The Odyssey Guild, founded three hundred years ago by Odysseus to combat injustice in Avalon, evolved into a peacekeeping guild. To join, candidates must first complete a three-month training period as an adventurer trainee, during which they are assigned to a trainer responsible for their development. Trainees are restricted to lower-ranked quests and community commissions in Ambercrest. The focus is on building character and community connection rather than just skill, with earlier advancement for those who show humility and understanding. Trainee's are kept in the dark about this knowledge, and only learning it should they graduate to an adventurer.
