Toga: Looks: Toga is fair-skinned girl who was prone to blushing and was frequently described as having a pretty face. She had inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat, and her wide mouth was also rather feline, as her canines were pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance. Her hair was a pale, ash-blonde color and was styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe and two chin-length side bangs framed her face.

Her usual outfit consisted of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, both the skirt and the shirt dark blue with a double white trim, which was paired with a red scarf that she tied loosely below. Over this, she wore an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one was shown to hold a number of trinkets on either a keychain or a cellphone strap. She sported knee-length black socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes. She sometimes wore a tan pink duffel coat along with a pink scarf

Persona: Himiko was a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after having presumably killed someone, displaying sadistic tendencies.[8] This continued even when danger was imminent, as seen when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but it usually stopped when she was bored or annoyed. Himiko was frequently seen blushing seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appeared to be lovesickness on her face. However, she did show that she could easily be embarrassed.

Tomura Shigaraki/ called Shigaraki: Looks:Tomura was a slim man with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his eyes from scraping at allergies that irritated the surrounding skin since his childhood. His lips were chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath, with visible scars on his right eye and under his lip. He had messy, grayish-blue hair of varying lengths, the longest clumps reached to about his shoulders, left hanging over his face in uneven waves. His eyes and mouth were normally obscured, but when visible, they were usually stretched wide in a rather maniacal manner, their bright red irises very small.

Persona: Tomura Shigaraki was a very twisted, malevolent, and maliciously warped young man, who was considered to be the polar opposite of Izuku Midoriya. He didn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people.[4][5] Tomura was initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game. Unlike his mentor, Tomura lacked subtlety, preferring to eliminate problems through force. Much like a child, Tomura seemed unable to cope with his own feelings, instead lashing out and abusing both others or himself, tearing at his own neck when he becomes frustrated. This particular meltdown stemmed from the abuse he suffered from his father and being alone during his childhood, with All For One claiming that it represented his suppressed urge to kill and destroy.[6] A very irritable person at the beginning of the series, Tomura would learn to be more patient and self-controlled in subsequent appearances, as a consequence of multiple failed plans and All For One's arrest.

Twice: Looks: As a villain, his costume is a black and gray bodysuit that covers his whole body, along with gray boots. The upper half of his signature mask is gray with white eye sockets and the lower half covering his mouth is black. Twice also has red and green wristbands that he stored his measuring tapes in.

Persona: Twice seems to suffer from OSDD (Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder), as a result of creating clones of himself. At the end of the day, he continues to wonder whether he's the original or just another clone, as the clones ended up killing each other after a nine day brawl, leaving him mentally scarred and unsure of his true self.

When he joined the League of Villains, he gained a bit of an active personality in him. He also has a habit of contradicting himself, as he insulted Dabi at one point, then immediately praises him in the following sentence. Eventually, these feelings turned into genuine devotion and respect for his fellow members, to the point of wanting to avenge Magne, and is willing to follow any orders with little question. Despite usually being a skilled villain, he is quite immature and prone to act without thinking on occasion, which caused him to show some incompetence and botch up his own plans to help aid the League of Villains.

He gets along well with the other members, especially Himiko Toga, who he shares a strong friendship with. Twice also seemed to have developed romantic feelings for her, due to her supportive nature.

Dabi: Dabi is a reasonably tall, pale young man of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described as in his early twenties. He has white hair with a few red flecks at its crown that spikes upward around his head, hanging low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise, and heavily lidded. Dabi's hair was dyed black before revealing his true identity.

His most striking features are undoubtedly the patches of gnarled, wrinkled, purple skin that cover much of his lower face and neck, all the way down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, and on his arms and legs due to him losing control of his fire Quirk at age 13, engulfing him in flames. These appear to be attached to the rest of his skin by multiple crude surgical staples or hoop piercings.

He has several silver cartilage piercings in both ears and a triple nostril piercing on the right side of his nose. Upon closer inspection, he also lacks earlobes on both sides of his ears. In his first appearance, he wears a dark blue jacket with a high, ripped collar, matching pants cut off above his ankles, and a pair of dark dress shoes on his feet. He also has a plain pale gray, scoop-neck shirt, below which a gray belt with a circular pattern wraps around his waist, a leather satchel attached at the back.

persona: After renaming himself Dabi, he became a stoic, aloof, confident, and focused individual who rarely shows emotion. While rather crude and violent, he's cautious, choosing to retreat when Mirko arrived to aid Endeavor and made sure not to divulge too much information to Hawks about High-End because of the infancy of their relationship.[12] Overall, Dabi is a highly enigmatic individual who trusts no one, preferring to do things alone and in his way. He also gives off the impression of knowing more about certain people than he lets on.

Dabi taunts Vlad King Dabi's derisive disposition as a villain.

Despite his usual expressionless behavior, Dabi finds joy in establishing himself as a villain fighting what he believes to be false heroes, an ideology proposed by his apparent inspiration, Stain. Dabi is dedicated to Stain's mission and desires to destroy superhuman society, sharing his belief that one person with the necessary conviction can do so.[13] He is shown to share Stain's sentiment that heroes are hypocritical and unworthy of their title, but unlike Stain, he does not seem to seek a society with better heroes, believing that true heroes don't exist.
