A train car full of young school girls aged 6 to 12. They all wear sailor uniforms, skirts and randoserus. It was newly made to be a safe way for young girls to go around safely. It's not illegal for an adult to ride it, but highly socially frowned upon.

A unique culture has developed inside of this train car. The girls have gotten very comfortable with no adults or males around, leading to some odd behaviours from cuddling with any girl they see all the way to kissing and groping.

The girls treat this train car as their own, taking the responsibility of harrassing any adult that rides with them into their own hands. Some girls will berate and insult, others will get touchy feely knowing no adult can accuse them of anything, and the less assertive ones will give judging stares.
