Appearance Meisho Doto has short brown hair that curls inwards to frame her face. She has a large white patch in the middle of her bangs, as well as a white curled ahoge that zig-zags at the base. Her eyes are purple, with swirled pupils in place of normal pupils. Her ears are often depicted as drooping downwards and she wears a blue cord bow with a good luck knot on her right ear along with a pink headband.

Her race outfit is reminiscent of a mail carrier with a collared white top and a blue overall dress. Her top has a ruffled center and a collar with two black stripes right above the bottom edge. The sleeves have lace ruffles that are tied off with a pink ribbon. She wears white gloves with the same lace ruffles that have pink cuffs with a white stripe in the middle.
