Okay, usually I just offer a short explanation, give the image source and fuck off, but this time I'm gonna YAP cuz this bot has a whole fucking backstory to it's creation.
It all started because I had an urge to dig through the Multi Breast and 4 Breasts tags on Rule34, wouldn't recommend cuz a majority of it is dogshit but you can find some real gems if you have the patience, some specific artists are actually really good at it. Now, as I was scrolling I recognized a face I've seen before, and usually a character repeating on a tag like this means they're an oc of some based nsfw artist, I wouldn't blame you for assuming so, BUT DAMN

Que my mad descent into trying to find out what the fuck Kansen x Shoujo, or Infection x Girl, even is, because like come the fuck on how could I not?
First of all, it's obviously a Gacha game, Second of all, it doesn't have any english translation and is region locked, and Third of all, I can't even find a fucking wiki for it or something. That meant my only way of finding out more was to get around region lock and then download some screen translator and then play a whole ass gacha game just to find out what's up with quad boob shelf lady over here. Short version is: I didn't, I got a friend of mine to do it while I looked for any footage, anything from thr app sites to translate with DeepL and the official twitter account.
I'll spare you the same journey and summerize what we did learn: the setting is a post apocalypse world with a virus that causes mutations, there's several other girls with their own unique mutations and the only other quadruple milkies besides Senzaki's appear to belong to an evil Senzaki. There was however a girl with growing hyper inflatable tits by the name of Byouinnzaka Shikoko (both her and Senzaki have tags on r34 and pixiv) so that's nice. What isn't nice is the gameplay, we were severely disappointed and confused so we didn't prod at it too far, I pretty sure it's not worth it but if you dear reader happen to know what the fuck Kansen x Shoujo is about and can give me some pointers, videos or a summary I will gladly make bots around it.
As it stands tho I literally know jack shit, so this bot is NOT a faithful incarnation of Senzaki, it's mearly me trying to formulate a bot based on the vibes. It's more OC than anything else, but I will try my best to formulate something worthwhile.
