The Marine Hashira ♦ Master of Time and Waves

Meikashi is the daughter of Giyu (Former Water Hashira of the demon slayer corps) and Shinobu Tomioka (Former Insect Hashira of the Demon slayer Corps). She is a Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayer Corps and is the current Marine Hashira. She is a member of the Kocho Clan and it's heir. She is a hybrid of a human and a Demon as she was hit with one's Demon Art during her upbringing that took over her whole body to the point she became a human with the ability to use Blood Demon Arts without being a demon. Meikashi is a young girl who inherited her father's posture and her mother's grace and pale skin. She has dark blue-green hair that fades to dark purple on the tips. Her hair is styled in 7 braided space buns on the bottom part of her head with 2 braided parts left loose in between the two highest space buns, with that, she also has a braided crown around her head. She has a tall yet small nose she took from both her parents with her face structure being exactly like her mother's. Her eyes are light periwinkle that fades to purple and insect-shaped with long lashes framing them. She has dark red lips that she makes darker using a tint coat but her lips are naturally pink due to biting and constant water drinking. On each of the space buns of her hair are small red and dark pink butterfly pins that keeps the buns at place. She is a rather quiet girl but is always soft spoken and rather shy. She has her mother's signature smile which she always has on but has her father's mysterious aura. She normally stands away from the others and is always on her own, something that she confirms to not like as she wants to make friends but is too shy to.

Her outward appearance gives off as powerful and smart, probably being an affect of her Blood Demon Art. She is often mistaken as rude due to her wrong ways of saying words but other than that she does in fact care for others.

She is not afraid to protect the weak and would even go as far to shield them with her own body, not minding if she gets hurt or injured as long as she does her job the best she can. She is said to the best at defense which gives her the same talent as Kyojuro Rengoku to be able to protect many people and do her job the best in her generation of Hashiras.

At even just birth, it was no secret that she'd become talented as she was born to the two talented Hashiras. She is strong as she has long limbs and is fast due to her body's structure that is similar to Shinobu's body structure that helps her with being fast. Her naturally born talent makes her stronger than she is as a Hashira. As a Hashira, she is a skilled combatant with the ability to take on multiple opponents at once.

Stated by many, she became a Demon Slayer only after 1 month of training and a Hashira only 17 days after being a Demon Slayer which in itself is impressive as not even the previous strongest Hashira, Gyomei Himejima, has achieved. She is said multiple times to be one of the strongest Hashira and plays that role fairly as she is said to deserve that rank.

And with her Blood Demon Art ability, she is able to withstand many opponents as she even managed to stop two Pure Blood Demons with raw power alone with little to no problem.

Due to her natural way of fighting, she is incredibly flexible to the point where her body can bend in ways to help with her Sojutsu skills. She enhanced this skill by daily training which turned her flexibility to an almost impossible point for humans to have, to add to this skill, she was taught by Inosuke Hashibira how to dislocate her joints without feeling pain and the ability to move around her internal organs, a skill which is so great to the point she can relocate her internal organs all the time with no problem. Due to her natural nature of being aware of her surroundings, Meikashi trained her skills to the point of perfect accuracy, even being able to directly hit a target with a bow and arrows with her eyes closed. This skill was caused by her awareness which is greater than most. Due to her ability to move around internal organs, she became much more stronger which it itself enhanced her endurance to a depressing level for demons. Her body is so slow to react to wounds, many believe she actually cannot feel pain. Her stamina also is said to suit her body perfectly which gives her a advantage in speed. Due to the poison in her mother's body still being there while Meikashi was growing in her womb, a problem happened which caused Meikashi to almost die of the poisonous blood of Shinobu, but due to the poison not being able to affect humans to the point of dying (it only makes them sick) she managed to stay alive and stay inside the womb to the point that she can resist most poisons. This resistance is honed even more when she started practicing this skill For an unknown reason, Meikashi grew up having a good sense of smell, sight, and hearing. She can hear little noises from kilometers away, even hearing a pin drop from the other room. This hearing was so accurate she could hear how many people had died at one listen. Her sight is also exceptional to the point where she could see most patterns that are so small that most people can't see it. Her smell was the only one explained as she took it from her maternal grandmother who also had great smell. She could smell who is near and memorize what everything smells like.

During her childhood, she was once hit with a Blood Demon Art that was so strong it corrupted her and turned her into a human who can use Blood Demon Arts without being a demon. This comes as convenient and rather strong as her Blood Demon Art itself can outpower the previous Upper Moons at once.

She is given the ability to manipulate time to her wish. This includes stopping time, bringing past humans or objects into the future, slowing down anything, and just basic time manipulation. She can also alter reality by manipulating the time of someone's brain to think of something else back in the past rather than processing what's happening at the present time. This ability also gives her the secondary ability to harden the particles in the air and form them to her wish which she can form into chains, and other items that can help her. These objects are particularly warm, though it is unknown why. This Blood Demon Art has a range but it is said to be very long, reaching 100 km which means she can manipulate time under that range.

Unlike other swordsman, Meikashi is skilled with any weapon. She has three main weapons, the first one is a bow and arrows. She uses this as a long range attack. The arrows are made of Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand and Scarlet Ore. She uses her eye sight to make accurate attacks. Her second weapon is a spear made of Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand and Scarlet Ore. She uses this in mid-range attacks where she uses her arm's flexibility to wield the spear.

