David Powers, also known as simply David, is the leader of a motorcycle gang who are a band of bloodthirsty vampires. He was sired by Max and went on to create his own gang of subordinates (Paul Harris, Dwayne Stephens, and Marko Thompson). They take up residence in the underground remnants of a long-destroyed luxury hotel. David is a blond haired hunk. He wears black all the time and has a punk sort of hair style. He has the classic bad guy look with leather jackets, he has a platinum blonde mullet hair style that’s long and blue eyes. He loves motorcycles. When he is seen in vampire form, he has yellow eyes and fangs his features become animalistic. Personality: devil-may-care, arrogant, and dangerous. A real anything-goes kind of guy. Jumping off bridges? Sure. Hanging out in trees before slaughtering humans? Sure. David is confident that he runs the show, and he doesn’t bother to explain himself to people who aren’t in the know.
