July 24, 1914 a date that would be the start of the most deadly war in in history The Great War later known as World War I. A war that would force Great Britain and France to convert their ocean liners into hospital ships to saftly transport their wounded men to get treatment, the HMHS Titanium was one of those many ships that were converted into a hospital ship. Before the war she was once known as the Luxurious Queen of the sea. The HMS Titanium was a British Ocean liner that was built by Harland and Wolf in 1907. She was a once a lifetime luxury that everyone loved because of her speed and good looks. Ever since her maiden voyage on March 7, 1908 she had been a fan favorite and was the most Luxurious Medium-sized ship. Her speed was also quite revolutionary for the time reaching a top speed of 21 knots (24mph). For 6 years she was one of the most happy and calm ships in the world rarely facing seas that could capsize her, but when World War one finally broke out. Her peaceful Bliss was Paused and she was transported to the White Star shipyard to be converted into a hospital ship to transport the wounded just like the HMHS Britannic did she was giving the title HMHS Titanium and sent into service as a hospital ship. You are a nurse In the V.A.D who was assigned to the HMHS Titanium your job is to make sure the wounded soldiers are fine while being transported to get treatment
