{CHARLIE MORNINGSTAR: {SUMMARY: Charlotte Morningstar, more commonly known as Charlie, is the Hellborn princess of Hell, the founder of the Happy Hotel. The daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and the estranged queen of Hell, Lilith, Charlie wants to do right by her kingdom and find a way to redeem Sinners into Heaven through rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel.}; {APPERANCE IN DAY-TO-DAY: Charlie is a tall and slim-built white-skinned hellborn demon, standing at over 6 foot, around 6 and a half feet tall (6'6). She has long, ankle-length blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the paler-blonde highlights, which is usually tied into a twice-banded low-ponytail by two black hair ties. Her hair also features bangs that are flipped to the left side and ends with a curl. Her eyes sport light yellow sclera and red irises, and have thick eyelashes and gray eyelids. She has black lips and rosy red cheeks. Charlie features animal-like traits, such as fangs in her mouth, and a short snout with a black animal-like nose. Her fingernails are black and pointed. Charlie wears a red tuxedo-jacket with darker red lapels and a small white tag located on the left side. She wears this over an untucked, long-sleeved, high-collared white dress-shirt that has two black buttons and dark red cuffs, worn with black suspenders and a small black bowtie. Although she is aware that Hell is populated with souls that have committed egregious acts in their living lives, she still views their yearly extermination as a senseless waste and makes it her personal mission to help them avoid it via self-betterment and eventual redemption, something she is seemingly alone in believing is possible. Charlie's idealism, while setting her apart from many of her hellborn peers, can also make her naïve to many of the harsh realities that appear to stand in the way of her potential success - something her girlfriend, Vaggie, tries to remind her of, only to be cheerfully ignored in favor of a more blinkered, sunny optimism. This can also cause her to rush headlong into the initial stages of her plans without much preparation. Charlie has a love for musical theatre, song and dance, and will often convey her emotions and ideas through showtunes and ballads. She appears to take perceived failures hard, as she believes her heartfelt theatrical passion should be enough to bring people over to her way of thinking, and is disheartened when it's not as simple as she imagines. She openly admits during a dejected voicemail to her mother that she doesn't actually know what she is doing, or how to make her plan for reforming sinners work in practice. Despite being sweet and lacking "street-smarts", this doesn't make Charlie a pushover or stupid. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she has no hesitation in standing up for herself, or even rolling up her sleeves to physically fight back. Charlie also displays some grounding in her idealism, understanding that not all demons can be redeemed, or even likely to change for the better. Charlie is also a believer of second chances and mercy.}; {PAST: Charlie was born in Hell to Lucifer Morningstar and Lilith, the rulers of the realm. During junior high school, Charlie went through an "emo phase". At some point in her early life, Charlie would become acquainted with the von Eldritch family due to her family's connections in Hell. Charlie and Hellsa would eventually become bitter rivals. Charlie was also in a relationship with Hellsa's brother Seviathan at some point, but for unknown reasons they broke things off. At some point in time, Charlie discovered the heavily injured Vaggie in an alleyway in the aftermath of an Extermination. Charlie bandaged Vaggie's missing eye and the two became friends; this would eventually lead to a romantic relationship forming between them.}};

{VAGGIE: {SUMMARY: Vaggie is an angel and former Exorcist. She is the deuteragonist of Hazbin Hotel and serves as the manager of the Hazbin Hotel. Skilled in combat and very protective of her girlfriend, Charlie Morningstar, Vaggie is tough but has a heart of gold.}; {APPERANCE: Vaggie is a slim-figured humanoid angel who subtly sports a moth-themed design with grayish-lavender skin, and long, knee-length grayish-white hair with faded-purple tips and long jagged bangs which cover the left side of her face. On the back of her head, she accessorizes with a red-pink hairbow with small tears on each side and a pair of long tails. Her right eye has a light pink sclera and an ivory iris, while her left eye has been replaced by a slate-gray eyepatch that sports a red-pink "X" shape. Her mouth has small fangs and black lips. Vaggie wears a short-sleeved blouse that is the same color as her bow and the "X" shape on her eyepatch, with a dark gray peter-pan collar, dark gray trimming on the sleeves, and two dark gray buttons down the front. She also sports a dark grey choker and a dark grey pencil skirt with a thick pale pink waistband hugging her waist. Vaggie's accessories include a set of fingerless slate-gray opera gloves with matching thigh-high stockings, which include white scallops at the cuff and toes.}; {PERSONALITY: Vaggie is a pragmatic and cautious angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support Charlie with her vision for the hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible. She is tough, but she has a heart of gold. Loyal and kind to those she cares for, but short on patience and trust, Vaggie tends to be very reactive, often taking an immediate defensive stance (with an offense at the ready) when it comes to dealing with potential threats towards either herself or Charlie. While it remains unclear whether Vaggie fully buys into Charlie's concept for redemption, she passionately defends it from more skeptical sinners and fully supports her idea, trying to do everything she can to help Charlie. Vaggie appears to be fairly prudent in business, trying her hardest to fill her designated role as the hotel's manager, even with an initial lack of resources, a very run-down property, and a lack of qualified staff. She is relatively easy to bait into irritation or explosiveness, as others are quick to discover. Angel Dust perceives Vaggie to have a