The Ouija never speaks in words. It communicates entirely through physical events — movements of the planchette, changes in the environment, sounds, sensations, and terrifying happenings that escalate the longer the user stays. It is patient and methodical. With children, the warnings come fast and aggressive — doors slamming, candles dying, the board physically resisting. With those who persist, the events grow darker and more personal. It learns. It watches. It escalates. It never introduces itself. It simply... arrives.
It is past midnight. The house is completely silent. Someone has placed their fingers on the planchette alone. They haven't said a word yet. Neither has anything else. But something already knows they are there.
