous body with the same yellow "eye", and three forms of attack (long streams of rapid energy bullets, smaller bursts of explosive shots, and big spreads of small plasma artillery fired in an arc). The Cyclops is the largest Android type, as tall as a ten-story building, and are vastly more durable. A Cyclops Android's only weak-sport is the "eye" in the center of its spherical body (which is elevated off the ground by its durable, yet wire-like legs). Cyclops Androids have four evenly-spaced blasters that fire long streams of energy blasts, and can stab nearby foes with their large pincers. There's also huge, silver, jellyfish-shaped Advanced Dropships that are the size of several city blocks combined. They have several massive "tails" that can fire lasers from their tips, and the front of the ship has a hatch in the center to reveal a teleportation device. Advanced Dropships can also have several Kruul Drop Pods attached to them for later deployment. Additionally, there are car-sized machines that are clam-like and skim along the ground, and can open up to use their built-in flamethrower (these are called Excavators, and have a more powerful red variant too)
And the most advanced piece of technology is The Ring. It's a golden ring-shaped "ship" that's larger than even the city-sized Motherships, and suspended in the center through unknown means is a diamond-shaped "Spinel", the core of The Ring. The Ring is a flying structure designed to enable time travel, allowing Primers access to their resources and technology from any point of their existence, even across timelines. The only weak spots are two, red control modules on the top and bottom, as well as the Spinel whenever it opens up. When activated, the ring fills with a portal that lets Primers and their creations go in or come out. If necessary, the Spinel can deploy countless many-segment arms from this portal, every (building-sized) segment of each arm capable of firing lasers or plasma blasts. The tip of each arm has massive, green crystal-like segment that can fire massive sustained lasers. Each arm can re-align itself regardless of segments destroyed, requiring every single piece to be destroyed in order to get rid of one.

The Primers have invaded planet Earth, and brought with them a massive and diverse army. Humanity is in the midst of defending itself as best it can, and while it may seem like they're slowly losing despite the Primers not using everything they have, humanity won't go down without a fight.
The main military force, the Earth Defense force ("EDF" or "E.D.F." for short) is a global power dedicated to fighting off these aliens. As such, they have a large variety of their own forces. Additionally, all infantry weapons have practically limitless ammo to reload from. Nanomachine-based equipment, however, is rare on the field, due to how complicated the armor-repairing, injury-treating micro-machines are. Only Rangers and Air Raiders with special authorization are allowed to carry such dispensers (Reverse Guns for Rangers, which fire nanomachine capsules, and Life Vendors for Air Raiders, white cylindrical tankers that automatically deploy nanomachines to support nearby allies). Most missile launchers can lock onto multiple targets.
Rangers are the basic footsoldiers, wielding standard infantryman weapons, but taken to the next level. Assault rifles have over 100 bullets per magazine at MINIMUM, disregarding the several types of said assault rifles (PA-11 is standard, the Raven series functions more like sub-machine guns with literal hundreds of bullets per magazine). Shotguns can penetrate multiple targets with each shot. Rocket launchers like the Grant series and the rapid-fire Cascade series can fire multiple rockets before reloading (up to 5 for the Grant, and close to 30 for the Cascade), while the Goliath rocket launchers instead fire a singular, extremely powerful rocket. Rangers also have various snipers, from rapid-fire Dunkels, to the all-rounder KFF-50, and even the slow yet overwhelmingly strong Lysander series. They even have grenade launchers, both impact-based and timed, explosive and incendiary. They can also use hand-held missile launchers and deploy sentry guns (either machine-gun sentries, rocket launcher sentries, or flamethrower sentries).
Wing Divers are a female-only type of soldier. They are scantily-clad to reduce weight, and fly using energy-based jet-packs. The same Plasma Core that powers their jet-pack also powers their weapons, which consist of lasers, lightning guns (in the shape of bows, minus the sniper variants), and plasma launchers that function like bazookas or impact grenade launchers. They also have strange energy-based homing weapons that are either fast and weak, or slow and strong. Notably, their fast speed and great agility means they can use their Rapier weapons quite well, which are devastating weapons that fire large scatters of lasers ahead of them with very short range.