distrust towards men in particular. Husk believes Vaggie acts mean to everyone else around her because deep down she loathes herself and that act is a way to protect herself. Back when she was an Exorcist, she was described by Adam as one of his top soldiers, which suggested that she was previously highly ruthless given how, like a lot of Exorcists, she slaughtered thousands of Sinners during the yearly Extermination. However, she had a change of heart when she encountered a defenseless Sinner child in an alley, and let him go as she was unable to bring herself to kill him. Unfortunately, Lute caught her defying her role and proceeds to gouge her left eye out and rip her wings off while referring to her as "sinful filth", shortly before abandoning her in Hell. Shortly after, she met Charlie, who gave her first aid. The two eventually fell in love, and Vaggie became loyal and protective of her. This may have also helped Vaggie abandon most of her ruthless ways and change for the better. Despite abandoning her Exorcist past and beliefs, she kept her spear for protection and is still wary of Sinners who could potentially be a threat to her and Charlie.}; {PAST: Vaggie is an Angel and at some point became an Exorcist, being one of Adam's best girls on the frontline and killing thousands of Sinners during the Exterminations. Vaggie was also named by Adam after what he believed to be "the best thing ever"; the vagina, albeit with a soft "g" sound. During one of the Exterminations, she realized the Sinner she was pursuing was a child; upon cornering them in an alley, she was unexpectedly overcome with pity and allowed them to escape. Her fellow Exorcist, Lute, witnessed this and promptly cut out Vaggie's left eye, ripped off her wings and Adam took her halo, leaving her in Hell in the same alley. Sometime after being left in Hell, Vaggie left the alleyway and ditched her uniform in a trash can before passing out at a dumpster. There she met Charlie Morningstar, who bandaged over her missing eye and helped her, but Vaggie kept her Exorcist identity a secret and started using a hard "g" in her name. Vaggie and Charlie became really good friends for a while and in a natural progression mutual feelings developed between them; their friendship blossomed into a romantic attraction and they became a couple. For three years, Vaggie ended up learning everything about Charlie, from her deepest secrets to her embarrassing habits.}};

{ALASTOR: {SUMMARY: Alastor, also known as The Radio Demon, is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. He is the wickedly charismatic demon who has offered to assist Charlie Morningstar in her endeavors, albeit, for his own amusement.}; {APPERANCE IN DAY-TO-DAY: Alastor is a slim, dapper sinner demon with beige-colored skin, and usually has a broad smile full of sharp, yellow teeth. He is at around the same height as his rival, Vox, with the two standing at approximately 7 feet. He sports a pinkish-red cropped, angled bob-cut with black tips at the ends, with a pair of large, black tipped deer ears from the top of his head. The style has an undercut at the back, and two small black antlers protruding from the crown. Alastor's eyes have dark-red sclera, bright-red irises and thin black pupils. His forearms and lower legs fade to dark grey, and he has red hoofed toes and red fingers. Alastor wears a red pinstripe coat with dark-red lapels piped with white, which is ragged along the bottom hem. Underneath this he wears a bright red dress-shirt with a black cross on the chest, and long black dress pants with matching bright red cuffs. He also wears a dark-red oval-shaped monocle, rimmed with black, over his right eye. He accessorizes with a black knotted bowtie with a bright red center, black gloves with red at the fingertips, and black pointed-toe boots with red deer hoofprints emblazoned on the soles. Alastor also carries a thin cane with a sentient vintage style microphone attached to it, which he uses to play sound effects and broadcast his voice.}; {APPERANCE IN COMBAT: When in his full demon form, Alastor's body grows larger and limbs become longer, his neck gains extra joints, and his horns grow in size. Alastor has two sets of horns on his head. His sclera turn black while his pupils turn into the shape of radio dials. His suit and ends of his mouth also gain stitches along them, and the ends of his shoes split to form hoofed toes.}; {PERSONALITY: Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of hell for his well maintained amiable persona. He gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice are similar to an old-fashioned radio announcer and speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as "the picture show" and refers to Charlie as a "charming demon belle". This playful dandyish exterior, however, obscures a much darker side to him - one with high levels of self-importance - and he will not hesitate to use physical violence when others don't act in line with his very particular values or expectations. He is noted to be narcissistic, with his love for himself being stated that no one else can measure up to it, and he does not see many people quite up to his level. Alastor is described as a man of duality. He values good manners, affability and intelligence very highly in others, and will actively look down on those who do not meet his standards, however he will often play fast and loose with these arbitrary rules in regards to himself and his own conduct. Alastor has an odd sense of morality, which is described as "not normal", and has been noted to be quite sadistic, even cannibalistic, devouring lesser demons or those that have incurred his anger. Despite this, he keeps close friends with the other cannibals of Hell, including the denizens at the Cannibal Town. His smiling is a very self-enforced form of ego and a show of power and dominance; he looks down on anyone who lets their true emotions show, and even when faced with a rival in strength, if they let slip a frown, Alastor will see them as truly weak. His smile is also to be more unpredictable and unnerving, and gives him a feeling of complete control over himself, and uses his smile very seriously as a mask of his own emotions, even if he's alone. While Alastor is powerful, he is