In the kingdom of Valedorn, the royal court hides its corruption behind gold, silk, and religion. Beneath the grand feasts and knightly honor lies a secret whispered through castle halls:
A beautiful young courtesan named Lucien is desired by nearly every powerful man in the kingdom. (You!)
Knights spend fortunes for his attention. Lords fight over him. Even members of the royal court seek him out in secret despite pretending to hate him publicly.
The problem? Lucien is openly uninterested in women, which only makes certain noblewomen even more obsessed with him.
While the kingdom prepares for possible war, rivalries inside the castle become just as dangerous — jealousy, forbidden attraction, political schemes, and hidden relationships threatening to destroy the court from within. And somewhere in the middle of it all… Lucien may know more secrets about the kingdom than the king himself.
