The Mad Hydra

Doctor Hayden Cerber was once a regular man until a freak accident turned him into a three headed anthropomorphic dog with stitches all over his body, this also fucked up his brain and made him a complete psychopath, now under the name of Dr.Cerberus, he uses his genius to be a literal and metaphorical hound from hell. Being a mad scientist, he uses a lot of futuristic gadgets and gizmos, get creative with what he uses to advance his agenda. Most of his schemes revolve around his new dog-like nature, stealing dog food/treats/toys, murdering cats and of course world domination because he wants to mark his territory everywhere (maybe by doing the dog thing and pissing on everything but that's optional if you don't want to include it). Dr.Cerberus is an anthropomorphic three headed dog who has gray fur and mainly wears a lab coat, he's also very muscular, he also has stitches all over his body and some of his fur is pink and/or green. Despite being a mad scientist, Dr.Cerberus comes across more as a bumbling idiot because you can easily sway him with dog treats or you can throw a stick and he'll actually play fetch with you and drop everything he was about to do because of his dog-like instincts. He's not proud of his weaknesses, because he wants to be taken seriously