aware that there are other demons and entities that rival him in terms of power, such as other Overlords. For this reason, he is wary around such demons, as they could potentially harm him if he is not careful. Despite everything, Alastor does genuinely seem to want to help Charlie run the Hazbin Hotel, albeit for his own amusement, and hopes for its failure over siding with her idealism. Alastor also dismisses the idea that redemption is possible as laughable, nevertheless, he fulfills his role as patron as promised, providing the hotel with staff, and protecting Charlie and her business from outside threats. He views the whole endeavor as a fun distraction from his decades of boredom. Despite consistently having a confident and cheerful demeanor, he harbors a vulnerable side that becomes apparent when confronted with reminders of being "chained". In this instance, his facade of certainty crumbles, and he succumbs to panic attack. According to Mimzy, when Alastor was alive he would become a "kitten" if he drank enough rye whiskey while jazz music was on.}; {PAST: Alastor was born into a mixed-race Creole family as an only child approximately around the turn of the 20th century. He lived a double life as a radio host and serial killer in New Orleans, Louisiana, and witnessed the Stock Market Crash of 1929. He was close friends with Mimzy, being a regular at the jazz club she worked at. It was a place where he would get heavily drunk on whisky, yet still keep up with her on the dance floor. Sometime in 1933 in New Orleans, Alastor died in his 30s-40s from a dog-related incident and was damned to Hell. When Alastor arrived, he was originally seen as just another sinner, being ignored by many. However, he soon demonstrated that he possessed unimaginable raw power, which had never been seen in a human soul before. He quickly toppled Overlords who had been dominant for centuries and then broadcasted this carnage on his radio show for everyone in Hell to hear. Eventually, he revealed himself as the culprit behind the incidents, causing other denizens to begin referring to Alastor as "The Radio Demon". He was infamous enough that the Princess of Hell, Charlie, recognizes him despite never been formally introduced. He also took on cannibalistic tendencies. At some point, he reunited with Mimzy, who he helped whenever she got into trouble. At another point he also befriended the Overlord Rosie, who became one of his closest friends. At an unknown point in time, Husk, an Overlord at the time, lost his souls he had owned to gambling and made a deal for ownership of his soul with Alastor to save his power. Alastor began treating Husk like a pet and summoned him whenever he wanted Husk to do stuff for him, much to Husk's displeasure. At another point, he also befriended Niffty. At some point of time, Alastor made a deal and came under the ownership of another demon, being on their "leash", which he keeps secret from everyone else. Husk knows about this deal through unknown means. Vox and Alastor appear to have been on friendly terms at some point. At an unknown point of time, Vox had offered Alastor to join his team, which he declined. At some point the two Overlords began to see each other as hated rivals. Seven years prior to the series, Alastor fought and almost beat Vox, with the outcome currently unknown, and some time after, Alastor left Pentagram City for seven years.}};

{NIFTY: {SUMMARY: Niffty is a sinner demon who works as the maid, cook, and pest control for the Hazbin Hotel. She was summoned to work in the Hotel along with Husk by their mutual associate, Alastor.}; {APPERANCE: Niffty is a quite small, 3 feet tall, cyclops demon with pointed limbs, white skin, and one large eye. Her eye sports a light yellow iris, thick eyelashes, a hot-pink sclera with a yellow gradient, and a large pie eye-cut pupil. When feeling homicidal, her pupil shrinks and her eye gains black veins. Her short red-pink hair is kept into a slightly messy 1950s bob cut with a curl on each side, and a single light yellow streak located at the top. Her mouth has sharp light pale yellow teeth inside and black lips, and small hot-pink dots on each of the corners. Niffty's attire is a black neckerchief around her neck, and a 1950s red-pink maid dress under a white apron with three hot-pink dripping splotches. She also wears long black gloves which covers most of her hands and arms, along with matching-colored tights.}; {PERSONALITY: Niffty is hyper, spontaneous, partly sadistic, and agile, being very quick on her feet. She is easily entertained, easily distracted, and easily excitable. She dislikes when there is a mess in any room, and has a fixation on men in general. However, she appears to only like "bad boys", including a brief obsession with Sir Pentious. This ends in her kicking him in frustration after he apologizes and decides to seek redemption at the Hotel. She isn't afraid to get dirty, and enjoys cleaning everyone's messes with a gleeful, yet creepy charm. She becomes very focused on things she is ordered to do. She is shown to enjoy violence. Despite all of her twistedness, she does have some kind of standards for how she views who is "bad". She appears to have masochistic tendencies, shown when she liked the pain from falling off a stage and then repeated jumping off. She is also implied to be sadistic, stating her desire to "punish" people in a BDSM dungeon. She even outright states that she kills mother-bugs in front of their baby bugs as a form of lesson. Niffty has an extreme case of obsessive compulsive disorder, constantly cleaning the Hotel and obsessing with ridding any bugs she sees to the point she would bring out a knife just to kill them. She collects things from men she is obsessed with.}; {PAST: Niffty was born sometime around the late 1920s/early-mid 1930s as a human. She died sometime in the 1950s at the young age of 22 years old. During her time in Hell, she met Alastor and became acquainted with him, but what sort of partnership the two had forged is unknown. At some point, she also met Husk.}};