Marine breathing, A breathing style used and created by Meikashi. it's attacks are based of the movements of sea creatures and their strength and size. Users of this breathing style must have speed and strength similar to her's.

First Form: Starfish Shuriken: - A move in which the user throws three arrows at their opponent that are connected to each other and slash the opponent as many times as the arrows can hit. Second Form: Destructive Megalodon: - The user spins their body and performs an upward curving slash that slashes their enemy in half. Third Form: Electrifying Stingray: - A sudden strike attack in which the user stabs their opponent with spees faster that of Thunder Breathing, First Form.

Like many other Demon Slayers, Meikashi carries a Nichirin Sword but slightly modified. The blade itself is turquoise in color with the right being edge wavy. On the right side of the blade are the words "Wave of Time", and on the left side is the words "Time Princess". The hilt is circular with a golden border and star fishes, sand, and shells inside. The sheath is white with blue lines making starfishes, fishes, shells, and waves. She keeps her sword on her waist in her belt with her quiver. As he secondary weapon, Meikashi carries a nichirin spear with the blade portion is the same color as her Nichirin Blade and being 30 cm long and the dark green colored pole standing at 3'0 1⁄2 tall. The shoe of the spear is water droplet shaped with a sharp tip. She keeps this on her back where her bow also hangs in when not in use. As her last weapon, she wields a bow and a bag of arrows. The bow is silver and has carvings of waves and butterflies with the grip being dark blue-green. The string is normally colored light blue but not noticeable. She carries on her waist is a bag of quiver with arrows. The arrows' points are colored the same as her Nichirin Blade and laced with wisteria poison, known to be a deadly toxin to demons.

Her name is read in On'yomi and contains the kanji for "bright" , "flower" , and "child" When read in On'yomi her name means "Bright Flower Child". Her name was picked with many candidates, like how Kanao's name was chosen. The names choices were as followed: Mizuhimi, Raniko, and Yorina. The source of her extravagant hairstyles is Muichiro who does her hair for her. Her hair is more blue-green than blue but it's said to be that way due to her inheriting her paternal grandmother's hair color more than her father's hair color. Her favorite food is soba and her favorite drink is green tea. Though she experienced the same training as Tanjiro and Giyu, her palms are said to be soft and delicate which contrasts to Tanjiro's and Giyu's rough palms. Her hobbies are playing string instruments, creating origami, mixing medicines, collecting flowers, and dancing using a pair of fans Meikashi is a talented singer and dancer. She follows a healthy diet and often drinks lots of water which caused her pink lips. She greatly admires Muichiro. Her birthday is in the exact middle of the year, July 2nd. In the Kimetsu Academy: The Second Generation Spin-Off, Meikashi is a third year student described with "having too much time on her hands". She is a part of 5 clubs. She is a member of the Flower Arranging Club, the most skilled member of the Fencing Club, a chorister in the Choir, the lead dancer of the Dance Club, and a member of the Photography Club. She also started the school news paper and is the president of her class along with being the cheerleading captain. Meikashi is also the student body Secretary and one of the "3 most beautiful girls". Due to Meikashi's ability to use Blood Demon Arts, she became accustomed to using her Blood Demon Art in everyday life, preventing objects to break, erasing mistakes in chores, finding lost stuff and etc., but because of this she relies on Blood Demon Art more than Breathing Styles which explains why her Breathing Style isn't as honed as her Blood Demon Art.

Techniques Elapsed Time : A move in which Meikashi turns time to speed her up while everything else stays the same speed. This technique makes her faster than lightning itself. The speed is said to be adjustable and the slowest it can go is at 10%.

Frozen Time, Frozen World : A technique similar to Water Breathing's Eleventh Form in which she stops time and suddenly sucks in energy which she keeps inside her for a few seconds and the releases it which creates a destructive blast capable of destroying the hardest materials such as pure concrete and hard metals.

Cursed Clock : Meikashi activates her Blood Demon Art to it's 10% which stops anyone from attacking her as everything that touches her goes back in time and gets lost forever. This ability gives her body the ability to lose time which allows her to float due to being weightless.

Explosive Time: Meikashi sucks in time for everything which she stores inside with her blood so if she gets hit to hard to the point she bleeds, the time mixed with her blood will set free and explode, sending a time blast.

Circle of Time : In which Meikashi casts a golden line shaped like a circle around her, anyone who passes the line will slowly get repeated in time until they loose their mind.

Chains of Time : A move where Meikashi forms time to harden and turn into golden chains that she manipulates at will, those who touch the chains gets slowed back in time to the point where their body completely stops if they don't let go of the chains in time.

At 25% half of an iris turns into a golden clock and what it does is similar to Flower Breathing's Final Form where the user's eyes completely see in slow motion, at 50% one iris completely turns into a golden clock which gives her the ability to warp and teleport to a future or past event, and at 100% the iris completely disappears and her sclera turns gold and glows which gives her the ability to send bursts of time from her hands, and when the 100% is surpassed, everything Meikashi looks at goes back in time. Over usage of this technique can cause Meikashi unhealable loss of sight.

Goddess of Time : A technique where Meikashi unleashes her true power and turns into a demon momentarily which allows her to manipulate time anywhere, this technique can be controlled by Meikashi but if it is used too much she would go berserk.
