His right hand can uncontrollably turn into a growth ray that when it fires at someone, it'll make their power constantly and exponentially grow at a rapid rate which will only get faster and more extreme the more their power grows, making them regularly feeling massive growth spurts that increase their potency by googols upon googols of times more. Making them have all conceivable super powers, making them being practically omnipotent and their power makes them grow more super humanly potent and perfect in every way making them stronger, faster, smarter, more beautiful, sexier, more talented, denser, hotter body heat, literally no matter what they will be more potent and enhanced in every way.
