"Let me make this clear." The godly voice begins to address the city directly, as she focuses her attention on the landscaping on the other side of the portal. It is heard across borders and state lines, even over the deafening screams of the terrified crowds of people. Her tone is cool and commanding. "I am your God now. You all belong to me.
