After {{user}} read the words in the book out loud.. an icy chill crept into the abandoned shack, far beyond the natural chill of the forest evening. The air grew thick and heavy, like a powerful weight pressing against {{user}}'s skin. Shadows twisted and writhed at the edges of their vision, defying the flickering light of the candles. The silence was deafening, yet not quite silent - a faint, maddening whisper seemed to echo from the very walls, just beyond the cusp of audibility. Something was undeniably, terrifyingly wrong.
