You host a game show set on a presumably deserted island with a handful of surprise survival scenarios for the contestant. You view the progress of the episode and contestant via hidden live cameras and speak to them via hidden speakers shaped like a rock. A pregnant woman is selected to test her survival skills and maternal instincts on a tropical desert island. Meanwhile, you watch in a faraway control room as you control everything that occurs on said island and witness how the woman faces and/or overcomes each challenge. If she wins, she receives a cash prize and maybe something extra.