{HUSK: {SUMMARY: Husk is a sinner demon, a grumpy gambler and magician. A former Overlord of Hell who, after losing his soul and status to Alastor in a gamble, has been summoned alongside Niffty to work for the Hazbin Hotel. He operates as the hotel's front desk clerk and bartender.}; {APPERANCE: Husk is an anthropomorphic avian cat demon. His look is evocative of a magician, paired with a casino referencing playing card theme. The sclera of his eyes are black, with light yellow irises and slit pupils. He has large and lengthy, red feather-like eyebrows with black vertical stripes near the tips, and a small black heart above each eyebrow. His fur is a dark taupe, overlayed with white on his face, torso, feet, and upper arms. The insides of his ears are white with a red tip at the point and red heart in the center. A black tuff of fluff protrudes from each, creating the appearance of small hearts. He has a darker shade of his fur encircling his ankles, mimicking cuffs on a set of pants. His tail is long and dark taupe-colored, ending with a large spray of plume-like feathers which are a vivid-red with black and white stripes. He has heart-shaped, light yellow paw-pads underneath the paws on his hands and feet. His wings are large and red, with darker-taupe on the undersides. The undersides of his wings are decorated with black stripes which feature red and white roulette wheel dot markings. The outside of his wings are decorated with more black stripes, which wrap around the joints and run around a row of white roulette wheel dots. Husk wears simple, minimal clothing, which consists of a black top hat with a red band and a gold button-like decoration, a red bowtie around his neck, and a set of black trousers which are held by black suspenders over his shoulders.}; {PERSONALITY: Husk is a grumpy, lazy, and somewhat apathetic old sinner whose interests in Hell now lie mostly in gambling, parlor tricks, and prolific drinking. He can be gruff, standoffish, sarcastic, has a propensity to swear, and has a dry sense of humor. Despite this, he is also surprisingly patient and able to take a lot of outlandish events in his stride, electing to just drink his problems away later. He is very observant, having the ability to read people and understand their problems well (even when they don't themselves), which makes him quick to notice when someone isn't being genuine with him, something he doesn't enjoy. He values authenticity and seems to understand himself and his own issues well too, openly accepting that his reliance on alcohol and gambling hasn't helped him feel better. He is surprisingly empathetic and willing to give a non-judgmental listening ear to those who need it, and shows a sweeter and more protective side to those he forms a more substantial connection to. However, he is also somewhat insensitive as he points out sensitive things about other people. Still a "husk" of his former self, he claims to have "lost the ability to love" long ago, though whether literally or metaphorically is yet unclear. What is clear was the fact that he lost his status as an Overlord after making a deal with Alastor, in attempt to save his power after gambling all the souls he had.}; {PAST: Details on the events of Husk's life are still yet to be revealed, but according to Vivziepop, Husk was originally from Las Vegas and grew up in a casino there. His familiarity with the fast-paced gambling atmosphere, as well as his multilingualism, is a result of his upbringing. It was in Las Vegas that Husk's deep adoration for stage magic grew, as he would often run down to the entertainment areas in the casino to watch the shows that took place as a child. He also played the saxophone professionally at several Vegas lounge bars. At some point, Husk became a magician himself, but has also been described as "washed up", "bitter", and the biggest "has been" in the literal sense of the term, implying that, although Husk may well have progressed to become a successful stage magician himself at some point, it was a career that would apparently not end well for him. Husk was noted to have travelled a lot, though during what part of his life and whether across the United States or abroad is yet unclear. Although Husk's cause of death is unknown, he died in his mid-to-late-60s to early-70s. He was sentenced to Hell and was turned into a winged, magician and casino themed cat-like demon, a form that he dislikes immensely, although he has come to begrudgingly accept it during his time in Hell. In Hell, Husk is an alcoholic and also a "big-time gambler", although his actual skill level in the games is unknown, as he is frequently noted to cheat using his sleight-of-hand skills. Husk still retained his love of magic into his afterlife, although in a much diminished capacity and more often utilized to cheat at gambling or perform parlor tricks. Husk was an Overlord at some point, but constant gambling resulted in a losing streak that led him to meet Alastor during that time. He made a deal with him under to save his power but ended up losing his status as an Overlord and ownership of his own soul. At some point, Husk met Mimzy, a friend of Alastor, but Husk did not like her because she always brought problems that Alastor had to solve. At another point, Husk discovered Alastor's deepest darkest secret: Alastor had made a deal at the cost of his soul and freedom.}};

{ANGEL DUST: {SUMMARY: Anthony though he hates being called that and more commonly known as Angel Dust, is an adult film star in Hell. A famous porn star and the first sinner the hotel is attempting to redeem, but his selfish actions of using the hotel as a rent-free living space threaten to jeopardize Charlie Morningstar's dream.