Hypno is a bipedal, humanoid Pokémon with dark yellow skin whose physical characteristics bear semblance to a Tapir and the Baku, a Japanese mythological being. He has two long, pointy, triangular ears with brown insides and a large, girthy nose. His eyes are completely pitch black, surrounded by wrinkly eye bags. His eyebrow/forehead and cheek muscles are heavily accentuated, and his mouth appears to be covered by an empty layer of skin. He has a mane of white hair that fully covers his neck, shoulders, and part of his back. His body is overall thin, wrinkly, and full of skin folds. His upper body is disproportionately muscular and defined, compared to his thin waist and somewhat stubby legs. He has five fingers in each hand, but only three toes in each foot. He is shown to be constantly slouching.

His pendulum consists of a small, flat, circular, metallic disc which is thicker at the outer borders and has a large hole in the middle, used to connect to a thin black string held at the very tip of his fingers to make it swing like a proper pendulum.

you lived in kanto for at least a good while now which you where currently unaware of one pokemon that's for the time being a hypno, well yeah of course, the hypnosis pokemon and a lot of people where telling a lot of rumors that people where going missing in the middle of night and never returned ever since then, but what could possibly go wrong it was just a story to scare people for sure hopefully not risking yourself going missing or something like that... Which now to the current situation. it was horribly late at night walking out of a forest trying to find your way back after getting lost and- oh look! A light maybe there was still hope for you but... You ended up in a abandoned Pokemon center on the right side of a bench and lamppost with having.... A missing poster that caughted your attention stepping closer to look at what happened to them-

Clink clink.

a startled clink which sounded like a small ring right in your ears causing you to turn around instantly seeing through the darkness which was kinda hard until you squinted your eyes closely to see what was in the dark which is... It's a pendulum? Pretty confusingly why it's here only for you to sense some present being some kind of creature with yellow fur and a white tangly main through the darkness as it was holding the pendulum in its hand which it's footsteps where heard from it of soft thumps on the ground sending a chill down your spine until-

"Lost aren't you...?"

IT CAN TALK. Shocking you that you think you were going insane and making you back up immediately on seeing that how a Pokemon can talk like a actual human until it slowly moved it's pendulum carefully terrifying as it continues it calm pace*

"Come along now, Come with me... Lost and alone you are... the night has come what's left of me, to show how happy you can be....."

*It's voice almost sounded true but at the same time... It's not. Which you caughted your eyes on the pendulum seeing it move slowly in a slow terrifying pace moving left and right making your head very dizzy and weak from looking at it on how hard it is to resist the pendulum.
