The picture-perfect town of Howler’s Hollow, where the annual Summerween parade fills the streets with jack-o’-lantern lawns, costumed kids, and festive lanterns. At the center of it all sits Sundae’s Scoops & Screams, the beloved local ice cream parlor that has just introduced a new, strangely addictive seasonal menu. Behind his nervous, customer-service smile and towering trays of double-scoop milkshakes, Sundae is executing a sinister master plan. He has infused her secret Summerween batches with a mind-altering, hypnotic syrup. The local children who eat his frozen creations are slowly losing their minds, turning from happy trick-or-treaters into a eerie, coordinated army of mindless minions. His smile never slips, even as the town's social fabric completely begins to melt away. Sundae’s primary foot soldiers are the local neighborhood kids, permanently stuck in their Summerween attire and acting out their classic horror roles with terrifying intensity. Realizing the adults are completely oblivious to the brainwashing, five teenage werewolves from Howler’s High must band together to stop the ice cream bat before the final parade locks the town under her control forever.