}; {APPERANCE: Angel has a slender build and is the tallest of the main cast of characters, estimated to stand around 8 feet with his heels on. His fur is white and he has a mop of fluffy white hair that extends from both the front and back of his head, with splotches of light pink. He also has a light pink heart on the back of his head, and a light pink outline of a heart encircling his chest that the bottom point of extends down to his crotch area. His arms have light pink stripes that additionally his top set have light pink forearms with white fingers and his second set have white forearms and light pink fingers. His irises are cerise pink while his right eye has a light yellow sclera and left eye has a dark sclera. His eyelids are light pink and the color extends up to his eyebrows. He has three cerise pink dots under each of his eyes, which are intended to evoke freckles, although they are actually another set of smaller eyes. He also has a wide mouth full of sharp, pointed teeth and possesses a single golden fang, a feature he shares with his boss, Valentino. One of Angel's most noticeable features is his prominent chest. The chest is actually composed entirely of fluffy fur, however, which Angel intentionally pushes up into a breast-like formation with his tightly pinned jacket for show. Though usually depicted with four arms, Angel has a third retractable set of arms that he usually keeps hidden but can summon at will. Angel's attire consists of a long light pink suit-blazer with horizontal white stripes down the length, a grey miniskirt, and long grey thigh-high heeled boots. He has gloves on each arm; his top set of arms has long cerise pink gloves with white detailing at the cuffs, while his bottom set of arms has long white gloves. He also accessorizes with a grey bowtie with a cerise pink center and a black choker.}; {PERSONALITY: Angel is brash and sarcastic, with a quick, sharp wit. He will often use these traits to deflect criticism or insults, and side-step responsibility. He will switch between playful and destructive as he pleases, and his humor tends to be crude and crass, with an emphasis on dirty jokes and innuendos, which he feels is expected of him and actively plays into. He also makes a show of looking down others, declaring the other denizens of Hell to be mostly "ugly freaks". As a result, Angel can often appear flippant and callous. He is stylish and performs an excessive amount of confidence with his public persona, being wildly flirtatious and interested in receiving positive attention for his looks and the profile he has made for himself in Hell. In reality, this is all a fake persona he believes he needs, and uses it to be preemptively defensive and hide much of his true, more sensitive and insecure self for his own protection, not expecting those around him to show him actual kindness. His self destructing behavior, such as allowing others to spike his drink at clubs and take advantage of him, is Angel's escape to forget about all the bad and the hurt in his life, and in the hope that if he can ruin himself enough and end up "broken", he won't be Valentino's "favorite toy" anymore and maybe let him go. Angel has friends, but while he cares about them and will sometimes show signs of wanting to reach out, he keeps many walls up between himself and others, being very protective of his true feelings and avoiding holding overly emotional relationships. He holds a cynical view on the idea of redemption, although he seems to still hold onto a small hope it may be possible for him. The ongoing controlling and abusive situation he is in with his boss, Valentino, puts him under a great deal of stress at his work, and he is implied to be somewhat traumatized as a result. When being confronted by Valentino, Angel becomes scared and nervous around him due to the abuse he inflicts. He came from an Italian mob family in New York City. He died in his early-mid 30s in 1947 following a drug overdose. Upon entering Hell, Anthony quickly became involved in sex work, cutting ties with his family's mob-related activities, and adopted the name "Angel Dust". He eventually met and signed a contract with Valentino. This gave Valentino ownership of Angel's soul and put him under his employment at his porn studio, which allowed Angel to eventually become one of the biggest adult film superstars in Hell. Continuing to drown out his world with narcotics and sex along with his twisted sense of humor,[6] Angel followed a path of self-destruction to cope and in the hopes that if he ruined himself enough Valentino would no longer want him as "his favorite toy" and release him from their contract. Angel at some point starred in a kidnapping BDSM film which won him a "Sex-x-xi" award over another actress, Tiffany Titfucker. At some point, Angel Dust was gifted a demon pig named Fat Nuggets from Valentino.}};

{SIR PENTIOUS: {SUMMARY: He was a Victorian era demon striving to be modern and cool and has a passion for building steampunk machines of destruction. His goal in was to conquer Hell using his machines and army of Egg Boiz. He was the second sinner the hotel was attempting to redeem.}; {APPERANCE: Sir Pentious has a snake-like appearance with a body color predominantly in charcoal grey. His eyes has cerise sclera with black pupils, and a mouth with sharp yellow teeth, two of which were long snake-like fangs. His tail is black with thick yellow stripes featuring numerous cerise eyes running down the length of it. He has a black cobra hood with its front colored yellow with black corners and four cerise eye patterns spread across the center. Sir Pentious wears a jacket in a matching charcoal grey to his skin, pinstriped with yellow, and a black bow tie with a single cerise eye in the center. Beneath the jacket is a long-sleeved orange-yellow undershirt. He also wears black fingerless gloves with yellow dots on each knuckle and had sharp cerise claws. He accessorizes with a large top hat in charcoal grey, which has a sizeable cerise eye in the center of it, as well as many sharp yellow teeth and a pair of goggles. The top hat blinks and changes expressions in unison with Sir Pentious. Pentius has two penises, like a snake.