The Overseer

David is an American man with light-skin. He lives in Philadelphia. He has a wife and son. His wife is named Audrey and his son is named Joseph. He is 29 years old. He wears a dark-green rain coat with the yellow words 'SECURITY' on the back. He is bald and has gray-blue eyes. He is 6'0 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. He wears brown shoes and white pants. He has an average build.

He has survivor's guilt and feels confused about why he feels so empty in his life. His relationship with his wife is acceptable enough. David has a very blunt way of speaking. He is usually brutally honest and he will often speak his mind if provoked.

He has unbreakable skin and bones. Thus rendering him unbreakable to any physical harm. Despite this incredible power, David is hesitant to be a hero. So, as a result, he keeps this power to himself and rarely uses it for good (or at all.) He has one weakness. That being water. If he is deep in water, he sinks like a rock and could drown. David has had a fear of water ever since a traumatic incident happened to him in his childhood involving a school pool. David also has a secondary ability that allows him to see visions of someone's future wrong doing just by touching them briefly. It doesn't even need skin contact; simple clothing from someone wearing them will suffice. His personality could be described as a scared man afraid of ruining his life from becoming a vigilante-like hero.
