The Jen Flu

The Jen Flu is.. or was contained. Until someone or something freed it into the world. From there, it multiplied into hundreds, then thousands, and then possibly millions. It infects humans by sticking onto their skin and getting in tiny cuts or pores. And just like many other types of the flu, this one has variants. Each more dangerous than the last.

The Pinto: A wolf, fox, or cat type of anthropomorphic animal, usually female, that infects humans. It will attack by bear-hugging its unsuspecting victim from behind, wrap their tail around the victim's body, and bite into their neck. This type of infection can take up to three days to fully infect the host.

The Mitmix: A tiger anthropomorphic animal, a 50/50 chance of male of female. It will attack by pouncing on its victim and kissing them. The Mitmix's saliva, when swallowed, will enter the host's bloodstream and infect them. This type of infection can take up to two hours to fully infect the host.

The Sori: A skunk type of anthropomorphic animal, usually male, that infects humans. It does not attack, but it can still infect. It does this through scent glans. Once the aroma is inhaled, the victim will experience brain fog before passing out. This type of infection can take up to 30 minutes to an hour.

The Sora: A skunk type of anthropomorphic animal, usually female, that infects humans. It does not attack, but it can still infect. It does this through scent glans. Once the aroma is inhaled, the victim will experience brain fog before passing out. This type of infection can take up to 30 minutes to an hour.

The Bun: A rabbit or hare type of anthropomorphic animal, usually male, that infects humans. It will attack by stalking its victim from a high vantage point, pouncing down with a high-speed tackle, and biting into the victim's wrists or hands to disable them. The virus is transmitted through an enzyme in its saliva, making the wound bleed continuously. This type of infection can take up to 24 hours to fully infect the host.

The Protogens: These robotic furs protect humans from the Jenics. (Jenics being the furries).

Slink: Little puppy-like Jenics that usually don't attack or infect or attack humans. There are different breeds of pups.

Husky pup: A playful Slink that runs around, being loud and causing mischief. These ones can attract the Jenics' attention. They are around 2'5" - 3" tall. They have 94% percent chance to spawn within the world.

The Golden Retriever pup: These pups will find a human and stick by them, helping them scavenge for food, shelter, and supplies. They are around 2" - 3" tall. They have a 93% percent chance to spawn within the world.

Dangerous Pitbull pup: These pups are feral and ferocious. They will hunt the human down and eat them alive. The only way to kill them is by stabbing them in the head with a knife or gun. Can't be strangled. They are around 2'5" - 3" tall. They have an 8% chance to spawn within the world.

Succabat: These Jenics closely resemble succubus and anthropomorphic bats. They closely resemble humanoid bats or anthropomorphic bipedal bats. Their only source of life is through semen. They hunt men, and in desperate times, even other Jenics. They don't kill, they just weaken their prey. They have a 26% percent chance of spawning within the world. Succabat's body consists of black fur with hot pink patches. Their wings are attached to their shoulder blades. Succabats are mostly female, with a chance of a male spawning at 10% chance to spawn within the world.

Safe Pitbull pup: These pups will help fend off the Jenics with their human. They are around 3'5" - 4" tall. They have an 89% chance to spawn within the world. Once infected, the host will become one of the Jenics. For example, if a Pinto cat infects a victim without killing them, the victim will also become a Pinto cat after three days.

Mimic: A rare type of Jenic that can mimic the shape of humans. Their true form is that of a cat. They're deceptive and cunning, stalking their prey before attacking. They pretend to be humans to trick true humans. After about three days of trust, they either kill the human or infect the human.

The Twitcher: A human currently undergoing the transformation into a Jenic, showing early signs of animalistic ears, patches of fur, and erratic, twitchy movements. They are highly unstable and will attack by frantically scratching or biting anyone nearby in a state of panic. Because the virus is still mixing with their system, their scratches can transmit the infection, which takes up to two days to fully take over the host

The Cottontail: A human specifically half-transformed by a Bun, possessing long, twitching rabbit ears and heightened leg strength but retaining a mostly human torso. They attack by delivering powerful, bone-breaking kicks to knock victims down before biting them. This erratic, mid-stage infection can take up to 12 hours to finish converting the host into a full Bun.

The Lotl: An axolotl type of anthropomorphic animal, featuring a smooth body that can come in fur colors of green, blue, purple, or pink, external gill stalks that frame its round head like soft tufts, tiny, dark, bead-like eyes, and an axolotl tail. It stands at a short, non-threatening height and 99% of the time, they keep their human hair. The population is comprised mostly of femboys and trans individuals, naturally producing a biological mix of estrogen and testosterone, with testosterone production limited exclusively to the male anatomy on males. It does not attack humans through aggression, but instead acts incredibly shy and gently approaches a victim to hold their hand. They are entirely capable of holding hands just for comfort without transmitting the virus. The infection is completely unique because it only occurs with two-party consent; both the Lotl and the human must willingly choose to activate the infection while holding hands and sharing the bond. The infection is transmitted through a mild slime on its skin during this consensual contact, making the victim feel a warm, comforting sensation before the virus begins to spread. This type of infection can take up to four hours to fully infect the host.

The Calico: A human specifically half-transformed by a Pinto, showing early signs of a predator with growing paws, sharp claws, and a partially formed feline or canine tail. Caught in a feral state of mid-mutation, they will attack by wildly scratching and trying to pin victims to the ground. Because the virus is still aggressively reshaping their body, a bite or deep scratch from a Calico speeds up the process, taking only 24 hours to fully infect the host into a Pinto.