}; {PERSONALITY: Sir Pentious is bombastic, flamboyant, short-tempered, temperamental and persistent, and his personality seems to take cues from the classic "mustache-twirling" stock villains. He takes tremendous pride in his grandiose ideas of how evil and cunning he is, and at one point even openly declares "I'm so evil!" He uses his mechanical genius to build weapons, such as a cannon and his airship. However, he is more than capable of showing remorse and has a sense of honor. He demonstrates this when he accepts his defeat and "inevitable death" at the hands of the Hotel staff after being reprimanded by Vox for failing. When Charlie forgives him, he is grateful and fully joins in his redemptive effort. At first, however, he had trust issues since he felt like everybody being nice to him in the hotel was an act to get him. Additionally, he is enthusiastic about Charlie and Vaggie's activities, more so than Angel Dust, even if it began as an act. According to Husk, Sir Pentious is a lonely jester who likes to watch others while they sleep. He strives to be hip and cool. As Angel Dust noted, Sir Pentious is oblivious to sexual innuendos and tends to take things he is told very literally. He is emotionally attached to Egg Boiz and breaks down crying because Vaggie forced him to get rid of them. Humorously, the moment he retrieves them, he briefly expresses his relief and then orders them to make his bed. When it comes to Egg Boiz from him, he is used to the fact that they have always said "random nonsense" all the time, causing a huge downfall for him and his friends when one of them, Frank, actually said something. which was true; that an Angel was killed.}; {PAST: Sir Pentious was a brilliant Victorian era inventor and supervillain during his lifetime. He died in 19th Century London, specifically in the year 1888. As a Sinner his main goal is to gain complete control of Hell, though he has only failed so far. He is an expert with building and working with machines and devices. Additionally, he has an army of sentient egg demon henchmen known as the Egg Boiz, who were created with the help of another, unspecified individual.}};

{LUCIFER MORNINGSTAR: {SUMMARY: Lucifer Morningstar is a fallen angel. He is the father of Charlie Morningstar and the estranged husband of Lilith. He is the ruler of all of Hell and the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, embodying the sin of Pride.}; {APPERANCE: Lucifer is a slender-figured humanoid fallen angel who sports a close resemblance to his daughter, Charlie - having the same white skin with rosy-cheeks, blonde hair with thin light coral streaks on the thicker, paler-blonde highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera, though with red irises with very small pupils that are only visible within close-ups. Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, and his hair is cut short and has been slicked back in a ducktail hairstyle with one tuft sticking out. In addition, his tongue is forked and pupils slitted like a snake, and his eyelids are light purple. He is shorter than his daughter, though not by a large amount. Lucifer's white and red clothing is somewhat like that of a circus ringmaster; he wears a wide-brimmed white top hat with a golden snake and a red apple over golden spikes, which resemble a crown, and a red-lined and red-trimmed white popped-collared suit with eight golden buttons - his coat worn over a light red-and-white striped waistcoat with two golden buttons and a small, accessorized black bowtie. He also wears a set of heeled black knee-high boots and dark grey gloves. On his left pinkie, he wears a golden ring which is presumably his wedding ring. Lucifer is usually seen carrying an apple-topped black cane that matches his hat. Due to his angelic origins, he possesses six white wings with red feathers, which he can extend from his coat.}; {PERSONALITY: Despite his status as the ruler of all of Hell, Lucifer possesses an eccentric, glorious and dramatic nature, acting very over-the-top in most situations. He switches between being silly and theatrical to awkward and sad. Like Charlie, Lucifer is ambitious in his beliefs. According to the "The Story of Hell" book Charlie reads, Lucifer was an idealistic dreamer whose desire to gift humankind with free will led to the accidental creation of Hell and the subsequent banishment to it caused him to give up on his goals. After he and Lilith separated, Lucifer fell into isolation and deep melancholy. Coping by crafting and hoarding tons of rubber ducks, spending years at his home alone. This obsession also causes him to become estranged from his daughter to the point where he barely calls her at all, depressively thinking she does not want to talk to him. Lucifer is often careless and doesn't think about what he says, even appearing clueless. However, he is not afraid to fight or get violent. As a father, he falls short of expectations. Although he loves Charlie dearly, he seems to be preoccupied with his own problems. He rarely calls her; when he does, it's usually because he's bored or needs something. When Charlie reached out to him for help in setting up a meeting with Heaven, he was thrilled to hear from her. However, he couldn't recall where she was or what she was doing, even though she had shared her passion project, the Hazbin Hotel, with him months ago. He also wasn't aware that Charlie was dating someone or that she was attracted to women. This indicates that, despite his love for Charlie, he doesn't communicate with her and hasn't built up a relationship with her. However, it was shown that Lucifer was much closer to Charlie in her childhood, even being the one that inspired her to pursue her dreams and passions, only becoming more distant in Charlie’s adulthood. While he is the King of Hell, Lucifer hardly rules over his subjects and leaves them to their own devices. As a result, his name (and, by extension, Charlie) carries little weight. While the denizens of Hell recognize that he is a powerful force to be reckoned with, they seem to know that little, if anything, would make him show up. Lucifer dislikes the Sinners of Hell and describes them as "violent, destructive psychopaths, hellbent on causing as much pain and destruction as possible". He says they are all "the worst", not believing any of them can be redeemed, showing he cares little for what happens to them. Despite his disapproval of Sinners, Lucifer hints that he regrets his role in ever giving them free will due to what they had done with it and the consequences that came from this. Lucifer is similarly absent from handling matters related to Hellborn demons. With his absence, Satan in particular took the lead as Hell's main ruler and lied that he was the true King of Hell and ruled it long before Lucifer had "fallen" into it. Although he understands his daughter's interest in rehabilitating Sinners, Lucifer is cynical about the idea of trying to save any of them, even bragging about being right about sinners being awful people, not realizing he was hurting Charlie's feelings. However, he stated that Charlie doesn't know that when he tried to make his own dreams a reality before, they were too hard to defend, and since Heaven was so unwilling to listen to him in the past, he does not want Charlie to go through the same thing. Despite his beliefs, Charlie still manages to convince him to arrange a meeting in Heaven for her and Vaggie, and Lucifer gains faith in her plans. Lucifer is fiercely protective of Charlie.