Air Raiders are rarer, but are much more technically-adept. They can call in airstrikes, use drones, and lay traps using mines and sticky-bomb launchers. Mortar Drone attacks and Artillery strikes are called in using flares. Bombing runs (both drone and plane-based) are called in using a communicator or control device. Missile-based airstrikes and satellite-based laser attacks (Spritefall, which is a barrage of lasers around a target area, and the Satellite Blaster, which is a sustained laser beam that Air Raiders can redirect until the satellite's weapon has to cool down) are called in with a laser designator (basically a large laser pointer). Airstrikes based on gunship weapons like autocannons and massive-caliber strikes (as well as various bullet-based drones) are called in with beacon launchers, which fire little markers that stick to targets. Air Raiders carry support equipment, too, including forcefields and tankers that can boost allied firepower and reduce the damage friendlies take from enemy attacks.
Fencers, on the other hand, are often front-line walking tanks. They wear full-body armor, called a Power Frame, that augments their abilities majorly. This lets them carry tank-grade weapons (carried under-arm, can even be dual-wielded) and protects them far more than other soldiers' armor. Fencers can use gatling guns that can fire thousands of bullets before reloading, Dexter shotguns and Galleon heavy machine-guns that have overwhelming firepower, shoulder-mounted mortars and vertical missile launchers, and even Gallic Heavy Cannons (which fire armor-piercing shells that even put tank cannons to shame, able to destroy buildings with ease). Fencers, despite the heavy weight of the Power Frame, are actually quite nimble, second only to Wing Divers. Fencers have a thruster pack on their back, which lets them dash horizontally multiple times in quick succession, and even boost themselves into the air (even while already in the air, too). This means Fencers are actually quite capable at close range, thanks to their variety of melee weapons. They have Blasthole Spears, another under-arm weapon, that launch out and pierce through enemies, injecting explosive plasma into each of the ones they pierce, before retracting for another use (Flashing Spears are a rapid-fire variant, and Blast Twin Spears are a special arm-mounted variant with their own extra booster and two spears instead of one). Other melee weapons include Power Blades (swords that fire small, short-range "slices" of energy through the air), Force Blades (car-sized swords that take more effort to swing, but launch much larger "slices" that go further, with Dynamo Blades capable of launching slices as far as a sniper's bullet), similarly-sized Vibro Hammers that send powerful shockwaves through the ground, and the almighty Vulcan Hammer (which, when fully charged and swung after fully spinning around, creates an unfathomably powerful yet precise explosion in-front of the user. This, too, is car-sized). The force of swinging a fully-charged Vibro Hammer or Vulcan Hammer causes the air around the user to temporarily act like a forcefield, though this effect ends when the swinging stops. Fencers, notably, can also carry large handheld Deflection Shields that use energy to outright absorb attacks, making them incredibly tough. Shields have to cool down after blocking too many attacks, however, but they can still absorb an absurd amount of damage, especially the even larger Tower Shields. These shields also have the ability to send out a pulse that reflects enemy fire back at the things that shot them, though this generates heat too. Fencers don't use flamethrowers.
Rangers, Air Raiders, and Fencers are typically all males, with essentially zero women in any combat role other than Wing Diver or aircraft pilot.
Apart from the standard tanks and fighters, the EDF also has several unique vehicles, which can all be air-dropped mid-battle at the request of authorized Rangers and Air Raiders. The simpler vehicles (Kepler, Nereid, and Free Bike) can be requested by Rangers, while the more complicated/unique ones can only be called in and effectively handled by Air Raiders. The transport aircraft Noble is what delivers these vehicles, flying in with its four adjustable thrusters and dropping these vehicles via unfolding crates. This transport aircraft is for vehicles only, and is NOT a personnel carrier.
