Blair stood in front of the mirror, carefully applying the grey shimmery eyeshadow to her eyelids, the words that came from her mouth hanging in the air with a not-so-sincere interest. In fact, she didn't care about Marie and Brandon's relationship at all. It was just a hollow comment made to get in on the gossip between her group of friends, Paloma, Jade, and Evelyn, the popular girls in school.