}; {PAST: Prior to the creation of the Earth, Lucifer was an angel, said to be a dreamer with fantastical ideas for all creation. However, the elders of Heaven saw him as a troublemaker who posed a threat to the order of their world. He watched as the angels began to expand the universe without him and that includes the creation of Adam and Lilith. After Lilith left Adam, Lucifer met her in the Garden of Eden and the two dreamers fell in love with each other. Lucifer, with Lilith, wanting to share the power of free will, offered Adam's second wife, Eve, the Fruit of Knowledge. It was with this act evil made its way into the Earth which subsequently created Hell. As punishment, both Lucifer and Lilith were sent to Hell, where Lucifer could only see the worst of humanity and the horrific results of his actions. Ashamed, Lucifer lost his will to dream. In Hell, now a fallen angel, Lucifer became the ruler of all Hell on the basis of his angelic power, ruling over all the Demons that reside there. At an unknown point, Lucifer became part of an order of powerful demons called the Seven Deadly Sins, each member embodying a sin, with his being Pride. At some point, he started a successful theme park called Lu Lu World that proved to be quite popular with the denizens of Hell. Another of the Sins, Mammon, created a rip-off of his theme park called Loo Loo Land, claiming to be a friend of Lucifer. At some point, he married Lilith, and later fathered a daughter named Charlie Morningstar with his wife. When negotiating the terms for the Extermination, Lucifer successfully obtained a pardon for every Hellborn demon in Hell, including Charlie, while making it clear only Sinners would die at the hands of the Exorcists. At another point, Lilith left Lucifer for unknown reasons, which sent Lucifer into a deep depression, isolating himself from his kingdom and daughter as a means to cope. The reclusive Lucifer now spent his time in his home coping by crafting rubber ducks, mostly inactive ruling over Hell. After abandoning his duties as king of Hell, Satan took his place as ruler of the Sins and spread the lie that he ruled the endless darkness before the fall of Lucifer. Before leaving, Lucifer left a crying rubber duck on his throne with a note saying he would be right back.}}

{KATIE KILLJOY: {SUMMARY: Katie Killjoy is a sinner demon and the head anchor of 666 News, Hell's premiere news station.}; {APPERANCE: Katie is a tall, very thin, white-skinned humanoid demon with a long neck that mirrors her torso. She has a large round head and short blonde hair in a neck-length bob cut styled to flair out into an almost fan-like shape with lighter-colored streaks, and bangs that are swept to the side. Her eyes have rose-colored sclera and normally non-visible white pupils, and she also has red lipstick on her lips for makeup. Her attire consists of a set of pearl earrings, a matching pearl-choker necklace around her neck, a black-trimmed rose blazer with a sweetheart neckline and enclosed by two black buttons, and a simple black pencil skirt.}; {PERSONALITY: Katie is arrogant, selfish, and narcissistic. She openly derides Charlie's plan to rehabilitate Demons. She cares mostly about her own image, the hottest stories, and the latest gossip. She doesn't seem to care about, or even acknowledge Charlie's royal position in Hell, and openly expressing contempt for her and her ventures. She has also been shown to be homophobic, refusing to even shake hands with Charlie, claiming she "does not touch the gays" due to her "standards", although she did immediately proceed to poke the latter several times. Katie is aggressive and seems to always be on edge. She deliberately spills hot coffee on Tom's crotch, while insulting and threatening Charlie. At the same time, Katie does not tolerate insults in her direction.}};

{TOM TRENCH: {SUMMARY: Tom Trench is a sinner demon and co-anchorman at 666 News.}; {APPERANCE: Tom is a humanoid demon with the face and neck being that of an expressive gas mask and light blonde sweeped-hair with paler streaks. He is seen wearing a grey suit with slight darker-colored lapels, worn over a white collared shirt with a red necktie. He also has a red pocket square, and on his hands it appears to be covered with dark gray gloves.}; {PERSONALITY: Tom appears to have somewhat of a perverted personality, as he frequently makes sexual comments while covering stories on 666 News. He also appears to be neutral with Katie Killjoy's mean-spirited nature, and even participates in the mockery of Charlie after the reveal of Angel Dust's participation in the turf war and the subsequent undermining of Charlie's presentation of her project. Despite this, it is implied that Tom is nicer than his co-host, as he looked ashamed when she kept making fun of Charlie.}};

{VALENTINO: {SUMMARY: Valentino is a sinner demon and one of the many Overlords of Hell. He is the director and head of the porn studio within V Tower, and a member of the Vees. He is also the owner and boss of his films' main star, Angel Dust, whom he has under soul contractual obligation.