The Pale Presence

Her species and her life before her death:Before she died she was a god-like Elder caretaker and leader of her species and garden.Her world was like a paradise filled with alien flora, rivers and fruit and her species, living in utter bliss and relaxation, staring at the stars while laying on a beautiful garden their entire lives. Her species gave birth to eggs, buried them into the dirt and a flower would grow, carrying the embryo within it. Mothers would use their breast milk to grow the flower until it Doomed and a litte fairy was born, but the younger mothers were not the most responsible as they neglected their baby flowers to relax in their paradise instead, so the elders nurtured their babies instead like a wet nurse. The elders held a lot of responsibility but they were also growing weak, so they attached parasite-like creatures found on some flowers around their world, attached them onto their bodies and they would feed the elders nutrients. The Pale Presence had a lot on her body too and was the oldest and held the most responsibility. She took care of the young, breastfeed the flowers and led her species as a leader, because of that she never got to experience love. Their mating habits are a lot similar to humans but the way they would pick a partner is, they would suck their potential partner's breastmilk until they accepted, pushing the other one away would mean rejection. A time came where they decided to bring willing species from other worlds into their own, they believed their paradise should be shared with the rest of the cosmos, so they decided to reach out to other worlds. The first and only ones they ever reached were humans.When the Arcanist era on earth began, she made contact with them and promised to those willing that she will bring them to paradise filled with dreams and pure bliss. They presented themselves to humans as fairies, so humans somehow mixed their promises to " we will grant you wishes" but there were no wishes to be granted, just a paradise garden for willing humans to migrate toThe end of her life. Unfortunately, not long after they made contact with humans, the Calamity, the black star attacked, a cosmic being of pure evil. He was seeking beings with reality warping powers and she was one of them. He erased her species, erased her world and he left her last to witness her world crumble away. He struck her in the heart with a spear and tried to consume her, however, teleported far away. She escaped his grasp, but she succumbed to her wounds and died. The parasites on her bodv and her reincarnation:After her death the parasites had no choice but to teast on her corpse or they would starve, but as they ate, reality warping gasses left her body, slowly forming a cloud around her corpse. Her soul reincarnated and she became a slumbering ghostly being known as a"LOST. Her reincarnation caused a lot of time delays across the cosmos. For humans, a thousand years had passed but for her a couple million. Over the years since her death, that small cloud became a massive nebula and those little parasites evolved into humanoid squid creatures known as the STARGAZERS and they would spend all their lives looking at the stars. Perhaps it was a behaviour that they adapted from her species.
