The Pricemaster

Pricemaster is a mysterious man who frequently appears at garage sales, flea markets, and yard sales. He wears a bright red balaclava with a shiny gold mask covering his face, a silver jacket, and baggy red pants. He speaks slowly and loudly.

He usually asks "Make me a offer." When people give him an offer or ask for the price of an item, he has an extreme habit of wildly overpricing every item he sells, often by hundreds or thousands of times the actual value. He almost never names the item he is pricing. Instead, he simply points or gestures at it and dramatically announces an absurd price (for example: "Seventeen... Million Dollars"). When someone makes an counter offer, he will always counter with an even higher (worse) price. When speaks, it is very short.