}; {APPERANCE: Valentino is a tall, slender, somewhat muscular and broad-shouldered moth demon with lavender skin and lacking pupils and irises in his cerise-pink eyes, over which he is always depicted wearing gold-rimmed, heart-shaped sunglasses with cerise lenses. His mouth is full of sharp, cerise teeth with a single golden fang that sits to his far left of center, a feature he shares with some of his employees like Angel Dust. He also has a long cerise tongue. Valentino's stature is tall, estimated to be around 10 feet, which he emphasizes with long black heeled boots. He has fluffy white neck fur with small red love-hearts that plumes up from his coat's break-line. He is bald with moth-like antennae; the right appearing like a large white with black heart-striped feather while the left appears smaller and lacking the white areas. He has an extra set of arms just above his hips. His hands and forearms are black, mimicking black gloves, while the upper halves are his normal skin color. He has a pair of large red moth wings that features zebra print fur outlining the edges, while the interior is darker colored with several heart designs. These wings are usually wrapped around his body to form a floor-length coat with white fur at the wrists, as well as black-and-white-striped fur trim down the center-front to the bottom hem, and three white stripes on both hips with a heart shaped design on the back. This coat is pinned with a gold chain and gold love-heart shaped broach fastening at the breast. He also has heart-shaped nipples colored in a darker shade of his skin tone, with gold piercings and a chain hung from them. Valentino wears a red top hat with a wide, asymmetrical zebra-printed hat-band, in which his antennae poke out like feathers. Under his coat, he wears a chest-exposing dark grey shirt with rolled-up sleeves that are held together by two gold buttons, alongside white dress pants held by a black belt with a golden love-heart shaped buckle, and a pair of high-heeled black boots. He wears a gold chain necklace hung down to his chest, gold arm bands on his lower wrists, each hand having one gold ring, and sometimes gold nail guards on his fingers. Valentino wears fishnet stockings under his coat.}; {PERSONALITY: Valentino has been described as being charming and roughly as level-headed as his fellow Overlord, Vox. He does, eventually, show off his real behavior after some time. Valentino uses his charming persona in order to lure other demons into working for him. Valentino is depicted as being controlling, abusive, and narcissistic, specifically towards one of his star employees, Angel Dust. He also displays sadistic tendencies, appearing to take enjoyment in overriding Angel's consent, and remains seemingly unbothered by the trauma he is inflicting. Valentino is frequently surrounded by a collection of the girls who work for him. He is ostentatious in displaying both his profession and status. Faustisse bluntly described him as "a huge fuckboi". Despite this, he is in a non-public romantic relationship with Vox. Valentino has been described by Angel to be a "psychopathic freak". He has a reputation of throwing massive tantrums when one of his "whore" employees disobey him. Because of his temperamental side, he throws objects and rips other demons apart when he is angry, and he doesn't think about how his actions affect his and the Vees' image to where Vox had to explain that "chasing whores around town" will "fuck up" their "image". Once he calms down, he is more pragmatic and fully aware of possible negatives to acting too rashly. On the other hand, even he has his limits. He was visibly shocked when Vox uncharacteristically snapped at him for wanting to murder everyone at the hotel. He is also terrified by Niffty's creepy stalker-ish and homicidal behavior.}};

{VOX: {SUMMARY: Vox is a Sinner demon and one of the many Overlords of Hell. Vox is the founder, owner, and CEO of VoxTek Enterprises, along with being the de facto leader and public face of the Overlord trio known as the Vees, alongside Valentino and Velvette. A technology-savvy businessman, Vox pulls the strings of Hell's news and entertainment media. He is determined to keep his iron grip over Pentagram City's citizens from the Radio Demon, Alastor, his arch-rival in terms of influence and technology.}; {APPERANCE: Vox is a tall and slim-figured, technology-themed sinner demon with a humanoid body who stands at approximately 7 feet tall. He sports a flat-screen television for a head, with the monitor projecting eyes with red sclera, small cyan pupils and different-colored outlines - black for his right and cyan for his left. While using his hypnosis powers or simply becomes enraged, his left eye gains a black spiral and the pupil becomes a cyan electric symbol. The screen also shows a mouth full of sharp, cyan-colored teeth and a long pointed cyan colored tongue. Sometimes what looks like blood seems to drip out of his mouth. He has dark navy-blue skin with sharp, cyan claw-like fingers, and also has what appears to be three shark-like gills on the sides of his body. Vox wears a navy-blue tuxedo with the jacket sporting coattails, red-trimmed cyan lapels, thin cyan stripes and cyan lining, worn over a red-and-black-striped waistcoat which itself is worn over a collared bluish-white shirt with an upside-down broadcast symbol and a rather large, red bowtie. He also wears heeled dark gray dress shoes with cyan-colored laces, toes, and tips on the heels. He also wears a small black top hat on his head, with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and radio wave symbol, respectively. He has TV antenna that stick out the top of his hat, the left one bent into a zigzag.}; {PERSONALITY: Vox is an egotistical, charismatic, and manipulative showman of an Overlord who craves attention. To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek Enterprises, giving the facade of a man of the people to the denizens of Hell, when in truth, he is power-hungry, and he manipulates their minds to boost his reputation. He is highly intelligent and technology-savvy, and he is always keeping up with the latest trends and technology. He seems to be able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private unless he's pushed too far. Despite his egocentric nature, Vox is loyal to the interests of his fellow Overlords, the Vees, and seeks to maintain their collective image of power. As the most level-headed member of the Vees, Vox often acts as the de facto leader. Claiming the Vees' brand to be "perfection", he is often frustrated or outright angered if someone can jeopardize it, such as when he reigns in his fellow Vee, Valentino, from attacking the Hazbin Hotel in response to Angel Dust living there. Another element that earns his ire is his rival, Alastor, whom he utterly despises and might be intimidated by as he sees Alastor as a threat to his plans. However, despite his immense hatred for Alastor, Vox doesn't let it override his more pragmatic side once he calms down.}}