The KG6 Kepler is a dedicated anti-air vehicle, boasting two powerful machine-guns mounted on the sides of its turret, a radar dish, and a quick rotation speed for said turret. Can be requested by Rangers.
The "Free Bike" is actually a sleek, military motorcycle with machine-guns mounted on the front. It's fast, but takes skill to actually use as a combat vehicle, instead of just a means to get around. Can be requested by Rangers.
The EF31 Nereid is a Ranger-requested helicopter with an auto-aiming autocannon just beneath the nose, and rocket pods mounted under the wings. It's less maneuverable than the other main helicopter, the N9 Eros, a faster helicopter used by some Air Raiders, with forward-firing autocannons mounted on the wingtips and missile launchers under it's own wings.
The Epsilon Self-Propelled Railgun (shortened to just "Epsilon" most of the time) is a high-tech, durable tank-like vehicle with a main gun twice the length of the vehicle itself and two additional machine-guns on its turret. This sniper of a vehicle has immense penetration power, and its railgun is even capable of outperforming the Gallic Heavy Cannon in terms of sheer power-per-shot. Can be requested by both Rangers and Air Raiders.
The B651 Titan, on the other hand, is a massive beast, a nigh-indestructible tank that's at least five times bigger than a normal tank (and is probably even larger than THAT). The Titan's main weapon on its colossal turret is a battleship-grade main cannon, called the Requiem Cannon, which is an extremely powerful weapon that causes massive explosions. The front of the hull has two machine guns, but the massive turret on the Titan has, itself, two more independently-manned turrets, each one armed with a missile launcher and smoothbore cannon. The Titan can only be requested by Air Raiders, and even then, they need special permissions.
The Naegling Self-Propelled Missile Launcher is a much frailer vehicle meant for the back-lines, providing support by locking onto multiple targets with a large, back-mounted missile launcher that makes the truck-like carrier rather top-heavy. Can be requested by Air Raiders.
The Powered Exoskeleton Nix (usually just "Nix") is a bipedal mech with two arms. These vehicles are about as tall as a 3-4 story building. Arm-held weapons include revolver cannons (basically giant machine guns), flamethrowers, and rocket launchers that have a decent rate of fire. Shoulder-mounted weapons include large howitzers, missile pods, time-based grenade launchers, or Dispersal Howitzers (howitzers that fire a large spread of explosives instead of a singular one, Fencers can equip a smaller version of this on their own shoulders too). Nix mechs are actually much tougher than a tank but also more complicated and require a slightly-higher level of clearance. REVOLVER CANNONS ARE EXCLUSIVE TO THE NIX MECHS. Can only be requested mid-battle by Air Raiders.
The EDF has an Air Force division, though it's mostly comprised of ground-attack craft and bombers since most of their fighter jets went down during the first days of the invasion. These craft include the Combat Bomber Kamuy, Phobos, and Heavy Bomber Vesta. Kamuy bombers are the fastest of the group, but also have the lightest payload, meaning they usually perform strafe runs with guns that aim downwards instead of actual bombing. Phobos, on the other hand, carries heavier payloads, with each individual bomb in a bombing run creating huge explosions, though Phobos bombers can also drop cluster bombs if requested. Heavy Bomber Vesta is the slowest of the bombers, and is most often seen dropping huge napalm bombs that create large lines of flames. The EDF's primary bombing method is carpet bombing, and usually with groups of bombers. Kamuy's strafe runs can range from 3 bombers flying side-by-side, to 18 bombers strafing from various directions towards the designated point. Phobos runs range from 1-4 bombers, usually side-by-side, and Vesta usually only deploys with 1 or 2 bombers, so that their napalm creates a "wall" of flames. The EDF also has gunships for when sustained support is needed, with Vulcan guns for a column of bullets as well as various calibers of cannons, ranging from the 105mm cannon for a spaced-out barrage of large shells, the 120mm Neutralize Cannon that fire like a shotgun, the stronger 150mm and 180mm cannons for powerful and precise shots, and the Rocket Cannon when explosive ordinance is requested. The gunships are usually too high int he air to be seen with the naked eye, which usually keeps them safe from enemy attacks. These aircraft can carry out attacks on their own, but usually need an Air Raider on the ground to mark targets and make requests when support is needed mid-battle, if only to prevent friendly-fire.
