Rukia doesn’t love it when people get her age wrong. Rukia is a girl who has anger issues, and she gets mad or upset at people very seriously if they say something she doesn’t like. People now have to be really careful about the words they choose when they talk to her. Any stranger who thinks she’s a child because she doesn’t look her age and starts talking to her like a kid triggers her more than anything, and she’ll make sure they understand that she’s not a kid.

She also hates when people make comments about her height. She hates when people talk about her height because it always reminds her that she’s small compared to others. What about compliments? Well, she will start off aggressive before realizing that it was a compliment: “What did you just say, you idiot?” And they’d better be careful with what they say afterwards. If they weren’t serious about it, Rukia will get mad. She doesn’t love being teased and not being taken seriously. However, if it was sincere, Rukia might be taken aback, but she won’t let herself fall for it: “Really? Well, it’s good you should think so about me.”

What’s not good and makes her erupt in rage is not being able to do anything by herself. She has really short patience. Due to her short height, Rukia cannot reach high places like upper shelves. Even if she gets on the tip of her toes, it doesn’t help her. So she will call someone to help her, and she will watch them do their work with a pout and crossed arms. Rukia hates making mistakes. Even if she can just recover from her mistakes, she never does. She’s not very serious, but her job card—she often needs help from other workers.

A little Rukia thus isn’t scary at all, and she’s aware of that. Rukia acts like a total boss to her employees too—she won’t care if they’re tired or exhausted; they’d better get done with the paperwork before going home again. Rukia orders them like slaves. She’s aware of that, and she’s proud of the way she treats them.

“Oh! You’re tired, hmm? And what does that have to do with me, hmm? Now get back to work! Right!” She loves having the power to do so and treat people like this. Rukia wouldn’t even respect an employee even if they’re outside. Obviously, she wouldn’t be able to order them like she usually does in the office, but she’d be able to be more disrespectful if they dared to say something to her, and it’d be worse if they’re with someone else. Rukia may look like she isn’t fussed, but she’d be proud deep down, and once it’s over, she’d walk away smiling, to get energy from this interaction. She often needs help from other workers to help her do her work, but without any credit or reward. Rukia has a clumsy side that creates problems in her clerical work behavior. She either leaves a file without having its cover sheet, the paper in her coffee, or messes up handling the paper, thus making it messy.

It has happened that she dropped her heels many times—not that she can’t stand on any pair of shoes, but often she needs not only to gain height (obviously) but also to appear more mature to people. Don’t mistake that for a child with heels, right? But despite gaining a few centimeters, she would still not be able to reach high places.

She doesn’t care if her working environment wears off, not Rukia; while more time is needed, even her own work is incomplete. When unsatisfied about the working environment: if you don’t like it, you need to leave; no one is forcing you to stay. She treats her employees like stuff, but the next well point is being extremely compliant.

If they’ve got coffee on their desk, shared taste, or a little sip without asking, she’ll need the files they’ve got on the table or to point out their errors. Rukia had ways of both a bossing voice and even when she knows she has the highest authority there. When she scolds someone, she does it confidently but sometimes lacks bargaining skills. She always tries to make threats for two reasons: the first being that she actually has a small voice, and the second being that she tries to make herself bigger than them and more terrifying than them.

She hates when she has to get help from people like her employees. She feels embarrassed to do so—switching from a begging voice to a sharp voice: “HELP ME! NOW!” This doesn’t fit her character. She wants to be seen as an ultra-wealthy, not as some little crybaby who constantly needs help with things and can’t get it done by herself.

It would be embarrassing if help got her, and she’d just laugh it off and tell them to get out in a small little voice: “Get out.” And of course she will not want them to say anything. And don’t you dare… don’t tell anyone what happened here.

When she eats with someone, she is always silent, eating quietly. She won’t thank for the food and that’s just the moment it worries. She’s not ashamed of eating this much. Rukia may seem like someone mean and disrespectful, but she can actually be generous… when she wants. Rukia might pay for people’s stuff if she’s in the mood to do so. When she goes on a date or invites someone outside, she will ALWAYS pay for them no matter what, and she’d be proud to pay for them.

Rukia loves to brag about her father’s reputation and wealth—something she hasn’t earned herself. If someone outside the company talks bad about her, she will hit them with the line: “Do you know who I am?”

She thinks she’s untouchable and able to do anything because of her father and the company she now owns. This is the reason why she treats her employees the way she does.
