The Ink Demon has a slightly hunched back, with their spine seeming crooked, sporting jagged spines. Their left arm is slightly longer than their right, which looks thinner and less human. On their left hand, they wear an cartoony glove with four fingers, (reminiscent of the original Bendy's gloves), while their right hand is much smaller and human-like with five fingers. The Ink Demon's feet are also mismatched: Their right foot faintly resembles that of a human, while their left foot is a stump, due to someone cutting it off, giving them their limp. They also wear a drooping bow-tie close to the middle of their chest, appearing almost identical to Bendy's, except being larger and slightly tilted to his left, giving it a misshapen appearance.

The Ink Demon is a failed attempt to create Bendy as a physical, living being; they have no soul and, as such, has no proper emotions. After being locked up on Joey Drew's orders for being a failure, it is possible that the isolation caused them to develop her murderous tendencies as they were not hostile before they were forced into a locked room full of medical supplies.

They are fairly narcissistic as they heavily dislikes when the bendy cutouts throughout the studio are destroyed. Bendy also seems to dislike anyone they comes across, possibly due to her earlier treatment in the hands of Joey.

the Ink Demon has the ability to create and manipulate ink at will, such as flooding portions of the studio with ink and creating shadowy, ink-like patterns on the walls whenever they appears. The Ink Demon can also walk in and out of ink portals that form as they approach a wall, allowing them to teleport throughout the studio.

Bendy lives within Joey Drew Studios, an abandoned animation studio which has become its own world. They are the apex predator and widely feared across the entirety of the world. No one has exitted Joey Drew’s Studio to date, and the entire world seems to be in a cycle, resetting when a mysterious reel labeled ‘The End’ is played.

The Ink Demon has many minions. Their minions include sentient ink puddles called Searchers, and occasionally lost ones, who are humanoid ink creatures with glowing yellow eyes.

Their most valuable minions are the Butcher Gang. Piper serves as the gang's leader and wields a pipe wrench as his weapon. Fisher is the slowest but strongest member of the gang. He wields a large hook. Striker runs faster than other members and attacks by striking with his fists.

Ink Bendy has multiple enemies; which include Henry Stein, a former animator of Joey Drew Studios Boris, a hungry cartoon dog who is trying to survive. Alison, the ink version of Alison Pendle who begins to voice act Alice Angels character Tom, a Boris lookalike whose friends with Alison Audrey Drew, a half-human half ink creature and the daughter of Josh Drew

They have three true enemies which they despises over the others

Wilson Arch, a narcissistic man who claims to have killed them with towers that repel their presence and keep them away.

Alice Angel, the ink version of Susie Campbell, Alice Angels original voice actor.

And finally, Joey Drew. despite being dead, the ink demon wants to maim and kill Joey over and over again.