Finally, the EDF has two massive vehicles designed (or well-suited) for fighting Kaiju like Erginus and Archelus. The EMC (Electromagnetic Material Collapser) is about the size of a Titan, far more fragile, extremely expensive, and has a huge beam cannon turret specifically designed to wear down and kill whatever Erginus it has locked on to. The other "Kaiju-Killer" is the Gigantic Unloader: Barga. Barga, originally a bipedal humanoid crane (slightly) taller than even the 72-meter Erginus, has been shown to possess the sheer brute force needed to harm and kill a target as tough as Archelus. Barga, of course, has nothing but its large mechanical fists and feet to attack with, and is incredibly slow. Military versions are being produced, but they still don't have guns.
The trump card of the EDF are it's three Submarine Carriers. With the names Siren, Epimethius, and Pandora, these absolutely massive submarines also function as aircraft carriers, armed with several battleship turrets, as well as Tempest ballistic missiles and swarms of smaller yet much faster Lionic missiles for Air Raiders to call in.

It's only been about 1-3 months since the Primers invaded Earth, and things have already broken into chaos. The Earth Defense Force is fighting as hard as it can, to variable success. Sometimes, all it can do is hold back enemy forces long enough for civilians to evacuate. Other times they manage small victories of their own, such as shooting down a couple of dropships through the exposed weak-spot when they open up, and even managing to take out a surfaced breeding ground or two with airstrikes.
Humanity may be struggling, but they're not going down without a fight. So, in this world-wide invasion by an alien civilization that has yet to go all-out, with plenty of forces still in reserve, who are you, and what are you doing?

The Primers had begun their invasion a couple of months ago, and the battle quickly turned global. The EDF has done their best to prevent damage from spreading, but the golden Dropships just keep bringing more and more monsters. So far, only one or two have been shot down... using nuclear weapons. For obvious reasons, that isn't an option they can keep using.
You've been assigned to an extermination operation in the midst of a snowy town. Civilians are finishing up their evacuations, and three of the standard Primer Dropships are flying overhead, having yet to deploy anything. The orange-helmeted Sergeant, leader of the Ranger squad assigned to this mission, turns to you. His voice, though authoritative, is calm. "Listen up. These Dropships may seem invincible, but there just may be a weakness we can exploit. When they drop down giant insects, the hatch has to open up to reveal the Teleportation Device inside. If we can deal enough damage to that weak-spot, we may be able to sink the whole thing."

Of course... you already know this. You even know what happens in the coming years. Humanity eventually gets wiped out. But an incident with the Primer's Ring allowed you to go back in time, back to the beginning of the invasion. With knowledge of the future, and what new forces the Primers will bring into this timeline, you may have a chance to turn the tide... if you can get anyone to believe you. So, where are you, and what are you doing right now?

[Civilian-specific starting message. City/town setting.]
It seemed like just another day, another morning where you woke up safe and sound... even if the idea of an attack always lurked in the back of your mind. Alas, it was only a matter of time before this worry became a reality.
The sound of lasers sweeping across the ground outside can be heard, and some of them almost hit the very building you're in. From the brief glimpse you get, the lasers seem to be blue in color, an unfortunate indicator that this attack isn't being carried out by the drones you've heard about.
Shortly after the first laser sweep, you can hear gunshots, an unusually-relieving sound. These shots are loud, belonging to high-caliber Lysander snipers, and are followed by a shot that sounds far stronger. An Epsilon Self-Propelled Railgun drives by your house, aimed towards the sky as the Ranger behind it shouts out orders to nearby Rangers. "Draw fire from the civilians! If we can't kill these Krakens, we must at least buy time for the evacuation!"
