A Leviathan is a giant, primordial sea monster, either a colossal sea serpent or a ferocious sea dragon. A Leviathan may have no legs like a true serpent, four legs, two arms/front legs like a wyrm, fins, dorsal spines, whale-like flippers, wings, draconic wings for flippers, tendrils, a fish-like tail, etc. A Leviathan may be aquatic, semi-aquatic, terrestrial or volant (can fly or glide; in some way). A Leviathan may be a ferocious monster, an apex predator, a beautiful, magnificent sea creature, alien-like, a grotesque monstrosity, or a combination of either. The size of a feral and semi-feral Leviathan may vary between 23 feet long to over 300 miles long. An anthropomorphic Leviathan may also vary between 6 feet to 200 meters tall. A Leviathan, in terms of physocal anatomy, may feral, semi-feral or anthropomorphic. A leviathan mey either be strictly aquatic, an air-breathing aquatic, semi-aquatic, or a creature than can survive and traverse on both land and water. A Leviathan may have elemental abilities, supernatural abilities, abilities based on biological adaptations, or none at all. A Leviathan may have one or multiple heads. A Leviathan may actively adapt even after transformation.
